I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.

I bought from target.com a few years back. The prices were good and I believe I got free shipping. However, I got my products a month later. Also, the website seems to load very slowly. There's just too much going on, on their site. I'd much rather shop in the store than online.

I ordered some underwear online and it shipped the same day. Very impressed with that. However, didn't like that they said it was in store at our local store, but they didn't offer service desk pickup of them. I bought enough for free shipping, so I went with that. Don't need right away.

I love this site for small appliance and other home purchases, not as good a selection as Amazon, but the free shipping and extra discount make it a top choice along with easy store returns if needed. Only issue is the shipping is not up to par with some others, a bit slow.

When it comes to everyday deals, Target.com (or the Target app) is definitely the place to shop with many Target Circle offers, promos and Target Redcard perks. It's a one stop shop for all of my family's needs from personal care, to home decor to apparel and groceries. I also love the two-day shipping on selected products which allows my items to arrive faster and it's one of the best retailers to shop for nice kid-friendly clothing for my 4 year-old.

I am constantly buying things to test out or try from target. I would say i am an impulse buyer.
However, recently, i had purchased a gift from target to get delivered to my friends house for their birthday. I dont know what happened but they never recieved the item even though it said it was delivered.

I used target.com customer service and live chatted them. Once i told them my situation, they quickly offered either a replacement to be sent or a refund!

There was no hassle, and they were super understanding of the situation. It took a total of 5 minutes to get it resolved. They even upgraded my shipping to 2 days so that it would get there in time.

I purchased $2,000 in gift cards and attempted to use them.
It turns out that someone had already shopped with the cards.
I called Target's Guest Service Division and filed a Claim. The
Next day I get an email telling me they didn't find any suspicious
Activity on the cards. I sent the store copies of the receipts and
Also the front and back of the gift cards. I am very sad and also
Disappointed because it's Christmas time and I have lost my
Money and no one at the company seems to care. They won't
Even offer to replace the gift cards for me.

If you have an item that you want to return but don't have a receipt don't bother wasting your time they won't nor will they exchange it for one that work. They obviously don't stand behind there products and don't care I have had to exchange stuff before at other brand store and never had an issue like I did at target. Never again will I shop there

If you don"t use your Target card at least twice year, they will close your account and destroy your credit. Plus, the thing you order online come from a dusty warehouse, sometimes the item are on floor, picked up and mailed to you!

I ordered a file cabinet on December 13th as a Christmas gift. Please don't order any Christmas Gifts it won't make it on time. Clearly, Target do not know the value of
Christmas like most normal retailers. Also, the customer service was terrible.

Tip for consumers:
It is not worth the time ordering from Target. Faster and cheaper through Amazon.

File Cabinets from Amazon is better and they are faster at shipping.

Easily half of the things that I ordered did not end up in my final order. Though they would show up in stock online and while I put them in my cart and go to check out, apparently they were out of stock when it came time for the store shoppers to collect my things. On top of that, there was an instant dollar off coupon on one of the bags of vegetables that the cashier never bothered to use. It was just an all-around bust.

Honestly shipping with target.com is horrible- I have had them ship them a 4 drawer storage chest- missing one whole chest, had them guarantee an item's delivery date (and then miss that date by 2 weeks). And have had items arrived spilled (and their customer service is really not that helpful). Overall I think I will stop shopping at target.com and avoid the hassle- better just to go in store

BIGGEST disrespect and ignorance of company that is xenophobic and doe't know about existing other languages and treat their customers with disrespect.

Shopping at target is very enjoyable. The selection is incredible. With a variety of quality items, you can usually find whatever you need at target.
My most favorite place to shop at target is the pharmacy. The employees are incredibly awesome, very friendly and very knowledgeable. If they do not have it they will order it, or know where to get it. Is really nice to shop someplace where people take pride in helping people. Even when you are sick, they make going there very pleasant.
You cannot go wrong when shopping at target. I love it!

