I am so disgusted with this company. I bought a dress from them a few months ago. The dress that they sold me was not the dress in the image, but a cheap attempt at a copy of the dress. The sleeves on the dress I received were far shorter than the picture, the embroidery' was of different flowers and the dress smelled, looked and felt of plastic. I contacted the company asking for the return address and they never gave it to me. They're clearly not even reading my emails, I don't even know if their customer service speaks English or if they're just using google translate which should really be a requirement as they're marketing to the UK and USA. I have been emailing them back and forth for TWO MONTHS and they have still refused to give me the return address and keep offering me a $15 refund which isn't even half of what I paid. They're in violation of their own returns policy and are denying me of my consumer rights. The quality of the clothing and customer service is a clear indication to me that they are operating a sweat shop organisation and I'm not comfortable with providing any sort of business to them. I'm absolutely disgusted.
