I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
Target will always be an upscale Walmart to me. Sure the prices may be more, but you get what you pay for - quality. There's always a good sale going on and the variety of products is great. I've been doing more and more of my grocery shopping there as Target is so close to my house.
Ordering from target's website is always a breeze. Even clothes, I've had products that didn't fit or I didn't like and was able to return it to the store!

I paid my balance in full when the bill came. I got another noticed but figured it just crossed in the mail. Then when I got another notice with almost 100 in late fees, I called to find out what is going on. They said they did not get my mailed in payment and since payments were free over the phone and it had now been 3 months since the purchase they could not remove the late fees. So I paid the whole bill, but now I am telling everyone I know to NOT give business to Target. Absolutely stay away from their red card. Red is a warning color so let this be a warning to you. It was my first and only purchase on the card so it is not like I had this long history of non-payment and requesting fees. Any company that does not have compassion for its customers is not deserving of hard working Americans' money. I strongly encourage everyone to boycott Target. Our family is certainly never going to shop there again.

This very large company is the perfect example of how not to do e-commerce. They did a "free global shipping" recently, people wasted their time ordering products and finally they just cancelled most of the orders with no explanation. Stay in the USA best place for you until you learn how to do business and how to deliver customer service!

Target online is a great way to shop! Ordered several items for Christmas during Thanksgiving week. FedEx has been just terrible at delivering the packages! 2 went to the wrong address and I had to go retrieve them and one the last driver left at the end of the driveway!
When you get your Target alert go immediately to get your package just to be sure it's there! Because of my experience with FedEx, I will never ship via FedEx and I will do drive up delivery!

I bought PUR Water Pitcher Replacement Filter - 3 Pack 4 months ago. Water runs through the filter with the same speed as on the first day. It looks like such a filter can be used forever. It's a miracle, it can save tons of money! On the box is "Distributed by Kaz USA, Ink, a Helen of Troy Company", so all the other companies are going to bankrupt. I can't believe Target sells such junk. Target does not care about its reputation of the retailer? They do not value their name?

The last item I ordered was a ratan headboard and the delivery thereof was a REAL pain in the backside. Lousy communication because they used a contractor trucker and shipper. What a mess.
The box was damaged and the headboard had a touch of damage but not where it could be seen.
I am now considering buying a small appliance which should come by regular mail. The consideration is because it is on sale and amazon and ebay do not have it for the price which is shipped free but state tax a Plus if its defective I can just zip over to my local store for a return if I cant get a freebie return ship label.

I have ordered many things from this site and I've made many purchases from the stores. I have to say that some of Target's apparel is easily comparable, or superior, to some clothing I have purchased in a higher end department store. Your staff and policy makes it very easy to return/exchange merchandise. Target will continue being one of my choice shopping sites and stores.

This company goes against everything I value. They have no morals. After my identity was stolen by using my card there during the holidays a few years ago I have not been back. However, the latest bathroom issue is the very last straw. I will never shop there again. Neither will anyone I know.

I ordered an Apple Watch Series 8 from Target. They shipped me an empty Apple box. There was no watch, band, charger, etc., just an instruction manual. There customer service is terrible, they just transfer you from person to person and none of them help. Their 'investigations team' stated that it was a successful delivery, so they wouldn't refund me. You cannot contact the investigations team and no one tries to help. Be wary ordering something of value online from Target or you could be throwing your money away.

Whatever you do, do not shop at Target or especially Target.com they have stolen $600.00 from me for an item they supposedly sent to me but I never received and now they will Not refund me because I have no proof I didn't receive it and the shipper UPS said they did deliver it. So they get away with stealing my money because whenever I call them they say there is nothing they can do and refuse to give me any help! I have even hand wrote a letter and mailed it to the executives of corporate in hopes they could do something, like use the insurance every company has these days to help me get my item or money back but they ignore me and are no help! So go to any company or shop other then target! I'm not a fan of Walmart but rather go there then deal with Target ever again!

Horrible business practices! All online shipping estimates are a LIE! They only care about saving themselves money, not shipping your items when promised! I was a fan of Target til I recently placed an order for my kids school supplies. Most of the items had two day shipping but one or two had a date that was after my kids started school. I was ok with those items arriving later but what did target do without notifying me, shipped everything together with the latest arrival date of after my kids are in school! What a waste! And they shipped FEDEX which are the worst carrier out there and never get me my stuff on time! Guess I have to go back to Walmart who actually ships the items in the promised time.

Every time I go to Target it makes me happy. It's so neat and clean, with lots of open space between the racks and sections. No dropped clothes on the floor. I pick Target over it's main competitor any day!

In today's digital age, it shocks me that target is behind. They are only one upgrade from Walmart. Ever heard of digital receipt? Of course the machine gets stuck tonight and could not give me a receipt. Horrible. Secondly, the card option on the screen just says card with the target gift card icon. No they do not take debit or Visa or Mc. Just the target gift card. See how that could be confusing. Its sad. Maybe bed bath and beyond is better...

Terrible service online. They messed up my order 3 times. I just gave up and told them to give my my money back. I asked where they were located because something was wrong, there was an obvious disconnect with online customer service and the way Target corporation does business. He told me they were located in Nicaragua. They are well under trained. I am very disappointed that Target outsourced jobs like this and as a result the service is terrible.

I bought my progressive eyeglasses last year and it would always start loosening up and always slipping down my nose. So I went to Target in Milford and asked for an adjustment. One of the staff named Eliott was very very helpful and patient. My eyeglasses were finally adjusted very well. Today, not many are as courteous as him. So happy to see Target Optical hire people like him.

I find Target about third on my list of stores to shop in. Meijer's is my first choice followed by Walmart. Seem to have much better products and prices. The atmosphere seems better for shopping while the two aforementioned are much busier at least in my hometown.

Target is supposedly for the higher class. However, you can't even make a registry in any of their stores nor can you scan item online. They expect you to manually search each item & add it to your registry online. Do they realize how much time & effort that takes? It is a complete waste of time & an absolute joke. Oh, but they give you a gift for adding items to your registry as if that is enough to make you want to waste your time. I'd rather shop with Walmart or anywhere other than the circle because they are only there to make peoples lives harder.

Put a selection on the order pages that would notify the recipient that they have a gift. This would help save time putting info. Which the Target registry already has available... saves errors etc. This is necessary when ordering gifts from another state or local etc. One service I use even attaches a gift card. I just tried to order a present but now have to wait for info. On the recipient to complete order... I had this happen years ago w/ target and at that time the recipient had problems getting the present. The ordering pages need updating to simplify them. I will not use this registry again unless this done. Too much hassle. I have shopped at Target a lot for many years and will still do so... I just wish they would get their act together so they can compete w/ walley world and others

Racism doesnt just happen to black people. Target has a "buy black" program so people can identify which products were owned or founded by blacks. Im sorry but this is just more racism! Treating people a certain way based on just their race or color. This is bs! Blows me away people cant clearly see that!

Work on your customer service, almost as bad as Walmart! I pay a little more at Target expecting good service, their support is poor. When I just go to the store the service is actually great there. They need to improve or I would not recommend dealing with them online.

Really, when you order chromebooks online you expect a good delivery after spending so much money only to not get your package. My neighbors across the way saw the package get dropped off at the end of our 150 driveway. I went out to get it and there was nothing there. Called to let Target know and received an email stating case closed it was a successful delivery. For who... the thief? I am out money and no chromebooks. Awesome job, Target! We do not have money just to throw out. We are devastated, hurt and angry.
