First off, I ordered one size bigger than what I thought I'd need. Turns out, it was still 2 sizes too small, at least.
Then, I tried to return the two pairs of scrubs I bought. At this point I ran into two problems. 1. They will not refund the ENTIRE amount. You will get back to the cost of the item. You will NOT get back sales tax or shipping costs (in my case, this amounted to roughly $10). 2. Even though you're NOT getting your money back for shipping with the return, you will still be charged an $8.99 shipping fee for returning the item. So suddenly, of my $33 order (after taxes and shipping), I was going to be getting back $13 or $14, give or take. Almost $20 that they were keeping despite their sizing being inaccurate and getting the items back with the tags still on!
Total of my order for maternity scrubs was $216. I used $200 worth of gift cards, and I authorized payment of the remaining $16 of the bill to be paid via my PayPal account. After 10 days of having no idea if my order was being processed/shipped/etc, I finally got an email that said it had shipped... soon followed by another email that my account was charged for the FULL $216 amount! I don't have that money to pay right now, which is why a family member had given me the gift cards to use! It has been 4 days now, after staying on hold for hours, leaving 4 voicemails, and sending emails to their customer service dept, I have not heard back from anyone! I am at a loss as to how to get in touch with these people!
I don't really like the layout of the site but it does have some nice scrubs. However, some scrubs are overly priced and every scrub brand makes sizes a little different. So I bought a pair of scrubs and after I find out the customer is responsible for paying the returns and even you want an exchange for a different size, the site will make you return the wrong size scrubs and purchase a new set of scrubs. It seems like this company doesn't care about its customer just a way to make the most money
Please be aware that YOU have to pay for return shipping if the item doesn't fit! I usually buy scrubs from Amazon, I should have stuck with them. I now have scrubs that are too small and I refuse to pay $13.00 to return them. It also took 3 weeks to deliver. Shop at your own risk.
I'm only writing this review to outweigh all the bad on the internet. Overall, I was happy with the product and it fits perfectly. I hadn't read any reviews about the site before placing my order and haven't ordered from here before. Honestly, seeing all these reviews made me nervous and I almost cancelled my order. Customer service was very prompt on both the phone and over email. One suggestion is if you do order from this company, make an account FIRST. You cannot track your order status through the website unless you have an account. My only complaint is similar to others in that I didn't receive my scrubs until 3 weeks after placing the order online. Since I wasn't in a time crunch I waited it out. If you can wait, it's worth it.
I've ordered and never had issues until my last order, December 9th ordered 5 tops, only two came in approximately in two weeks, received a email stating one was not in stock, and the two others have STILL as of today January 2, not been processed, called repeatedly to see what's the deal, no answer, just a message to leave voicemail... hu?... love the prices and deals, not sure I'm going to order from them again, seems like a lot of customers feel the same...
Was told when I placed order on nov 24 that three items were on backorder, but would ship in 7-10 business days. Heard nothing about a delay, finally wrote on dec 12 to check status and they casually responded that still on backorder and would be possibly be shipped dec 22. Treated me like I was stupid and couldnt do the math that it was more than 7-10 business days. They didnt even bother to say sorry, but guess its because they dont care. Very, very, very poor customer service. Will never order from them again.
Bought shirts for my daughter. Wrong size. U cannot exchange. Have to return and re buy. They charged $8 for each shirt to return. So I pd shipping when I bought them & an additional 16.00 to return them! You lost my business.
Could not reach anyone by phone. It was constantly busy. One time it went through and I got a voicemail stating the entire company had a phone outage. Sent 2 emails regarding my order and never got a response back!
I placed a large order a few things didn't fit I sent them back two months ago and they insisted the credited my account only they didn't I have my statements to send them and they don't care they said it was credited end of story

Absolutely by far the worst uniforms ever! I ordered 3 joggers an 3 tops ordered the same brand butter soft just as they said in order to insure the same color. JOKE, JOKE,JOKE, every bit 3 shades off from each other. Less than 2 months old an they look older than the uniforms I bought at Walmart 5 years ago. Faded worn looking. If I could I would rate them lower. Yes the price was better than other sites but the product is sorry. I kept them because I had lost 100 lbs an started a new job an needed them I should have sent them back but the stupid company charges 2 arms an a leg to do that. SO BUYERS BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH! Pay a penny more an deal with a better company an in return receive better product.
So I ordered an XS scrub top but when my order arrived the tag looked odd so I picked at it and the X-Small label fell off to reveal it had been glued over the original small size. Someone intentionally glued a different size over the original and then expected me to be stupid enough not to notice, which makes me twice as insulted. I am a very small person, this top is so big, the sleeves hang below my elbows. There are policies in place against wearing scrubs that are too small or too large because it is so unprofessional. This is a "no return or exchange" item even though the real tag does not match my receipt. But this isn't about the money, it's that fact that this company is willing to go to such lengths to scam their customers. I am shocked anyone would do something like this!
My first purchase from Tafford's took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive when promised 3-5 business days! I thought I'd give them one more chance and the same exact thing has happened! When I called to talk to their customer service the woman named Ebony didn't seem to know a thing about my order so I asked to talk to the manager, Ryan. I found out they haven't even received it yet from the vendor and it will be another two weeks before I get it!... If they are out of stock, why doesn't the website state that instead of claiming to 3-5 business days. Never again. There are other great companies out there so why order from Tafford's if they don't even carry the inventory?!
With free shipping, Tafford pricing on my scrubs are a little cheaper but expect to wait for your shipment. I ordered scrubs because I need them and I am still waiting. After a week all I have heard from them is that they have received my order. Customer service is nearly non existent. They happily took my pay pal payment now where are the goods?
Horrible horrible idea, do not waste your time. 14 days later my product might ship out next week, that is until I have to email to ask where it is next week and they have another excuse. Just horrible. I'm pregnant and need maternity scrubs and I've waited this whole time just to be disappointed. Very poor service. Ended up cancelling order

Can you give less than 1 star! Size chart is WAY off. Paid $15 in postage to exchange size. Still way off! Charged my credit card twice! Avoid this company!
They have absolute terrible costumer service! Placed an order 2/13 called them 2/19 and they tell me 3 things are on back order but I can have the other stuff shipped if I pay an extra freight charge. Not sure how long it would have been but obviously they had no intentions contacting me. Might save a little money ordering but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! 6 weeks to receive your order! So frustrating!
Ordered 8 pieces from this company. The website stated that 1 of the items was out of stock for another 3-5 days. They stated that everything would ship all at once. No big deal I thought. Well 3 weeks later and no package was ever delivered. I contacted the company due to the fact that I had received no correspondence whatsoever telling me what was taking so long. They stated that item was still out of stock. I told them that they should at least send the other 7 items. They told me no because when I ordered I was informed that everything would be shipped together. I was also told that it would only be out of stock for 3-5 days! I finally received my items 7 weeks after I ordered them. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never order from Tafford again.
Answer: It took 3 weeks for them to process my order and 7 weeks to fill it. This company is horrible and scams everyone that orders from them. Just check out their horrible reviews.
Answer: Save yourself some trouble and order elsewhere. I ordered on July 26 and have yet to receive an email with shipping info even after multiple emails to customer service. If I ever get my scrubs, I'll let you know about sizing, but we both might be retired by then.
