My opinion TD should have waived my shipping fees and box fee since it to so long to receive the order.

Split order, arrived in two deliveries. Wasn't obvious this was going to happen until I read details of shipping receipt. They could have advised of this earlier.

Your website can be significantly improved and your sales would increase.

Received exactly what I wanted and couldn't find at Cabelas or Bass Pro. Going to Lake of the Woods in two weeks to see if the lures work in Musky and Northers. If so I will place another order for September.

Order was placed on May 25,2020 and received today July 6,2020. Understand this was a back-ordered item and delivery was delayed due to covid 19.

I had to get a replacement reel because the first one purchased broke and could not be repaired. Unfortunately the reel was only used for one fishing season

The sales representative was knowledgeable and polite. He steered me away from a product that would have been a disappointment and made sure I got the best deal.

It was fine but I traveled to the store to purchase some other items, and there was empty shelves and pegs, yet a warehouse behind doors looked loaded

The product I ordered took a very long time for delivery as it was a third party product- I had to call a couple of times before someone could tell me when it would be delivered.

I live in the Virgin Islands and sent this rod to Jupiter, FL ahead of a planned trip. The trip got cancelled but my fishing partner loves his new rod.
