“Received Full Payment”

A J.
12/29/19

I DID finally receive full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since early OCtober 2019. Their customer service has been consistent, taking 48 hours to respond. I do hope they continue to provide surveys for me to complete. I will post a monthly update. Happy New Year!

“BS Woke Liberal Surveys”

Get ready for nothing but anti-conservative surveys that glorify liberals and spread false narratives in an effort to sway those who must be senile or brain dead. And good luck sending in pics of your driver's license or passport, along with a selfie, in order to get any type of compensation. You're lucky if you can make $10 a day while giving up your personal information nonstop.

I have worked many hours on Survey Junky and so far made the equivalent of $4. If you are happy making from.50 cents to $1 an hour, then go for it. Otherwise, skip it.

I diligently worked surveys on a promotion they sponsored. I needed to do 10 or more 20 point surveys on the first day and again on the 2nd day. They called it tier 2 & 3. I also needed to have completed 3 or more 20 point surveys for 7 days within their promo time frame. I actually completed more than required and I got nothing. Not even an answer to the complaint. Seems they draw you in paying you then things start to get weird. Less surveys when you need them or with less points. If you have nothing to do with your time you can waste it on survey junkie.

Website is a complete scam. They are paying you in penny's to sell your information. Not only are they not paying out but they make you agree to sell your data yet you get all the way through a survey just for the end to pay you 3 cents. I'm not kidding. They are taking your time and your data and selling it to scammers and criminals. We need to sue.

Hello everyone, I'm here because I'm finally getting really fed up with survey junkie. I can see through the b.s of them taking advantage. After you do spend hours to get to 500($5.00) that's when you are able to redeem. Once you are there the survey amount drops super low and the times go up. They know you can cash out and they don't want to keep paying. I will say however when you are eligible to cash out they do pay out. They need to fix glitches, compensate for time lost, surveys should say what they are looking for before you even give out d.o.b and zip. Nothing is free so why give info for free?. I have screenshots of the bs.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste time here

On June 3rd, 2024, I watched 3 episodes of a new TV series. I answered all the questions properly and did everything I was supposed to. I didn't like the series and was very honest about it. After 2 weeks, I emailed Survey Junkie, because with other websites (EveryoneSeez), I am usually paid around that time, they said that if I didn't receive the 700 points by July 3rd, then get back to them. Again, with other websites, I am usually paid within 2 weeks, and I have never had a problem. Today, July 5th, 2024, I received an email that my responses were not accepted (I have never had these problems with other sites), and I would not be receiving the 700 points. This is unacceptable and egregious business pratices. Here is their response:

"Hi Cassandra,

Thank you for reaching out to the Survey Junkie Member Support Team! My name is Eliza, and I'm here to assist you.

I understand that you're concerned about the survey you completed. After reviewing the details, it appears that the third-party survey provider did not accept your responses. I know this can be frustrating, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To help avoid this issue in the future, please take your time to read each question carefully and provide thorough and consistent answers. Your responses are valuable, and we want to ensure your surveys are accepted successfully.

As a gesture of appreciation for your loyalty, I've credited your account with 100 bonus points. We value your participation and encourage you to continue sharing your opinions with us.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help.

Best regards
Eliza from Survey Junkie Support"

Here is a response from EveryoneSeez (I never had a problem with them):

"Hello Cassandra,

We want to thank you for participating in the recent 650 Point Online Movie Study (Jun 25). Your account has been updated with 650 points for fully completing the survey.

Thank you for being a valued member of the EveryoneSez Community.

Sincerely,

Aiden

I tried to redeem my points by transfer to my checking account. The money never got there. And my points were gone. Customer service said I had to verify my account. When I went to verify my account there was a message that said my account was under review and that I could verify in two days. That was several weeks ago. Twice customer service said the verification issue was fixed and that I could now verify my account. Both times was a lie. This morning I received the same canned message that I have been receiving for several weeks that they are busy but they are working on it. I wish I had only compliments.

My opinion survey junkie is exposing you to potential identity theft. The survey ask questions like. What bank do you have? How many phones work in your home? Do you have a landline phone? They use samplico it tracks your phone, your locations etc. Many surveys will have the caution triangle sign, stating the site is unsave. You and friends can be on the survey junkie site and you have 2 surveys and they have 10. The surveys ask you over and over separately if you're spanish. If you are you're automatically kicked out the survey. The spanish race question is separated from the other races. Intrusive question like what color your skin is and your weight. Questions like how much money is in your checking and savings account? What savings are in your parents bank accounts? Yet the survey is suppose to be about grocery shopping habits. Also it seems like if you're not a Republican you are automatically kicked out. My phone started get several phishing emails and calls. Some surveys actually ask for your address and your children birthdays. I've been taking a survey for 10 minutes then suddenly I'm kicked off the survey after answering all the question but no points. It seems on $100,000 plus income seems get to participate in the surveys. My opinion it's unsafe and not worth it.

This app is a waste of time they have you do the whole survey then when you're done with the whole survey they say the survey is full. Why would you have me do the whole survey if it was already full. B.S. This app socks don't waste your time. VERY NOT WORTH IT!

UPDATE 12/26/2019: I did finally receive the full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since first week of October. I hope they continue to provide surveys and make payments.

