Absolutely gutted
October 12, 2019

I have been doing the surveys for about 2 months and loved doing them
Last week I was unable to access a survey - a message said ThIs is unavailable for you'.
I emailed them to be told my account had been blocked -
This was the response I received: Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys.

At Branded we expect our users to answer survey questions truthfully and to the best of their ability. There were issues with the surveys that you completed that our clients rejected.

Unfortunately, this has caused a block on your account and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The fact they blocked me without telling me and are more or less calling me a liar regarding the surveys I've completed (Gold member) is insulting and untrue.

I've emailed the, several times for a specific explanation to be ignored.

Shocking after I had really enjoyed taking their surveys, and upsetting.

I guess I'm not the only one who's been denied their due. I submitted my request for a payout and was rejected. I was told that I violated some rule but was told what I did wrong. Branded surveys then had the audacity to suspended my account. I earn those points legit and nothing else. Countless emails but no one responds. Can someone connect me a supervisor or tell me what I did wrong. All I want is my money for giving my opinion.

A newbie
May 9, 2024

Having taken many surveys with different companies I became disillusioned with the number of surveys which took a lot of time but which only offered me a place in a prize draw as a reward. I was recommended to branded surveys and so far I am not disappointed. I am offered plenty of surveys and can quickly gain points
I have achieved gold badge status in a couple of weeks which pleases me. Most of the surveys have been interesting. I do feel irritated when I have spent 10 minutes answering questions but am still rejected. I think there should be a time limit during which acceptance or rejection happens. I have emailed BS twice with a problem but am yet to receive a reply but I am optimistic that I will. So far so good.

Unable to participate in surveys... why?

Tried logging in today and got this...

I've been in Branded Surveys for about a week and recently got bronze status.

What do I need to verify?

I had been using Branded Surveys for less than 2 weeks to be kicked out of the website and apparently no longer be a member of the community.
I suspect for my PayPal payout option to be the main cause since I had no trouble with the previous payout method.
The brand also has major filter questions issues that many others have complained about but yet to improve.
The redeeming qualities are the clear User Interface and payout when not PayPal.

Gone down hill

I have been using Branded Surveys for 5 months now. Was good in the beginning, now almost every survey I qualify for (which isn't many for a 58 year old male) lets me answer all their questions and disqualifies me on the final classification questions. Don't waste your time with this site, it really isn't worth it.

I attempted 1663 surveys on the site and earned several gift cards, asked one question about one survey, and had my account frozen. Pending giftcard was cancelled. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

This site is legit, probably has higher payout than any I've tried so far and though it looks like you're not making many points, you'll realize the amount you actually get with those small earned points are actually cashing you out at a higher paid price than most apps offer these days! Def give this a download if you're in need of cash asap it's saved me today I was broke before I just cashed out!