I LOVE Target. Maybe because I dislike Walmart but this is my store for things around the house. I LOVE Super Target. I am lucky to have on close by. They have an entire grocery store and I really like the archer farms brand they carry. It's organic and very good! Their red velvet cake (in bakery section) is one of the best I've had!

Went to Target this evening to purchase some jeans for my kid for school. As I found my way to the clearance section of the men's section on the clearance rack were stacks of black jeans without the piece of price tag attached to the jeans to compare the original price to the clearance price. But what there was, were 2 sticker price tags on them with the same price as the "original price" as the clearance price. So anyone that buys them will still pay full price when they're thinking they're getting a clearance low price item! Did they correct it after being made aware NO!

I love this Big Box store. They are Gap of the Big Box stores. Have great stuff for everyone. It also values good design for the mass market.

I would shop here in a heart beat. I cannot say the same about Walmart... And I do not own any stakes on any of these companies.

I received a gift for Christmas which i did not need. So upon returning the item and just get a store gift card they informed me that I cannot return any additional items for the remainder of the year, until 2024. There is a $100 cap on returns. I just reminded me again why I never shop at this place.

On 12/15/19, Target advertised the 5 qt Kitchenaid Professional Mixer at 229.99 with an additional discount of 25% off on Sunday and they ran out of stock right away. The next week, 12/22/19, they ran the same mixer at 199.99 with no stock in stores or online. They did not take care of customers who could not buy the item in either ad. Very poor customer service.

I order an item more than a week ago from Target online, originally I was told it would be here Friday. When it did not arrive, I went into the app/order. Just to find out that it will now arrive on Monday. It is now Tuesday and still I do not have my order and I have not been contacted in any way. I call in and there is absolutely no answer reason or response as to why I do not have my order that has already been paid for. The only options I am offered is to reorder and wait for a few more days or refund. I shop online daily, this was the worst experience ever! It was a refund for me! This did not even deserve the 1 star! The system would not let me post my review with out a rating! You should allow for a minus rating then!

Target is a good store, they have a good selection of clothing, shoes, baby section, and various other things. It is not a huge store so you can walk the store without getting tired. You are on your own in the store but it is an easy floor plan to follow in every target store. I really like the fact that they don't constantly ask you "is everything all right?". I like their prices too.

I love this place. Anytime I go into Target I end up leaving with more stuff than I originally went in for. I love the dollar bins at the front, I can always find something cheesy in there that I can use for a gift or something. They are reasonably priced on everything. They usually have a good selection of clothing at an affordable price. I do not have any complaints about Target.

I ordered a TV online and the item never shipped when you go to ask questions about it all you get are specific items from a drop down menu that are basically worthless and the only way to get someone to reach out to you is to cancel the order then it's a damn hassle

I love Target, but often find the most popular prints and sizes out of stock. Sometimes, and I hate to say it, I can get the exact same items at other Big Brand stores for less as well. I like Target better though, as the associates are more gracious and the store is cleaner than most others.

If i could give less than one star, then I would. I placed an order online and my CC was charged, however I never received an email confirmation. I called customer service and they could not find my order, even though my CC had been billed, which should not happen until the order has shipped. I asked to speak with someone else and was told to call back in a couple of hours! Really? When I called back they said the charges should be reversed, because they were pending and I said they are not pending, they have been processed. Needless to say, I had to dispute the charges with my bank and wait for them to process. I asked about reordering and getting the "one day only" sale price of my order and Target said "no", can't help you. I will NEVER shop at Target again!

Ok i dont usually clothes shop often but this was the first time i ever experienced a price difference in clothing like shirts
I was looking at 3 identical shirts and each one had a different price on them., so i looked at some other items curious about this and there it was again 5 of the identical items each a different price,. Now black was lowest and blue was next followed by green and red but a huge difference was purple. Curious i asked the management and was told it was a popularity pricing strategy... say what. I checked several other retailers and no one else was doing that so why there? So if you want low prices go with the ugliest color you can stand at local targets here