I have just exceeded $600 since the first week of October. I had an injury in the summer and it has caused my freelance business to suffer. I was curious about surveys, I was realistic and I knew I wasn't going to pay my bills with this. I've been honest and have agreed to phone interviews. I was recently asked to complete a W-9 Form to release funds manually. That was 7 days ago. After my own mistake I sent the correct form. No payment yet. Sometimes I will nearly complete a survey and then get disqualified. Some higher paying surveys read I am disqualified because I wasn't honest but I wouldn't do that. On a whole I have to say they have paid. I made the mistake of going over their redemption limit and now have to wait out a manual payment. This is taking too long and is making me upset during this holiday week.

Tip for consumers:
Don't go over their allowable redemption - redeem early or there will be a bottleneck. Be honest and try to be consistent. Try to give intelligent answers.

Products used:
I take surveys and I have been open to phone surveys and downloading apps as well. I will eventually allow a cam survey but I have not yet.

If you enjoy late disqualifications from long, tedious survey's that you've completed--if you enjoy AI bots blocking you from survey's accusing you of not taking your time and/or of answering questions dishonestly--if you want to ask customer service for their help with regard to ANYTHING that's an issue or a problem and never get an answer in a timely manner (or at all), then this is your kind of place. It's a hot mess. Their annoyances far outweigh their "point's" that they so generously offer in lieu of decent surveys and real money. I'm ashamed of myself for trying to grin and bear it for as long as I have. There are many other excellent survey platforms out there, Survey Junkie is not one of them. Good luck!

I started with Survey Junkie on 9/9 and by 9/18 I had made $34+ and spent probably 40 hours taking surveys. I was really enjoying their service and it was a great distraction from my mental health issues plus I got to make a little money... awesome.

Suddenly I stopped having any survey options and after 16 hours of this message I reached out to support to ask of their site was down. Response? Generic e-mail that I violated their terms and they would NOT be able to assist me.

Honestly, I have read the terms and I don't see how anything was violated by me. It's like they decided I MUST be fake for earning so much so quick and the easiest thing to do was cut me off.

So I will never receive the money I worked hard for because according to them they have no obligation to pay once they choose to terminate. 24 hours prior I would have been singing their praises. Not now.

Sad.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t.

You spend 10-15 minutes on a survey answering 10+ questions where you think you're getting 80 points, only to be told you didn't qualify and then they give you 2-3 points for your time. It's insulting, just keep the 2 cents, it's clear you need it more than I do.

They have sent me an e-gift card email verification request, a regular email verification quest and both are not working at all. They don't even try to use my legal name from the app, they use the name on the email cause it's not a real person answering. Support is automated and is there to stone wall anyone's efforts.
I did pretty much everything I could do to try and verify with them for the very small amount of 5$, I have never cashed out from this app or received payment and they make it very difficult.
The verification is accepted by many other apps and companies and this is the first company that's ever given me issues with my PayPal not being good enough even though it's fully verified according to PayPal themselves.
This app is trying to get as many free surveys as it can and not pay out so it can save the money from the survey providers.
This app is extremely deceptive and similar apps accepted less than half of the information I gave this app.

Tip for consumers:
You may get a cash out or two if you are lucky but you probably won't ever get ahold of the actual team and developer behind Survey Junket, their automated replies are made to stone wall you.
My tip is to check out Qmee

When I joined this app I actually enjoyed taking surveys and made money really quick. But after a couple of payouts they started disqualifying me from almost every other survey and giving a mere 3 cents for wasting my time. Sometimes you complete an entire survey and then suddenly there is an error and you get nothing! This is very disappointing and disillusioning after a while. I think they have an algorithm which slows down people from making any money after they've taken few payouts!

I don't enjoy survey junkie anymore and they are just like any other survey site scamming people of their time and efforts!

I started with this site in June 2019. First payout I had to confirm my identity, then the surveys started rolling in. I kept redeeming and getting emails saying I was a top performer. I hit a lifetime total of just under $250 at the end of November and did a $10 payout. Then I stopped getting surveys and emails and when I get to the home screen it says no surveys available. Oh, well. At least all I have tied up with them currently is 62¢.

I finally got them to verify my account for a 5 dollar iTunes and it worked. But there is some problems. First, verification can be horrible for most people, sometimes you have to go through a hassle just to verify your account. Second, no surveys. I do ten surveys and then they all run out and I do not know why. It is a very slow way just to earn 5 dollars.

This company is the worst. Absolutely classless bullies who steal money from people. I addressed these concerns numerous times. Instead of help me, and resolve the issue. They now have blocked me from doing surveys. They steal, and when you report it they simply block you to make you go away. They need to unblock account name using full name at Yahoo.com. I guess I will not report them anymore, and allow them to steal from me just so I can make money on some of their surveys.

Survey Junkie has shown a clear pattern of advertising surveys for pay and then 'locking' payment, citing some false security issue, then ignoring all communication attempts. It's been almost a month and 10 customer service requests since they did my account like all these others listed here. This is outright theft.

It can take all day to get 500 points. That when you can cash out. It isn't a career, so the little extra change is helpful, however. This particular survey site lets you deposit into your bank. Some only use gift cards ur PayPal. About 15% of surveys freeze at the end and don't give you the points after doing the work. The customer service is no help and they don't have a phone number. Over 50% of surveys you won't qualify but you get 2 or 3 points for trying. Most hugger point surveys are very directed so most people don't qualify. They run promos like complete 3 10-point or greater surveys for 10 days and earn 500 extra points. That's $5.
