Target is my go-to retailer for its combination of affordability, convenience, and variety. Whether I'm shopping for groceries, household essentials, or clothing, Target consistently delivers quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciate the ease of shopping both in-store and online, as well as the frequent deals and promotions available to Target Circle members
I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
I don't even want to know how much I spend at Target. :) But, their prices, products, and (mostly) hassle-free returns are great. I return less than 1% of what I buy, always in perfect shape. I just like to have the option. The only problem with Target is their inventory monitoring. Whoever is in charge of that needs to be replaced. It's bad and could be improved so incredibly easily.

I've shopped at target for years.
If some of you remember, there was a huge deal over boycotting Target because of Gay rights. I've seen this go back and forth where the company is trying to stick by what they say and yet not lose business/ customers.
I'd really like to know where they really stand as a company.

For me Target is the stop for everything clothing and things: shirts, pants, sunglasses, hairbrushes and so on. My first camera was even from here *so exciting*. It may not be the stop for super-high fashion but I personally don't think you even need this everyday. Yet again, some people may be looking for just that.

It's funny how the prices of the book went up during the buy one get half off the second. I buy several books per year, so I know what the average price has been in the past. Good job Target. Some People are not as stupid as you would hope. Especially those that still read out of a book!

I can't believe Target accepted the new inventory from Chip and Joanne Gaines to sell in their stores. The items I've seen online are dull, ugly and cheap looking. These items have no sparkle... they resemble items I've seen in Big Lots. Really disappointed... Her other items I've seen are over priced. And now we're on the opposite end of the scale. A name means nothing if the product doesn't show something.

I've spent over a week trying to correct an error in an online order, and the issue is still unresolved. I call each day, and am put on hold, then hung up on a few times. Next I am told to complete some step, which never gets me to any help or resolution. I will never shop target.com again. It is the worst website and customer service.

For a big store chain or a small "Mom & Pop", it is amazing to me how well-managed Target is every day. Target is a very good shopping experience. Their stores are well stocked with great products and always clean and neat. I have never been disappointed at Target.

I ordered an Apple HomePod mini at Target online. Received it today. The item was used. No cellophane wrapping, or tape seals as customary on Apple products. It's obvious someone returned this item previously, and then Target in turn resold it to me. Now I have to go through the headache of going to the store and wasting time returning the item, which is what I bought the item online to begin with. Tried calling customer service. Spoke to a kid who sounded like he was still in high school, and he was unable to coherently assist me with the problem. When it comes to items like this, go to Best Buy or someone who specializes in products such as this. Never again...

I used to love going there and buying my grocery, since it's like Walmart but cheaper. This was really great. Head and Shoulders shampoo was even cheaper than Walmart. 3 stars because I'm sad they closed here.

I had so much difficulty getting statements via snail mail or email. They set it up so you don't make payments by due date, by sending the statement so that it arrives 1-3 before the due date, not letting you in with your password that you wrote down, or allow for automatic payments. It is a gimmick for them to charge interest than for you to save the 5% as a loyal regular customer. Due to this practice of trying to rip me off, I will not support them in any way, by shopping there. It's too bad because I enjoyed the store and the online ordering experience. They lost a customer.

Don't ever purchase anything from Target online. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and give you the runaround. There is an issue with their shipping department and Fed Ex that they wont tell you about.

On December 7,2022 I order Christmas gifts. For 6 days they kept changing my delivery date. Come to find out everything I order was on back order. How are they promising 2 day shipping if they don't even have the items in stock? Then they promise I will receive my items on December 19. How is that possible when the items still hasn't shipped. I will never buy anything from target ever again now I have to wait for the pending charges to drop off my credit card. I will never buy anything from Target again.

LOVE Target. Maybe because I dislike Walmart but this is my store for things around the house. I LOVE Super Target. I am lucky to have on close by. They have an entire grocery store and I really like the archer farms brand they carry. It's organic and very good! Their red velvet cake (in bakery section) is one of the best I've had!

My daughter bought me a TV for my birthday. That night we open it to set it up. Plug it in and it doesn't work. The very next morning she takes it back to exchange it, only for them not to exchange it. The serial numbers don't match although that's how it came. Not only that it was missing screws for the stand. She calls corporate only for them to give her the run around. Mind you we've had this TV less than 24 hours. I call corporate and they tell me to bring it back and call when I get there. So I do that. When she gets back on the phone she tells me that she can't do anything. This is after we call and explain exactly what happened 3 different times. So I just hauled a huge TV out of my house for absolutely no reason. This was a waste of my time and energy. I didn't do anything but take it out the box and plug it up. I bought TVs throughout my life and this has never happened to me. I will never be shopping at Target again. After this horrible experience I hate that store.

