Target is my go-to retailer for its combination of affordability, convenience, and variety. Whether I'm shopping for groceries, household essentials, or clothing, Target consistently delivers quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciate the ease of shopping both in-store and online, as well as the frequent deals and promotions available to Target Circle members
I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
Target is ok if you are looking to save money and I've never had a problem with shipping. Whenever I've ordered something I've gotten it fast.

Prices are often too high. Stock is limited.
I pretty much have quit shopping there as I get what I need from Costco or Amazon.com.

It's always been a fun place to shop at, and lately they've been adding some cute home stuff it could rival Home Goods. Great store!

I order my daughters Christmas gift on target.com to pick it up at a store because I was out of town and I didn't want my daughter's gift to be stolen Or to be sold out because it is one of the lol surprise hot items on high demand. I went to to the store a few days later to pick it up only to find out that they apparently " had issued a refund " which I still haven't gotten my money back! Now the toy is about $40 more expensive and they will not price match it even tho I had already purchased it! And I'm pretty sure they returned it because now the toy is selling for more money and they are trying to make more profit out of. I am so infuriated and disappointed not to mention that I don't have a present or my money that i payed for this toy for my daughter. All thanks such neglectful and careless company that does not care about they're customers. And they they offer me 15% off like that's such a huge accommodation that doesn't even take care of how much more the toy cost now. All I WAT IS WHAT I PAID FOR INITIALLY!
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer! I never thought that a company so big and famous would have such horrible service. This was the first and last time I will ever shop with target.com or at a target store!
I NEED MY MONEY REFUNDED ASAP! OR SEND ME WHAT I PAYED FOR!
I my self am a manager at a high end store at the mall and I provide customer service every day not only to locals but also international customer. Rest assure I will let all my friends and family know about my experience and to avoid shopping with your store.

Simply wanted to purchase a new rug online. Received the wrong rug, and after dealing with multiple people in Maylasia or the Phillipines where they apparently have their call centers, I was told the correct rug would be shipped out express to me right away. I then get an email that my rug will be delivered... 2 weeks from now. Wait, What? Lie #1. Was told that for my trouble I'd be given a gift card for $50... wrong. It was $15.00. That was Lie #2. I decided I didn't want the rug after all because I wasn't going to wait 2 more weeks, but now they can't credit me until I give them the tracking number. Wholla... I provided the tracking number and then they change their tune and say they can't credit me until the rug actually gets back into the suppliers system. What? I don't even HAVE the rug. I cancelled the order, you haven't delivered it, I've provided the tracking number so you can cancel the delivery, and now you won't refund me until it goes back into YOUR warehouse? Lie #3. I am so done with Target. They are liars and can't even put people in the U.S. to work in a call center, they have to send that work to other countries. Way to go Target.

Target could have added an xtra bathroom and dressing room for gender neutral issues but NO! They decided to throw everyone together. I HAVE NOT RETURNED TO THEIR STORE! I WILL NOT SHOP THERE!

Bonnie Jean Civerolo Jones is a Target "Asset Protestion" (lol), but obviously wants to be real cop BAD. Unfortunately, Jones is married to a real COP who works in the same area as the Target store. So when she detains a suspect and has to someone, she is not only calling the police, she is calling personal friends of and co-workers of her husband, Officer Carl Jones. I wonder how many times she calls her husband. The police make the ultimate decision of whether to arrest, so this gives Bonnie Jean Civerolo Jones an unfair advantage and influence with the Bradenton Police Department.
Bonnie Jean Civerolo Jones is rude, arrogant, and treats most other people VERY poorly.

Ordered a product off Target.com with a promise of 2 day shipping - didn't happen and no communication..
Tip for consumers:
Unacceptable service with unfulfilled expectations based upon shipping advertisement with order
Products used:

I ordered something I needed for a trip. I paid to expedite the shipping for it to arrive by Sept 12th. On Sept 12th I got an e-mail that it would be in Sept 13th. I called customer service to make sure it would in fact be in on that date and they assured me it would. Then I got an e-mail saying it would be Sept 14th again they told me yes it has shipped it will be there on the 14th. Mind you this product is only sold on line and not carried in any store. I kept telling them I had to have this for a trip on an airline with my pet and this is the only way to transport him on the airline. Oh yes it will be there. It is now Sept 14th and I called them today since it still has not come in. I finally got to someone that finally said oh no it has not shipped it is in a holding pattern online and you will need to cancel the order so we can give you your money back since nothing is happening with it. Are you kidding me. I have no way to transport this pet easily in the airport now. Had they told me this on the first call 4 days before I could have ordered it from Amazon and had it in two days. They just kept lying to me all week with assurances this was going to be here prior to the trip. They did give me an online discount; however, it does not help me cuz the pet will not fit in their coupon to be transported on the plane. How the heck is a $20 coupon clear up the mess you made for me tell me?

I ordered towels. Sent me a wrong size. Outside of return window. So I am out of luck due to their incompetence and greed.
