“Reading that Target missed it's 'mark' on sales - not surprised”

I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.

When I do a search for a specific item, target comes up first. I then go onto the site and they don't have the item. This is pretty close to false advertising in my opinion. Very annoying.

I like Target, it's been one of my favorite stores so far. I've bought clothes that last for years and they still are in good conditions. I spend more time that I plan, whenever I go there

The only reason that I ordered from Target.com, was because Walmart was completely out of the product I was looking for. So, I placed my order, and I was excited, and everything seemed well. The product came in when it was supposed to, BUT the delivery was incredibly poor. To be honest, it was the worst I've EVER experienced. I ordered a Presto Knife Sharpener for my mom and the product did not come in with any actual packing. The knife sharpener came in the regular box, no actual shipping box. It was dirty and all banged up. Not to mention it was a gift... and the surprise was ruined. I'm pretty sure I'm returning this. POOREST QUALITY EVERRRRRRR!

We have been working with Target Property Management for a while.
The team (Kelsey, Xena, Kai and Sheri) is extremely professional, efficient and helpful.
We have an excellent communication, and it is a pleasure to work with them.
We definitely recommend Target Property.

The fact that Target is allowing men into the women's and little girls bathroom is appauling! If target wants to stand up and do this, then I am going to stand up right back and say "YOU GET NONE OF MY MONEY"! People we have to stand together on this one! Target has taken this way too far! Our children are at risk.

I went online at 3am to order the new SCLxtarget collab. A week later the order was canceled due to "technical error". In the mean time everything my daughter wanted was gone and the only restitution I got was a big whomping $25 gift card. If I want anything I ordered I would have to pay 3times the price on resale sites! Never again Target! For a major retailer, you failed!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t! If you have to go to target, just go in. Do not use their online store!!!

I purchased an item online on November 23rd and had the item shipped to store. Received confirmation email. Item was to have arrived at store by December 2nd. Receive email on December 2nd that item is delayed and new arrival date is by December 6th. December 7th I get an email that my order has been cancelled. I call target.com and am told that the item is no longer available. They had no reasoning for why it took two weeks to tell me that the item was no longer available. They would have known that well before two weeks. Horrible, horrible experience. Will no longer shop at the brick and mortar store or online. No excuses.

While at a campground I ordered an ice maker with express delivery by April 6th. On April 6th they said, "Oops will be delivered on the 7th." On the 7th they said, "Oops will be delivered on the 10th." Well I'm leaving the campground on the 10th! They said they would credit the $25.00 I paid to expedite which was OK except it was in a form of a gift card. Why would I want a gift card if they can't even follow through with what they promised? Target said because I used PayPal they could give me a credit? I'm furious about this because I use PayPal everywhere I can and have never heard of such a thing. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager or customer relations if this ice maker is not here by the time I leave the campground then good luck to Target!

While online looking to place an order for women's jewelry, I was not given the option for shipping. On each item it only gave the option to pick up in store. NOW with COVID numbers up across the country, I would think there would be the option for delivery. When I called customer service the rep was so uninterested, did not try to find another method for me to receive the items I wanted and then hung up on me while I was asking for any other option.
I have had several issues with Target online and this was NO different! I also asked the rep if I cannot pick it up in the store and the items are "NOT eligible" for shipping, HOW am I supposed to purchase & receive the items?!
NEVER use Target.com OR Targetredcard for ANY assistance or help with your online purchases! Your frustration, like mine does not matter to them, nor do they care if they have your business!

I would like to Thank Target Customer Services for making my Grandson only wish for Christmas come true. I called customer services about an order I placed on 12/15/23 which was supposed to arrive on 12/20/23. The order did not arrive on the 20th so I called on 12/21/23 and a customer service representative was so professional and compassionate, she made sure I received my refund so I could reorder a gift for my Grandson. Thank you Target for standing behind your orders! My Grandson received his Sky Viper Vector Performance Stunt Jet the next day from Target. I am going to Pay It Forward and Donate the Sky Viper Vector Performance Stunt Jet that I reordered. My lesson from this is: Be Kind to People when you talk to them, they are just doing their Job! Thank You Target!

I have been in target many times and have never had a positive experience. There is never anyone around to help when you need it and they do not have an organized plan for customer service.

Today 10/31/2022 I went to the target store in Golf Mill I purchased a few things when I went to check out I was told that I can't use my military discount even though I signed up to use it. I saw that it begins on October 30th. I think I got cheated

I had the worst Expierience during the holiday which made it so much worse :( i bought a PlayStation bundle for my boyfriend Online it came to $321.00 when i was prompted to pick a store to pick up at i picked my local store 1 mi from my home. Well the site automatically picked a site for me in wisconsin. I noticed and Right away called target. Com it took forever to speak to someone and when i did i was told the pick up location couldn't be edited i would have to picknup in WI or wait 5 days and not pick up the order would automatically cancel its self and id reduce my money back 5-10 days after the cancel. I explained it wasn't my fault and it was a gift nothing could be done. Target ruined my holiday happiness. I was late with a Christmas gift Which i ended up getting closer to Jan 5 brand new online customer and treated like that on first visit with a $320 order wow! I am still disgusted and embarrassed about my Expierience and late Christmas gift

I use to go to my local Target for clouds to my children and quality products for my house for Last 15 years. But last time I couldn't find a normal shirt for my 6 yo boy. Samething happened to the books section. I understan if a mother want to use inclusive themes to his children but not giving me alternatives obviously shows that Target is pushing an agenda that for me, is demonic as is ending on mutilations of little children. I am not coming back.