DO NOT SHOP AT TARGET GLENDALE LOCATION IN WISCONSIN. BAYSHORE MALL.

So if u have the target credit card/store card and u shop online, u get a 5% discount plus free shipping. So what that means to me is I can take less time, not even have to leave my house and get my products from target cheaper and shipped right to my front door. Lol. That's pretty sweet! I don't know why everyone isn't doing that. No going up and down aisles, no check out lines to wait in, and no carrying bags out to your car and then back in your house from your car. Seems like a pretty sweet deal to me and obviously everyone knows you can get pretty much everything from Target and there is even more offered on their website so check it out! Also I didn't get paid to say any of this and I'm not the kind of person to take time to write reviews but this is a feature everyone should be taking advantage of.

Going into Target isn't always the best decision to make when a girl's in the mood to buy. To avoid buyer's remorse, I buy what I need, which are usually Boots lipsticks, from target.com. I've read bad experiences that other consumers have had, which makes me avoid other types of purchases online.

It's sad that your company has decided to put all gay merchandise in the back of your store like people don't matter Hugh mistake I will never shop at this store again and many other people will boycott all targets shame on the decision! Nn

Love to order from Target because the shipping is free if you have their red card/debit card. I can have my daughter (who is away at college without transportation) order her deodorant, make up, shampoo, etc on my account and it ships to her dorm.

I've ordered many things from this website. No hidden fees and always order the minimum to get free shipping is key. Items vary from time to time. Sizing is not consistent. Nor is quality. But can find good deals. Comes quickly.

This is my big box store of choice. Where else can I go to find paper goods and beautifully design home decor? Certainly the evil empire falls way short in the design area and honestly 99% of my household staples are found for the same price at Target. In addition Target has created a pleasant shopping environment that I have not found at the other store.

I ordered a dress from here, one of the "GO International" pieces because it was on sale for ridiculously cheap and although I had an inkling it'd probably be terrible quality if not fit poorly, I ordered it anyway because of the cheap shipping ($4.95). It arrived and as expected, I had to return it at a store location (convenient) although the shipping isn't refundable. So yes, basically I paid $5 to try on a crappy dress.
I've noticed that checking their tracking # is also kind of annoying, maybe it was the browser on the computer I was using, but it would show me as logged in but would generate a temporary "account" for me to check the tracking info. Normally, most retailers/vendors send an email with a link to the tracking info so you can click through there without having to log in to any accounts. Maybe Target cracks down harder on security.

I often use curbside pickup at this location. I usually like shopping online with Target. Today's experience was unacceptable. The clerk loading our items into our car smashed our eggs and bananas. When I called the store, customer service was a mess. I told them that I needed the eggs delivered to me that same day as I needed them at night. I told them I was chronically ill and my husband is a disabled veteran and we could not make another trip to the store that day, as this one was very hard. They said my only option to get help from them was to come in. The manager presented himself like he did not care about me or my situation. So, customer service is very ineffective here. I don't think I will ever do curbside pickup here again. I feel I need to find another store to shop at. I feel very unheard here. Beware of curbside pickup!
Tip for consumers:
Beware of curbside pickup...they damage or forget items.

We shop at Target frequently but they are hit and miss for us. We tried to order a coffee/espresso machine from them on-line and it was two-weeks to get it delivered. Had to cancel the order (had to place it before we knew delivery time). They are often out of stock on sizes, shoe store is way too small. But, the Starbucks coffee is great and we have found kids clothing to be good and some electronics as well. Toy section is perfect for young kids and camping gear is good for people starting out. We have purchased linens and they are hit/miss but the flannel ones for the winter were great. Little pricey when not on sale.

Absolutely terrible in every way. I purchased an item online and picked it up in the store. There was a promotion for a $25 gift card with the purchase. I never received the gift card so I called the customer service #. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes then the line went dead, this happened three times. I finally got someone and was told they would reissue it. It never came. I have now called a total of SEVEN times, its been two months and I still don't have the gift card.
Never ever again will I purchase anything from Target online and I now try to avoid the store as well. Very disappointing.
