Target is my go-to retailer for its combination of affordability, convenience, and variety. Whether I'm shopping for groceries, household essentials, or clothing, Target consistently delivers quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciate the ease of shopping both in-store and online, as well as the frequent deals and promotions available to Target Circle members
I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
For once, Amazon didn't have exactly what I wanted so I veered away and checked another online source. I ordered the item because it said it was in stock and I would have it in 5 days. Yesterday I received an email saying it will be a week later. Today I received an email saying it will be two weeks later. Amazon never did this - it's listed honestly as in stock or out of stock.
Waiting for more emails from Target.com to see how much later my item will be...
Sucks so far.
UPDATE: The item came in one day after the original date it said it would be. I guess those follow up emails saying it will be one - two weeks late doesn't really ring true...

There is a reason people call it 'tarjay' (spelling it that way for pronunciation) - they have high end stuff at decent prices. You can find better prices online if you search, but overall a good experience.

Customer service is unable to help! Won't refund my 20$ gift card or for that matter change my address on my order so I can receive it. My order is now on the way to my old address which the house is no longer in existence, waited on the phone just to talk to someone for 3 hours and after that still no one could help me! I am so pissed!

Target is hands down my favorite store to go to. I always find multiple things I love there. The atmosphere is great, and they are very on top of cleaning and sanitizing everything. They have great prices, and an amazing selection. I go multiple times a week. Sometimes not even going in to purchase anything, just to get Starbucks and relax while I walk around- I always end up buying stuff though

I got an Almay One Coat Mega Volume Mascara in the Mail. I am very amazed with this Mascara. It really worked magic by defining my eye tremendously. I naturally have a very fine lashes and this mascara is a miracle. Honestly am very picky when it comes to beauty products for myself. But due to almost having invisible lashes it made me fall to find mascaras that can fulfill my desire. I been purchasing different brand of Mascara although I would not say nothing works but this Almay One Coat Mega Volume Mascara stand out. Just made me so happy. It just that it takes mw forever to crossed this brand. And YES! Im switching to this brand. Very satisfied product user here. God Bless!

I want to like Target like so many others but I just can't. Their junk is just that... junk. To make matters worse - it's overpriced junk. I can get the exact same things they carry for cheaper online or at *gasp!* Walmart.

Can not find anyone to ask for assistance. When I have found someone, on 3 occasions, they point to the area and go about their business. Frustrating to the point that we will not be shopping at their store in the future.

Anti Salvation Army. Anti Veteran, Gender Neutral, Supports same sex marriage, Advertise homosexuality (perversion), transgender toilets. What a vile and disgusting management that promotes these anti-traditional values.

Customer rep gave me store credit for a return and the $ isn't applying once I click into paypal so they keep telling me to click purchase without it and that they will 'waive the fee'. We established earlier means they would give me more store credit as compensation because they kept using the term 'waive' about shipping but wouldn't send me a code - just kept encouraging me to purchase and said they would 'waive' it after. With a lot of back and forth I finally get told that 'waive' means store credit. Which I've just said... doesn't work. Still no refund, would be of $40 (shipping is $6) for a $15 item.

The customer service at Target is top notch. I recently purchased a rocking chair for my pregnant sister as a baby shower gift. The one that I ordered later came back as sold out and my money was refunded -I got the email three days after the purchase. The next comparable chair was $100 more but included an ottoman. I was disappointed but ponied up the extra $100 since I already told her I got her the chair. Then, Target charged a $50 shipping charge. I e-mailed Target and they agreed split the difference with me and issued me a $75 credit to apply to the purchase. While I was still out $75, they were willing to meet me halfway, which is sometimes all you can ask for. This experience changed my opinion of their service, in a positive way.

Wrong price online and on the app is a higher price
And when I call to ask if they can honor the price online from there website they say they don't see 53.99 they see 89.99 target char broil deluxe tabletop gas grill. Today 6-5-2022 I didn't purchased it because they did not want to sell it at 53.99.

Target is just one of those stores where you can't go wrong. I will go in there for some mascara and come home with clothes, shoes, and a bunch of other random impulse-buys. They have a huge selection of makeup that is cheaper than most drugstores, and their clothes and shoes are always trendy. It is also a very pleasant environment to shop in.

I placed an order at Target.com for a present to be shipped to the Crofton, MD Target store on 12/14/15.On 12/21/15 with not having received email or text message from Target, I called Target.com.
They gave me the UPS tracking# and showed it was received by the store on 12/19/15. I called the store and got the run around asking to speak with a manager. I finally got a manager. He then said he would have someone look for the order.
Surprise! They could not find the order!
He offered me a $20 gift card but that does make up for the fact that they lost my gift. Do not use Ship To Store or shop at Crofton, MD store.

I ordered multiple bottles of Harry's body wash as stocking stuffers for several family members. It was a large order and arrived in 3 boxes, none of which had much packing material…one had nothing, one had a plastic bag and one had the products zip tied together that broke during shipping and a too small air pillow in there, the products were thrown all around and arrived damaged. The products all leaked or arrived with broken and smashed lids.

Online shopping was the worse experience I ever had. They charged me for items I never ordered. They told me my order was cancelled due to clitch in the system but some item were delivered unexpectedly to my apartment. Then they just left my stuff outside and I was at home without ringing my doorbell. Then on top of that I have to wait forever to get a refund for the item I did not receive. Never ordering from them again.

I used to get my monthly virgin mobile phone card from Walmart.com until I learned that with my redcard I get 5% off face value. I pay $33.25 for a $35 phone card every month. There are no added fees and the card arrives via email within a couple of hours without fail.

This site is great because it doesn't send you away from where you are when you cart something, and brings up 'comparable' items that are actually comparable. Bath and beauty prices are in line with the cheapest superstore, and quality of clothes and housewares is much higher.

Very hard working employees, with very positive can-do attitudes that reflect their motivation, personalities, innate abilities, willingness to serve. Certainly, their excellent training combined with their inborn abilities makes for winning performances in customer service.
Tip for consumers:
The wide product selection along with excellent quality makes shopping at Target worthwhile

Targets prices are not competitive they almost never have a good sale... they don't have online sales. I use them a lot bc they do have good quality and the store pickup option so you can avoid shipping fees and walk right in to guest services, show your receipt and id and leave. But those prices smh! They could at least have a rewards program smh

I placed an order online to be picked up in store. I received a text message saying my order was ready gonna picked up but when I arrived the only items i cared about were not available. I took time out of my day when i was trying to get ready to leave town for a week to go pick this order up and all they said was sorry, and they were reluctant to do that! Never again! Why say my order is ready if it clearly was not!

Bought some 3 lb of hamburger to make some chili and some food for our dogs. After cooking half of it and pouring out over a cup of grease we decided. To just use all of it to make food for the dogs out of it.we get less grease out of higher fat hamburger from our local grocery store. Some things are worth getting there but their meat dept leaves a lot to be desired.
