Hacked into my website after receiving a poor review for their horrible performance. Deleted all of our code on the busiest shopping day of the year resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in losses. FBI has been contacted and is deciding to actively pursue the case. The most horrifying outsourcing experience ever. I could've never imagined that a supposedly reputable company would deliver such horrible results, and, in the end, illegally sabotage my business and telephone threats to our project manager.
Took 6 month to complete the project instead of promised 2. Communications email only once per day. Filing a lawsuit against SynapseIndia for the source code which was part of the project agreement. Final payment was done 2 months ago (total over $6000) and there is still no code. One advice: Use Escrow and do not Release funds until you see a final product. There is a reason they charge money upfront.

While the project has undergone multiple permutations and changes beyond their control, they have maintained a very high degree of dedication and continue to deliver timely results that respond to our requirements. It has been a pleasure to work with SynapseIndia over the past year and half. They have been extremely professional, honest and hardworking throughout the entire process of my site design and continued updates or modifications. I hired Synapse India to create a website for me. I used one of these freelance / outsourcing websites to find them. The project was not cheap - several thousand dollars. There were many issues with this company. There were massive delays completing milestones. They also did not do anything according to the specification document. The entire site was buggy and not functioning at all. Every time I asked them to see the completion of the milestones, they pointed to computer code that I couldn't understand (I am not a programmer) and forced me to continue paying assuring me that the site would be ready. After months of this, I finally decided to quit and they didn't return any of my money. I also did not have a functioning website. I spoke to everyone at the company including the CEO to no avail. I wanted to build out a website for cheap and the price this Indian outsourcer looked so good that I fell for it. There is a reason why the services offered is so cheap versus U.S. developers. This was the worst experience of my life and will never work with this company again, and I hope by writing this review, others will not fall into the same trap.
The company says that do smart work, I will work according to my mind as I wish, not all people are the same.