Some months back I noticed Target Fashion had a lot to be desired n posted that they needed to FIRE their buying team - but I never expected what was to come. Last time I was in Target they have changed a lot more then just the woman's fashion n accessories. I am disgusted with TARGET n will NOT be shopping there anymore - I've been a RED CARD Holder since 2000 - didn't know that RED CARD was symbolic to TARGET'S membership or Partnership with the DEVIL. GOODBYE TARGET ROT in HELL!

Very Disappointed in TARGET n its NEW TREND - NOT COOL

No problem ordering from Target. I ordered #7 skin products and didn't pay any shipping, at the time. Haven't ordered anything in a while, but would definitely order from Target again.

Ordered online monday for 2 day shipping, tracker in the confirmation email said I would thursday, customer service sends me a link that it wasnt even sent for shipping thursday night

They make sure to have their shelves stocked up! I rarely ever see an empty shelf! It's nice to be able to walk in and have that comfort when going there!

I don't need to see Transgender shirts and LGBT children's clothing when I come in to your stores. Your stores discussed me. I will no longer be shopping at your stores with this kinda product and I'm sure I'm not alone.

On December 23,2015 I called to Target Customer Service to make and order for store pick-up for Electric oven. The Target representative created order and misspelled my name. I pointed his attention to his mistake, and he said that he is cancelled this order and creating a new one.
After I picked my oven in the nearby Target store, on January 13,2016 got delivery of similar oven to my home. I called Target and found that initial Target's created mistaken order was not cancelled. Representative suggested to send me return UPS label and send it back, and confirmed that money would be immediately credited back to my credit card, so I returned it. In 10 days money still were not returned, and after several calls finally today, on February 3 2016, after my fourth phone inquiry representative agreed to return money.
Summary: Here is in essence how Target Customer Service works:
1. Target representative on the first place made mistake on order name.
2. He mislead me by assuring that they correct the mistake and cancel the order incorrectly created by Target representative, but did not do it.
3. mistakenly send Item to my home address instead of requested store pick-up.
4. make me spend time for driving to the UPS store to return the Item that I did not even ordered.
5. Keep my money more than month and finally after 4 attempts agreed to return.
Conclusion: Target Customer Service is unqualified and non-professional. Very unsatisfactory and not recommended.

Never order by phone - people there are unprofessional

I ordered a gift. It showed up crushed. It was crushed before they sent it because the outside box was fine. I returned the item and requested a replacement. I was supposed to get the replacement on Nov. 8. I called Nov. 11. Where is my item? The first person on the phone I could not understand. Very thick accent. The 2nd person hung up on me. The 3rd person informed me that the item was canceled. Why I asked. It just happens sometimes, she said. I want a refund, I said. She said I will get $39.99 refunded. You charged me $43.24 because of taxes, I said. OK, she said, I will refund that too. And they wonder why Amazon is doing better. I will not ever buy from them online again. This is not the first or second time they screwed up my online order.

I used to really like Target, but I have noticed lately that their prices are not as competitive and the changes to cartwheel are still leaving me confused! I am not a computer person and cartwheel was just perfect, not sure why they went and changed it, but now I can't even take advantage of the new system. I am also getting tired of how many coupons they take. I know some people try to fraudulently use coupons, but when I have 4 coupons and I have bought ALL 4 products it gets irritating when they tell you, you can't use that many in 1 purchase. I am on a tight budget and need to save money, I follow the rules of the coupons, but it seems that companies no longer use common sense. It seems as if we are being penalized for those who misuse coupons. I know Target isn't the only store who is starting this trend with the coupons, however I did think they were bright enough to be able to discern between someone who is trying to run a scam and a person who has bought the correct amount of products! After all I use my Target card, and I did use cartwheel before the change so it's not like they can't see my buying habits!

I actually do like shopping at Target, they give me free gift cards for over purchasing the items that I do not need, I is funny to see the look on my wife's face when I come home with ten packages of Q-tips, I spent $30 dollars, but hay, I got $5 back for a gift, now I can afford the pop and candy bar I wanted when I first went in there. And I hope they are the right size, but i bought my wife 28 bras, they were buy 7 at $2.50 and get a $10 gift card, It'll be like unwraping a different gift every night of the month, and I can use the $30 in gift cards on groceries that we're badly needing. And I'm not sure what the kids will do with all of these diapers, there both "trained" if you know what I mean, I guess they can wear them to school if they have the poops, and if they run out they can use a gift card to buy some underwear from the Target across the street.
