Customer service is exceptional with this app. Not just this interaction every time prompt, friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. $5 for customer service all day long we won't talk about pricing this preview that's where I give it 4/5
In today's time so many people are confused on what or who they are this app makes it even harder for those to actually come out or not but yet have to target that audience for a profit? I been on n off this site for about a year it was good at first was actually pretty cheap to join the first few months where fine then I kept on running into the same profile over and over again they raided there rates about 5 months into it so ppl that use the free version can only swipe 20 times can't see your likes you have to pay for it big waste of time and money save your time.
Right after Jason Wimberly's "Taimi Talk", I uninstalled all other dating apps I had on my phone, and never looked back. Their dedication and devotion to the LGBTQ+ community is noticeable, and no other platform can compare. It's a real blessing for us, honestly. It's safe, inclusive, varied - it basically has everything you need compiled in one single place.

Taimi listens to you. Got to also say their ladies on their app are beautiful. Might try to meet some one from here.

The section that lets me find a match is slow its like a delay or something and it won't let me swipe back incase I accidentally skip someone that you like. Also in the notification when I will checkout the profile of someone that liked my profile, it is easy to accidentally click heart or like when I scroll down to see the details in their profile.
I think the developer should add a section that enables us user to view the one that we like or heart. Also you should let us choice a theme or mode like, dark mode or light mode, because other user like me don't like dark theme/mode.

Hi Mark! Thanks for leaving a review. To undo an accidental swipe, all you need to do is press the arrow button on the upper right corner of the screen. This feature is available to XL users only, but you can earn Rollbacks by spinning the Fortune Wheel if you open the app every day. If the app seems to be lagging for you, try reinstalling the app and clearing your phone's cache, as well as closing other apps. All features of the app effectively require a subscription to use. While you can view profiles in the scrolling view, someone who has liked you from their view is unable to be interacted with unless you pay $5 per week for a subscription. Specifically, for example, you cannot chat with anyone.

Allow us to clarify - chatting with other users in our platform is absolutely free. But to be able to message someone, you need to match with them first. A match occurs when two people like each other.
As such, liking, matching, and therefore, chatting with users in the Taimi platform does not require any subscriptions or payments.
A subscription is only required if you wish to access your incoming likes list directly without waiting for a match.
We hope this makes sense, but if not, let us know!
The app is very good for a start... only for that.
What I will describe have been happening a lot of times lately:
I get in contact with somebody using the app. We started to chat very nicely. All of a sudden the chat disappeared. Looking for an explanation, I look at "Mutual likes" and I found that the person blocked me (?).
There was absolutely not a single disrespectful word in our conversation, not from me nor from my (new) friend.
We did not exchange any personal information. Just conversation.
This happened at least 4 times already, of course, with different people.
What is wrong with this app? Is that a punishment for not using the paid version?
I am absolutely annoyed with Taimi. I am sure that the explanation is not from the friend blocking me, but instead from an algorithm from the app that measures (maybe) the amount of messages and blocks the contacts unless you pay them. Let me be paranoid for a moment!

I tried the free app for about 15 minutes, then cancel it. I have since been charged 4 times. I have disputed with the company and they say I don't have an account. 10 plus emails and every other one tells me to cancel my account or that I don't have an account. I have now disputed it with my bank. I had to cancel my card and now wait 7-10 days for a new bank card. Don't use this app! Youll get ripped off!

I'd like to clarify that having an account is one thing and having a subscription is another. The app is free in its basic version, which means that subscriptions are completely optional. Furthermore, deleting your account will not cancel your subscription because it is managed by an external service (Google Play or iTunes, for example). That is why you were charged after deleting your account.
Nevertheless, we realize how inconvenient and frustrating this must be. Will you please reach out to us at support@taimi.com so that we can locate your subscription and assist you in its cancelation?

I don't like the app. I location locks me and prevents international dating. Only provides local dating. This app restricts interracial dating on international level. There is no means within the app to lock out local and date international.
The American-owned company, restricts people in usa, who prefer international dating to nationally-locals ONLY! Very sad...

If your location is being displayed incorrectly, it might be enough to double-check the app's permissions on your device and make sure that location is allowed for the Taimi app. Then, simply enable your GPS services and restart the app - that should do the trick.
If your location is correct but you wish to find matches across the globe, we have just the feature for you. Taimi Spot Location is a premium feature, available in the Silver and Gold packages, that allows you to choose any city in the world (where the app is available) and find potential matches there.

The Taimi app doesn't really offer anything that it's competition does not. That aside, it does have a very nice UI and is very easy to use. The app's performance is also very smooth, and I ran into no bugs while using it.

I can't understand how the app works! You may have to add some tips and please stop spamming the XL plan, someone can't afford it.
It's hard to message people, and there isn't a valid security level. Add a phone verification or an email verification else everyone can join the community even bad people. The app can be easily spammed by bots.
I think you have to add some features to the free plan and make the XL plan cheaper.
A pretty good app but it needs to have some substantial improvements. When you will fix what I said I will leave four stars to the app.

It is good but need a bit fixings or refining on a few things like sending a message, trying to refind a person you know, knowing if they dislove you, trying to know if they glitch out or just left and if they disappear outta know were on your like list. Hope this helps

To search for someone in the app, you can use the looking glass in the top-right corner of the Messages section. When someone unmatches with you, they simply disappear from your Message list; we don't issue any kind of notifications for safety and privacy reasons.

For a app it very money demanding as soon as you sign in get asked to pay silver for $$$ you cant even view a like you have to pay $$$ if you run out of taps you have to wait 18 hours or pay $$$ and when you can tap again its the same profiles you swipe as not a like so basically you see the same profiles every also the marketing $11.99 a week or $623 a year is a serious rip off save your money customer service is terrible when you runout of likes you get spammed 321 go go not once 10 times then customer service wants screen shots when you report scammers they are still there. There is even a page created for older guys for younger lovers the heading made for pedo s report it nothing done al so its not a great app as they say

Allow us to clarify that Taimi is absolutely free in its basic version. The Silver subscription, as you mentioned, is only required to access incoming likes directly (without waiting for a match). Matching and messaging, on the other hand, are completely free.

Taimi might look like a great app and advertises for free but you can't do anything but look at pics unless you pay a rediculous price to join. Please stop saying your a free app!. Shouldn't have to pay all that money just to find a date!
