I want to know now when my shoes will be shipped out? I did not have trouble like this on the first pair that I ordered but this is redicoulase.

I don't have a question. The lack of company response to these complaints tells me all I need to know.
How long does it take to process an order? Goodness. I placed my order on 09/04 and it still says processing... Very disappointed.
