I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
After a promotion of free international package delivery, target.com got 20,000 purchase orders from Israel in one weekend. They failed to deliver 14,000 to 15,000 of those order and inform the buyer that their orders are canceled, after they was already confirm, and payed for. I don't know if it was a scum or they are just amateur.

I have a Target Red card so I get 5% all purchases in store or online. But possibly even better is that I get free shipping on online orders with no minimum! Seriously... just get the card. (I got debit, not sure what the interest rates are like on the credit.)

When I moved to a different place, I bought a lot of things for my new home. Most of it all exceeded expectations - except for one cabinet which had a little dent and scratches on the side but I was able to return it and they replaced it without any problem.

I was so pleased this morning when I went into Target/Medina, MN to look for a toy my grandson wanted for his birthday. I soon found out it is one of the most popular toys of the season. A Hatchimal. I interacted with about 5 employees who all made my shopping experience amazing. Never did I feel like they didn't have the time for me. They went through their morning freight to see if they had this toy. Explained to me how to use their app "Cartwheel". Told me the best way to get my hands on this popular item and presented me with a rain check so if the toy does become available I can get $10 off. I wish I would have written all their names down. I have a renewed interest in shopping at this particular Target.

I love Target. As you enter in the store you feel welcome, the store is well organized. My favorite line is the vegetable, always fresh and beautiful. Another part I like is the home cleaning products which are not expensive, and you get everything there. I recommend Target to everyone of my family and friends. You go there and walk around and your chopping car will be full of different merchandise.

I've used target.com for a couple years now, but only been utilizing the "in store" pickup for the past 2 years. It makes it VERY convenient. I do most of my shopping earlier in the day, and a couple hours later, stop by the store and pick up what I ordered. And for no additional charge. Love It!

Target's site is really great. There is a wide selection of everything, and the free shipping minimum is reasonable. The fact that they offer free shipping & returns for a couple months before Christmas is really great.
I do have a couple of issues. I have found many items that are "no longer available", yet remain listed on the site for days, even weeks. I understand them not updating every single day, but after a few days things should be updated.
The other issue I have, is how many separate packages a single order is shipped in. I recently placed three orders, one being 7 items, the other being 4 items. I'm receiving a total of ELEVEN packages for three orders. It just seems ridiculous.

Last year I ordered a play kitchen for my daughter as Christmas gift and I was cutting it a little close to the deadline. Target notified me that they would try their best but could not gurantee delivery in time for Dec. 25. I was not too worried about it being late since my daughter was really too young to understand dates. Well, the kitchen arrived on Dec 23 and the staff even took the time to apply the decals to it for me to save time. It was an awesome and thoughtful gesture. Thank you

I paid $75.00 (yes $75.00) to have Target send three pairs of shorts and two bathing suits "express mail." I am leaving tomorrow on vacation and wanted new bathing suits. The shorts arrived but the bathing suits showed delayed status but it showed delivery for today. Delivery was originally scheduled for two days ago. I just received another delayed message showing that my delivery will not arrive for another five days (when I am on vacation). Had I known this earlier, I could have gone shopping. As it is, we leave tomorrow and I will not have a bathing suit. I would not use them again for any rush order.

I went to Target 1½ months prior to Christmas to purchase a couple of gifts and w/ in a week I had fraud-protection department calling me because of unusual charges to my account. I had to get new cards and spend time of phone helping credit card company sort through delinquent charges.
It turns out that going to Target puts one at risk of losing their privacy. I will never shop there again.

Worst customer service experience in my whole life. Even after settling the account and requesting the manager to close my account, the account was not closed and they kept charging me a late fee every month after that. I spoke to the customer representative multiple times and every time was transferred to 5-6 different reps and they were very rude and not willing to help at all. If there were any negative rating, I would probably give that.

I ordered a transformer for my grandson and was charged twice of $74.19 I haven't received a credit I was told the second charge was a security charge that would eventually be credited back to my account I am very upset

I've Bought a lot of products from(nomorerack) choxi and the products i've purchased were very good. And if it was something i didn't like or was a bad product, I had no problem sending it back or getting a refund. Or if i wanted to let choxi put in in store credit. I have a Target Mastercard. I wanted to call customer service to find out when the monthly statement was closing. I could not get through to a representative. Instead I was presented "a deal" for a mobile alert, after rejecting this, I was told that I won a free cruise. I entered 0 for operator and was disconnected. Has anyone had this similar problem?

Target is consistent for the most part regarding delivery. I've ordered a lot of baby registry gifts that ship quickly. The occasional shirt order might be a little slow. But you have a lot of options ordering online that you don't have shopping at your local target store.

We found a great digital camera for a great price, placed the order and it was ready for pick up at the store within 5 minutes. I stopped by on my way home from work and it all happened within half an hour. Quick an painless shopping- the best way to do it.

Thanks for screwing up my order. I only shop with them online now but they messed up my order so I have no more confidence in target. They got my information stolen in the store and can't send out the right size products to me... One more chance and I'll be fed up.

On line order: With Toys R Us potently leaving the US, it will be important for Target to increase its online Legos presence. I ordered 2 Star War Legos for my adult brother for Christmas 2017 and one of the boxes was missing a few parts. My brother tells me that Lego will ship the missing parts. In store purchase: I purchased a large barn for my great nieces, the barn had to be assembled. The interior pieces (corner pieces and stall doors) did not fit properly. Corner pieces had to be filed. Manufacturer provided no assistance-just refer to the enclosed instructions. Target needs to make sure that any problems can be quickly addressed-either through Target or their suppliers.
