Target is my go-to retailer for its combination of affordability, convenience, and variety. Whether I'm shopping for groceries, household essentials, or clothing, Target consistently delivers quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciate the ease of shopping both in-store and online, as well as the frequent deals and promotions available to Target Circle members
I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
Besides great fashion, home goods, and groceries, they have the best and easiest returns than any other store! You don't even have to have your receipt!

Has an excellent assortment of fridge/freezer items usually on sale. Other Targets in close vicinity do not have a variety of fridge/freezer items, if at all.
Tip for consumers:
Not all Targets have fridge/freezer items available.

I will not return to Target until they stop letting men into ladies dressing rooms and restrooms. This is unforgivable, reprehensibe and uncivilized--and dangerous.

I ordered a playstation for my son's birthday, order never arrived. Called target mabye 4 times, they told me they would investigate and refund me. I then was greeted by a email today stating that they cannot refund me. This is the worst customer service I've ever spoken to. This is so unacceptable and wrong on so many levels and I'm truly upset. Now I have $400 down the drain for an order I DID NOT RECIEVE. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, go with another retail store who cares about the company
Tip for consumers:
Just don't even use it

I go to Hawaii on occasion so I ordered some sleeping bags and TWO tent from Target. Doing business was quick and easy. However shipping to my wife took nearly twice as long as claimed in ETA.

Adam Rippetoe Adam. Securty, target, Talk to me or leave the store? Mckineny Texas
Body:
#Discrimaition,
And #bully behavior at Target, 121 W McKinney store. ( Texas, McKinney US)
#Adam Rippetoe has been reported many times to store manager Rob Scholer who is never available or returns calls. He has ignored on reports filed on July 14 3 times.
Agencies have been informed. Target has not taken any action.
I found out that the costumer service based out of Phillipines or South America forget to send the report filed. I check few days ago and they apologized. A case was filed with target and police department also. Adam hates people of color.
#targetmickinneysw.
Tip for consumers:
Be cautious from Adam Rippetoe, he is a racist who would insult you if you are a person of color. He may even. Ask you to leave the store

So I have a gift card from Target for $150 I received at a Christmas Gift Exchange at work. As I scratched off the part on the back of the card so I could use it I accidently scratched too hard and partially scratched off the pin number. Called Target and tried to explain what had happened, I was encouraged that they could access the card and see that it had of course not been used but then they said the only thing they could do was to replace the card...ok that will work even though it would delay the purchase I wanted to make I was ok with it. Then she told me the deal breaker "sir we can only process this replacement card if you can provide the reciept" I AGAIN explained how I aquired the card, you know AS A GIFT! There is NO reciept. "I'm sorry sir I cannot process the replacement without a reciept" So basically I just provided some Target employees a pretty nice lunch...ON ME! You're NOT welcome!

I ordered some Air pods from Target.
When the item came to my residence the box was open by Federal Express and my items was stolen. When I called target to report the matter they sent an email days later and said they will not replace the item or refund my money back. I will never do business with AGAIN WITH TARGET! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THE PERSON WAS DRY NOT CONCERNED. I CALLED AND THE PERSON SAID I COULD ONLY EMAIL THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND I COULDN'T TALK TO ANYONE. SO IM SUPPOSED TO GO WITHOUT MY ITEM AND NO REFUND! IF I COULD RATE TARGET A ZERO I WOULD.

Target is a great way to shop online. The products are always high quality and good prices. The items ship quickly and without errors. I have had 100% great experiences with Target online.

I purchased an item, making sure it was going to send to my current address and when I went to track it a few days later, it had it going to an old address that isn't even on file anymore. I called customer service and all they could tell me was that they would give me a refund or I can call Fedex and have it re-routed. So of course I was pissed because I was going to have to pay extra shipping charges to have it re-routed, but I did not want to wait 7-10 days for my refund only to have to order it again. So I called Fedex and what do they tell me? I have to call Target because they cannot re-route the package for me! I absolutely hate Target now because of this horrible experience I have had with them. How can they ship it to the wrong address when my default address that I have on file is the current address? I specifically checked and double checked to make sure my order was correct before placing it. So none of this was consumer error. It was a system error that is now going to inconvenience me from getting my package on time and having to deal with a headache of simply just placing an online order. Not to mention not knowing if my registry items were sent to the right address! I HATE TARGET

Target used to be a great place to shop. The prices used to be very competitive, not anymore. Too expensive for the quality. They changed the layout of the clothing & accessories departments and they are a disaster. Always a mess, and very unorganized. There are some handbags in the handbag section, then some in parts of the clothing section & then more back in the luggage section. Horrible when you are looking for something specific and don't have the time or desire to walk through every inch of the store like a scavenger hunt! And the children's clothes... hideous. That "Art School" label is awful. Really ugly & the fit is bizarre. Nothing good for young teens that do not fit in the junior clothing, everything is geared very young. And the cartwheel app is a pain to use. You can't get any wifi connection in most of the store so you can't even use it! It's a pain in the neck to have to scan all my own items anyway, just put the stuff on sale for everyone and stop wasting everyone's time.

I can always find what I need at low prices and free shipping when I spend $25! How great is this? I don't have a vehicle so this is a wonderful way for me to shop.

Every once in a while they are out of stock on items I want, but for the most part they are good with stocking and usually have a good inventory of items. Pricing isn't too bad.

With the RedCard you get 5% off all purchases. Where there are markets you can actually go in and intend to just do some food shopping and leave with more food PLUS OTHER GOODS for the same price you would a more conventional supermarket.

I really like their prices, and that they price match. I have had the easiest time making a return. Super customer service, and great prices - you can't beat that!

The food isn't of any higher quality than anywhere else and everything is expensive for no reason. The people are moderately nice and I guess the store is okay.

Target brand is not comparable to other brands. Probably why you are now required to buy their brand only. That is all they carry in most items. Changed to Aldi, Cub, Lunds, Walmart.

I purchased Cuisinart coffee grinder within 60 days ago and it stopped working. So i called the place that i purchased it from, Target. They are as difficult as can be with customer service. SAVE ALL YOUR RECEIPTS AS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU CANT FIND IT. So, one $60 purchase down the drain, BBY will always back up customers, and will shop for small appliances from them, from now on. Anybody in need in coffee grinder that does not work, wonder if they buy remanufactured items from vendors to save money. Good Luck

I ordered a tv for store pick up within 2 hours on target.com. They instantly took my money out of my account. ONE hour later they said the item was unavailable for store pick up and tried to offer me to purchase a higher priced tv. NO I WILL NOT! I canceled my order. I was than told the release of my money will be off by Monday. I called target.com on just to find out they charged my card for the protection plan! So Target is going to bill me for an item that I don't even have! Are you for real?! I had to call 3 times to finally get a refund processed for that protection plans! When I ask about the refund for my tv, I was told I have to wait 14 business day. WHAT DO YOU MEAN! Target is stealing people's money for products they don't have to offer! This is the worst and they most unprofessional place I have ever made a purchase from and I will NEVER purchase from AGAIN! NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A RIP OFF!

Better than most stores of its type, quite a lot of organic and natural products. My daughter has several skin issues and this has become her brick and mortar store of choice.
