I was sent an email notifying confirmation of order and that item was backordered. I never heard anything for over three weeks and as soon as I sent an email saying if my item hadn't shipped yet and wasn't going to be within the week I would like a refund my order was shipped about an hour later.

Tackle Direct rocks!

Tackle Direct rocks! There's everything a fisherman need for fishing. Prices are reasonable and sales on reels and fishing rods are sometimes a great bargin. My only concern is my last order #******* Koya 7" blue flashablou bullet. On my invoice I used my gift certificate for -$25, lure $49,shipping $9.08 = $33.08. My total came out to be $58.08 on my invoice. I just thought it was just a printing error. Could you please check and make a ajustment on my order. If it comes out to what I calculated it should be. My overall price that I paid would be 5 stars

I ordered several Live Target and Spool-Teck lures. I think I may have ordered multiple times. All was good, easy to navigate your site, was satisfied with products received, however some took a while as they apparently not in your inventory at time of order but it was not obvious enough for me to realize when placing the order. Some shipped from the manufacturer to you and then to me as I understand from my follow-up with customer service. The last Spool-Tek item was what I found most disappointing. All previous lures ordered had included a spare replacement tail in the package. After receiving my package without, I called to find out if it was a possible order filling issue and that the wrong item was pulled and shipped. The very kind and concerned cs rep informed me she would research and call me back. As she did with news that a change in manufacture ownership occurred and the replacement tail was no longer include, and she was going to discuss a partial refund with her manager but called me again to inform me that is not possible just the way it is going forward.

I just feel customers should have been notified of a change in a product you sell when what a customer receives is not going to be the same as the other items on an order that effects quality, or packaging quantity with no adjustment to pricing on. My other disappointment is that this issue happened in February. June is a bit late for followup.

I was an active paying customer of TD at the time of my accurate account of my experience described above.

I ordered the PENN 3500 Spinfisher VI combo, I received the rod & reel separately, rod was delivered in a nice well packaged tube, but unfortunately the tip was broken off. I immediately emailed TackleDirect and was assured they would replace it, which they did. They emailed me a return shipping label, etc with no questions asked! As soon as the returned pole was received, they shipped out the replacement which I received with no issues, the reel was delivered with no issues. Thank you for the excellent Customer Service!

I ordered two items from tackledirect net handle and a bag of Strike King products I was quoted a price then they shipped each item separately and charge me for shipping on both items in which one of the shipping cost was more than the item this is the way tackledirect us business I will never order from them again

I ordered an electric motor they said it was delayed due to covid19.but then weeks go by I emailed them twice cause they wasn't taking calls and it took them weeks to get back to me so I canceled my order I order stuff from china that get here before they contact me back I will never order from this place on believable

The original order placed, unbeknownst to me, was for a new product that had a wait time before delivery. Upon calling we exchanged the item for a current model and things went smoothly from there.
