It took 5 weeks to receive the tackle i ordered fishing season had since past. Guess i will have them for next year. Wish i would have been informed of the lengthy shipping time.

The product was in excellent condition but was obviously opened and taken out of it's tube ( fishing rod) the tape on the end was cut clean with knife and the plastic wrapping was torn open and the rod handled with dirty hands, dusty hand prints. No damage. I'm a tournament striper fisherman and looking forward to catching a monster with it paired up with CW-354D. No striper with it yet but some good largemouth catfish and crappie and I love it.
Received everything in good condition.

The lack of communication was horrible. No one responded to my emails. It wasn't until a week or so later after I finally received my order did anyone respond.
Still have not received my order, 660 yd. Spool of PLine copolymer mono, 25 lb. test.

Great deal, however package arrived 90% open - handle has multiple gouges that cannot be fixed. The net and its' action are still functional though it felt as though my product was preowned
Impersonal but much better experience than Amazon and Ebay. I trust tackledirect more especially for sending fishing rods and other items packed properly.

Experience was fast and easy. When I placed the order I didn't expect it to be delivered before going out later that week. Great deal and loved the reel.
My order arrive on time as per schedule and was well packaged & labelled Unbelievable selection with great info about every detail of jigs I was interested in and did order accordingly

Understanding the covid crisis, things are not normal now so no hard feelings. But, when I placed my order on April 5, my credit card was charged then and there. I was not told into weeks later that my purchase was on back order. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls during this time to you. Only one email was returned letting me know it was back ordered. I tried calling and emailing for weeks to cancel the order to no avail. Eventually I also discovered that you charged me double the shipping costs that the vendor would have charged me. Not trivial at over $100 for shipping alone. Eventually when I finally got someone on the phone, 3 weeks into this affair, my order showed up two days later and half my shipping costs were refunded. All is well that ends well, as the saying goes. I must say though the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I may be hesitant to order from you again. I realize that these are difficult times. But...I order a lot of fishing gear and packages are showing up daily at my house. No other vendor seems to be having the issues fulfilling orders that you are having. When amazon will get me a package in less than 48 hours with free shipping, what's the incentive to buy from you again?
