I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
Despite the fact that the store designs are nice, the people that work there are complete lunatics and the store is just too big. Clothing designs are weird and all clothes are for regular people, nothing for tall people. Workers, if you find any, have zero motivation to help you find stuff. I've stopped going to Target all together.

I've been with Target for a long time. Yesterday my friend did a price matching for a Kitchen aid stand mixer for 134.33usd (online price 249.99 usd). Anyway, today I chat with their CS and they said they could not do price matching for me. Is it some kind of preference? It's unfair that some people can do price matching some people don't.

Received $25 gift card, couldn't peel the thing back to reveal code. When I scratched it it scraped of some of the code (why do they make them like this). Took it to the store, they got enough off the card to verify it had $25 on it but not enough to honor it. Did a chat with target. Useless, called a special line, got someone after 10 minutes, she sent me a link but it had no way to attach a photo of the card, eventually I was cut off or hung off on. Great customer service target! I wonder how many others have dealt with this. I know it's only $25 but it's not theirs so I will keep writing reviews..

I love Target from Bellingham, but sometimes I prefer to go to the one north of Seattle. I love their product variety and I can get great quality products at a reasonable price. My favorite section is clothing, with these prices skyrocketing, it's hard to get fair prices for good quality products. Target will always be my favorite store to go!

False advertising, pretending promotions never existed, called 3 times and emailed 3 times, still not resolved. I have proof (a print screen of my cart) that my items are eligible, and they are pretending that this promotion never existed.

I love that Target will deliver to your home and has free delivery specials. I do not always shop at Target but sometimes they are the only place that has a specific item I buy. They are dependable and a good store to shop at.

I was able to print photos without issue. They looked great! I thought I was going to have trouble with the photo size, but they look like the photos I would have printed from disposable cameras. Excellent quality. Arrived on time!

The person at the register signed multiple customers up for a credit card saying it was something else and when i contacted customer services for the extra fees charged to my account they wouldnt take anything off. I then contacted guest services and was told they would put in an appeal form and when I tried to contact them about the status of my acvount they had no recollection of this appeal form and added more late fees on top. In the end i was charged with over $100 in late fees that they wouldnt correct. Never going to Target ever again

Manager was extremely rude to me when I went inside to ask about my online order. She told me I have to go outside and wait over 30 minutes before my order will be done. I live over 30 minutes away and she told me to leave and come all the way back or cancel my order. I said I can not cancel my order because I used a giftcard and she proceeded to tell me I would lose all of the money on the gift card with no refund.

Did my baby registry there, customer service was beautiful, I was assisted and shopping was made easier for me, this is a plus for me, because I was pregnant in my 8 months and they made it quiet quick and easy for me. Thanks guys.

I understand that th we PS5 is high demand at the moment but is the Target website "has trouble locating your position" whenever inventory is in then it doesn't work. If your website isn't up to the task then sell your product in the store. Target's sale strategy only benefits the resellers.

I visited target Chatswood on Wednesday 17/8/22. I didn't purchase anything and When I was leaving the store the lady at the door asked to check my bag. She only checked my bag not anyone else's. Neither the ones had done shopping nor the ones hadn't done any shopping. I don't mind the bag checking but it must be done for all the customers.
I usually shop from target and have been to some of their stores around Sydney and didn't have such experience. It was disrespectful.

They ship very fast, and the prices are lower than in other companies. And one totally wonderful thing happened today.
UPS lied and said what I bought from Target was delivered yesterday. So I contacted Target and they replaced the two orders for free. But today UPS delivered what they said they delivered yesterday. So I called Target and said that since the replacements have been shipped I don't mind at all if they charge me for those. And they said no the replacements that have been shipped are still free.
I am so impressed with Target.

Had $1800 credit limit. But because I did not buy anything in 6 months they dropped my credit limit to $500.
So, because i am good with my card I get a punishment by dropping my credit. I can not believe this. I am really thinking about closing my card. This is not wright.

Target does an OK job at delivery. I ordered my shorts 6-17 and I got it 6-25. They don't do a good job at communicating, and when I got my order the bag was dirty. My shorts were good quality but delivery was confusing.

I like using Target.com along with my Red Card. I save 5% with Target when I use the card. I had an issue on a large order. Customer Service was so helpful. She canceled the ordered and gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles. I will continue to shop online with Target.

I spent over an hour shopping at Target today. I probably had about 300.00 worth of stuff. I get to checkout and am told I can have 5% off everything I buy in target from now on if I get their credit card and use it there. The thing is, I do not want their credit card. That means I have to pay 5% more than if I did get their credit card. I left my stuff at the checkout, walked out and will never return. I do not want to pay more because I do not want their credit card. I spend a few hundred dollars a month at Target, but never again. Too bad. I like the store but am now turned off by the corporate gimic.

The delivery was late! I ordered a dress for my daughter B-day and I didn't get it on time.
Its quality is OK, but it needed the order for a certain day. As a result a had to look for another dress a day before the celebrating.

First I was told can't be done over the phone have to come in person
Second I get there and they wanted me to remember the check out stand
Third then they can't find
A total hassle just to get a receipt… this business is so incompetent

I love Target! The quality is good and prices are reasonable. I consider it the upscale of the large mass retailers. My kids and I enjoy shopping in the store and I love that I get free shipping with my Target credit card.

Target has a new policy, apparently. If you are a woman, you do not have the right to privacy. I guess men can use the ladies room if they want to. Not just men identifying as women... just any guy.
If you ask to have a man removed from the bathroom, you will be removed from the store.

Became a full time job dealing with a target online order I originally did for convience. Never again.
One box was damaged. One item damaged, two lost and one a month late. Took three phone calls, a store return and I am still waiting for one package they won't refumd because they claim it is on the way.

People were waiting for atleast 30 minutes for Pokémon cards. The lady who was restocking wouldn't let anyone take them and got upset when people did. Then when I came to grab a pack the security guard told me I have to wait, and that I can't just come and take them. They were already done by that time, and were just standing there and talking to each other. I'm not gonna wait for some workers to finish talking. I was in a rush and had no time to wait for such bull$#*!. Do better.

Target online is the worst service I have ever seen. I ordered a futon for my daughter 5/11/2014 and still have not received it 6/23/2014 after numerous calls and poor customer service. They lost the sofa multiple times (it is bigger than a breadbox) and could not locate it. I will never ever buy anything from either Target online or Target stores.
