I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
Yes the Target store is just awesome this is a one word description which shows why i prefer to buy from this portal. Target is the one because i was bought many thing in discount while using.

I just love, love Targe! Now that they have a grocery store and a Starbucks, I rarely have to go to Safeway anymore. I love to order things online and pick them up the same day in the store for free without having to pay I just show my I.D. since the items are already paid for online. It's a breeze. Plus I love Cartwheel when items are on sale I can save even more money by just scanning a barcode on my iPhone it's so easy!

They depleted my gift cards over $100 worth and never honored the order placed on target.com.
Called target.com, they send apology email then two days later I find unauthorized charges from target.com for the same amount on my bank account now they owe me over $200 they stoled. (Disputed those charges through my bank). Called them back and they claim a system glitch caused the problem and that they have many cases like mines. Several times they hangs up on me. Had a store manager call them they also hang up on him. Overall it's been a nightmare and I don't believe they will refund me willingly. Filling a complaint to the FTC and BBB.

I went to target to restock on my favorite microwaved pizza but i couldnt find it so i asked one of the employeses but the moment i inhaled a small portion of oxygen my nostrils were met with the fate of death and were clogged by the most outrageous stinkiest smelliest odor i have ever sniffed in my LIFE. Please give your workers free/or at least a discount on hygiene products and encourage them to shower more often. Thank You.

I love Target but have been disappointed in their clothes for a couple of years. Now your clothing buyer is pushing Little House on the Prarie clothing. So disappointed. My 3rd year not going to Target to look for clothing.

Bought a refrigerator via internet @ Target.com. Scheduled a pick up/return w/in a week when I realized that the freezer isn't frost free. Was instructed to leave refrigerator (never unboxed) in driveway. Disappeared from driveway that day. Apparently, scheduled return also disappeared from Target files & repeated emails ignored until I got an attached message to my order stating that the issue couldn't be resolved! NEVER SHOP ON LINE @ Target again!

Target offers many great ways to save. They have the Redcard... debit from bank and save 5% on everything you buy. They have Cartwheel and that's additional savings. Lastly, you can also use a manufacturer coupon with these 2 savings to get awesome deals. You can also preorder stuff online or have things shipped.

I received a bookcase that i ordered online, the box was messed up. When I opened it the item was damaged to where I couldn't even put it together, they sent out another one and it had 3 different scratches on it. They refunded me for the first one, the second one they took 35 dollars off. It I'm paying over 100 dollars for an item it should NOT have had any marks. I should have been refunded for the both of them. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Purchased 3 boxes of NFL Select Draft Picks football cards. The package was shipped by target using UPS service. Box arrived crushed. I requested replacement product from Target. They supplied shipping label for return. Was told replacement product would be shipped once damaged product was returned. Product was returned. Return was denied because sports cards aren't a returnable product. So they kept my damaged product and my money. I couldn't file claim with credit card company because I used Target credit card. Filed a claim with better business bureau. They contacted Target and Target said there policy is firm. No returns. Even though product arrived damaged. I mean they were crushed. WTF.
The return was shipped and then denied. They didnt ship damage product back nor did they refund or replace
14.4 Billion Dollar Company. Screwed me out of $185.00

Placed a small order with 2 day shipping. There are 2 items in multiples of 3. Box 1-MASSIVE-only 3 small items w/2 of the 3 multiples. Box 2-missing 3rd item only. Still have not received the other 3 small items. Only placed order because my daughter needed a particular school supply that everyone was out of. Totally disappointed!

It took 2 hors for me to check out. I had a gift card to use and went $4 over. I entered my own card for the extra and it would not accept my payment. Tried chat. Site crashed whie chatting and the chat disappeared. It would not allow me to clear entries to try again. The card reader did not work. The number entery to manually enter gift card places the next digit before the last entry, so you have to move cursor to correct space. What a complete nightmare.

The Target in Horseheads, NY was very disrespectful. Took plastic bottles back and they have wasps flying around in their returnables area. They kicked us out because they couldn't use wasp spray just to kill the bees.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner online and entered my new address. They did not propagate the address to shipping so it went to the wrong address. They reshipped the item and it arrived in a damaged box and appeared to have been a previous return because it had no manual and was missing the charger/cord. When I called the agent argued with me because it is a cordless machine and he said it has no cord - but of course the charger has a cord. When I talked to another person they said I could return it to a store and get a replacement which they assured me was in stock. I drove to the store which was not the closest for me, and they told me they do not have it in stock after all. A waste of time. No wonder Amazon is so popular!

I was looking for zip codes in St. Louis MO, Dallas TX, Chicago IL, etc. it was showing item not available. Lol.
If the items are not available in those biggest cities what is the purpose of having stores in those locations.

"I pre-ordered a Funko POP in October. Then I start seeing them in stores. I contact Target.com and was told not to worry, I would receive my product shortly. On 1-6-23 I get a notice my order was canceled due to being out of stock! When I called I got the run around. I asked for a hire up and was told they would call me back within 24hrs. It's been over 48hrs.

I ordered some items for a beach trip from the website. The delivery was estimated at 3-5 days. I placed the order 14 days before leaving. I got an email that one of the 2 packages for the order was delivered on the 18th. Today is the 20th and still no package. I called the the phone number provided, and spoke to a representative that was condescending and the opposite of helpful. I am leaving tomorrow morning for the beach so if the items actually do arrive, they will be useless. Hopefully they do though, because then I can at least get my money back. Otherwise, I was informed that I will just have to eat the cost of the items in the package that was supposed to have been delivered but was not. I will never spend a dime at Target again.

I'm a die hard Traget fan, and proud of it! However, I detest their clothing mostly because it is ugly. I DO love their home furnishings though!
I bought $800 worth of stuff online to finish my bedroom in our new house, and it said the shipping would be about half a month. They were wrong. THE SHIPPING WAS 3 DAYS. I'm serious- they sent my stuff early:)
The quality was amazing, as it usually is with Taret furnishings. I now have a completely furnished room, and it looks like a picture out of a magazine. I am completely happy with everything I got :D

Purchased an item online "Black Friday" Was not sure if the store would still have the item. They did, purchased and called customer service to Cancel Online Order and was told it's too late. Hmmmm Come on Target get with Updated Technology or at least state so on your website.

I went to put an online order in for a in store pickup and they wait to tell me 5 hours later that they no longer have the item when I put it in my shopping cart to start with they had the item. So why wait to tell me that that the item wasn't in stock.This should of been brought to my attention when I put the order in from the beginning.

I shop at the SuperTarget in West St. Paul and was surprised to find that on the fourth day of Hanukkah they did not sell Hanukkah candles. Sales associates confirmed there were none in the store. Meanwhile the store was full of Christmas items. Shameful!

This year Target opened at 6 PM Thanksgiving Day, national TV ad coverage with a 32" Westinghouse TV for $99.99. We decided to shop for this item, could not order online, store purchase only, well needless to say at 6:10 PM when we finally got in, we were told they were out of the item already, but had several much higher priced models available! There could not have been very many as we looked around, I saw 3 in total being carried by other customers through out the store, and when talking to the customers who had the TV, they all told me there had only been a few. I personally will never shop Target again, in store or online, pull the bait and switch and you deserve to go out of business. This was the Oxford Vally Store in PA, I will be sure to spread the word on your policy. GoodBye Target!
