USPS calculates the delivery time from the origin USPS facility to the USPS Facility delivery zip code, NOT the customer shipping address. It took about 2 weeks later to receive my order.

Order on line was easy. Confirmation was prompt and delivery was very timely. Product received was exactly as described.

I ordered a spool of braided line and I received what I ordered for the agreed upon price in a reasonable amount of time.

I paid for expedited shipping and received the produce a day later than the promised date and never got reimbursed for the shipping cost

They will do everything to help u with whatever u need for your fishing. If they don't have it in stock they still will get it for u.

The shipping was great. I have used the reel for 4 outings at the beach and the bearings are almost locked.

The reel needs replacement bearings

The combo rod and reel shipped separately, which was weird. Reel arrived quickly; the rod took 3 weeks.

Paid for 2 day delivery for items to get to me before a weekend tournament. Times got to me nearly 2 weeks later.
