I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
My wife was in my local Target store with my two girls in the women's rest room, and there was a man in there, Scared them all a lot. Manager said it was OK if men used the ladies room. I think we've all gone mad.

After applying for a Target credit card. The card and bills were sent to the wrong address. When Target contacted me they assessed late fees for 2 mos. Past due. When their error was discovered that they had sent it to the wrong address. They still refused to remove the late fees and stated that they would still report it to the credit bureau and ruin my stellar credit. For a bill of less that $100. They late fees were $76. Don't get their credit card!

They have amazing shirts at target always long lasting and good quality. Target always check quality of their product. Now comparing to walmart prices rising well i rather shop at target form now on. No point going to walmart.

Okay so I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Target and their products, but their site? Not so much. I feel I have had more problems with their website lately than ever. For such a huge company I would think they would have an excellent site. I was looking at a kitchen island for my small apartment and there was no dimensions listed in the description. Last week I was looking up women's shoes and nothing was showing up. I was continually receiving an error message, which mostly happens on my iPad. I love Target but they need to step up their game with the website! Anyone else having these problems?

I searched for a specific Lego set for Christmas for my grandson. I paid for the Legos online on the Target website. After a few hours I received a notice the product was no longer available and I was given the option to select another store that had the same item for pickup, which a did. After making this selection I received a notice that my purchase was no longer available. Great! I then chatted with customer service and requested a refund as I decided to go to a store rather than purchase online. Well, although a refund will be issued it will take 30 days! What!?! This is over $200 - why 30 days?
I find this very disturbing to not have a product after it shows available and then hold the customer's money for 30 days. I will no longer shop at Target!
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT order online from Target. The product will show available, you’ll make the purchase only to have it suddenly unavailable. Then your funds will be held for 30 days!

I don't shop here much. However, every time I do the popcorn is the best ever. I highly recommend stopping at the restaurant first and getting some pop corn before you shop. Nothing makes shopping more enjoyable than a bag of fresh popped pop corn. I like pop corn. Target has pop corn. Therefore, I'll shop at Target because they have pop corn.

A joke to get a Target Credit Card. Target had a special, n I have a credit score of 840, Have no debt. I didn't need this card but the special was a decent one n it was Christmas. Granted had a Target card before, just dont believe in stores credit cards. Thought use it once n be done. Target had me jumping through hoops, because I have a alert on my credit. Everyone should have some protection on their information. Target wanted me to mail all my secured information. I declined this card, I don't trust the US Mail at all. Dont do it. Be smart stay away from Target Credit Card/stores; if you can't pay it in full. What's the interest rate 29%.

Purchased some on line Toys and was not the correct color I expected. I went back to the store and return was super easy. Got the right color with no issues in no time and everyone at the service desk was very helpful.

Just for having red card, I get free shipping on everything! I don't why it's offered, but I like it! Up & up diapers are go-to diapers for me now. It's cheaper on line than in store, at least some times, I don't why but love it!

I ordered a Halloween outfit for my daughter in the beginning of October. The first time they sent it, UPS sent it back because it was damaged. I had to call and notify Target and they said they'd send out another one. The second one they sent was sent back by the post office before I got it yet again. The costume finally arrived right before Halloween, only because I contacted them many times and had it expedited, and had to pay for the costume AGAIN. It should've been there with weeks to spare, and I never got the promised refund for the original costume, which was deducted from my paypal. This was a headache and I got ripped off. I will not use Target online ever again.

I had an order that got lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and they were so great to work with. They re-shipped my items and quickly refunded the items that were no longer available. Great company!

I purchased phones for Christmas. The store didn't properly activate the phones. I did not have the receipt, and they claimed they could not find the purchase using the card number. I wound up buying additional phones and plans elsewhere on top of the money I had already spent. Also, the manager was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Never again in all of my life will I shop at Target. Never again will my family shop at Target. I will continue to let people know about my experience, so they don't make the same mistake I did.

Target is great and their selection is vast, but the site leaves a bit to be desired. Heavy drop-shadows anyone? I also find it odd that a TON of the products on the site aren't sold in stores - why wouldn't I just use Amazon?

Poor customer service. They mislead customers by enticing them to order items which are suppose to be in the correct size but when item is received in sizes larger than they're suppose to be they will neither apologize nor return the shipping cost. Clearly, even if item is defective if you're wording is anything but then they will not accept the return of shipping. What a ripoff!

They had a free international shipping promotion and they failed to deliver 75% of the orders canceling them even though they were paid for or even parcial shipped I would expect for better service from a big company like Target

Target is great! They have everything you could ever need for a great price. They have a lot of stores so you never need to go far to get to one and when I do go they always have a great selection of items fully stocked. Almost all of the stores I have been to are clean-unlike Walmart- and have large parking lots.

We had just moved into a new home on December 20th in NC and we purchased a Dirt Devil vacuum for online delivery. We intended to use it right after Christmas weekend, to clean up after unpacking many boxes of our belongings The vacuum arrived on Dec 24 as expected. We did not open the box until Monday December 27th, having celebrated Christmas with family. When we opened the delivery box, we noticed that the manufacturer's vacuum box had been re-taped shut by someone. We then opened the box and found that someone had written on the instruction book that came in the box. We then noticed that the vacuum had been USED... there was dirt in the dust/dirt holder. YUK!
We went online to look up return instructions. The vacuum can only be retuned in-store... it cannot be returned by Fed-Ex/UPS. How inconvenient it will be to bring a return to a Target retail store just a couple of days after Christmas! This will be our last online purchase from Target.

And I am waiting for it to be resolved. I bought a large Westinghouse TV which developed a problem after 6 months of use. I liked the product but you cannot return it to the store. I had to find a place to return it which was not easy and it was a distance away. Buy a Westinghouse TV but check the stores return policy first!

I have had trouble with shipments before. They claimed they sent me items that were never included in the shipments, and never received a refund. If you actually get all of the items you order and pay for, they arrive promptly and the prices are reasonable. But if you don't get the entire order...

Do NOT ever order from target.com they steal your money and dont give it back very quickly, they are very less than helpful. They won't send anything to your bank to allow you get your money back any faster. Watch out for these SCAM ARTISTS. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I bought some face cream online and it was a breeze. There was a coupon online for 2 dollars that I didn't know about. When I was using my card to pay for it, it showed the coupon! It was a little over 25 dollars, so I got free shipping and it was at my door in 2 days! Love my Target!
