Target is my go-to retailer for its combination of affordability, convenience, and variety. Whether I'm shopping for groceries, household essentials, or clothing, Target consistently delivers quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciate the ease of shopping both in-store and online, as well as the frequent deals and promotions available to Target Circle members
I was an avid Target fan years ago when they sold brands that people actually liked and wanted to wear. Then for some reason, who ever they have as buyers lately, are totally missing the mark, esp on clothing. I never see anyone looking (or buying) their clothes these days. I only buy here for my 5% off w/Red card purchases on certain items. Have no idea if they can 'recoup' as they've been 'in the dumps' now for years imo.
Went there and found exactly what I was looking for - no other place had it - a hanging shoe rack not by door but in closet. Have found other things there too that no one else had. Glad they are in Tiffany Springs!

Huge selection of products at very cheap prices! I find that Kmart does tend to be slightly cheaper than Target with similar quality, so I generally shop at Kmart more. In saying that, Target does have some super cute stuff as well!

HORRIBLE delivery service. A $2 item was not available, which made my total fall below the $35. It showed my total still being around $45 (including taxes I presume and other fees) so I'm thinking I am still ok being above $35. I was charged a fee of $15 because I fell under the $35 (NOT including taxes and other service fees) same day delivery. Never was showed or notified of this during the process. Now, the shopper was texting me before shopping, and I even received a text before checking out asking if I needed anything else. You would think this would be mentioned by the shopper/Target in these texts. I mean I was charged $15 for a $2 item. So silly. Doesn't make sense to me honestly. Just charge me for the item that wasn't available. Should have a better service and better customer service and let the customer know this with better warning. Just horrible delivery service if you ask me.

I'm now 11 days after ordering and my items have not been shipped and status is still "preparing to ship" on target.com. There is no explanation for delay and customer service reps refuse to cancel the order. I have called multiple times and there is always a long wait and agents are not helpful
Date of experience: February 22, 2018
Placed order which had not shipped 8 days after order. I called and they confirmed that all items were in stock and could not explain delay. Promised that order would be shipped "soon" but unable to say when that would be. I spent >30 min on hold only to be told that order was estimated to arrive 2 weeks after it was supposed to but could not actually confirm when items would be shipped so delay could be longer. I requested to cancel the order since the only thing that had happened was label printing but agent (and manager, Jay) refused to allow me to cancel the order even though they could not 1. Give reason for delay 2. Give estimate of arrival.
I wasted >30 min of time and was treated like dirt. No thanks.
I definitely won't be buying from target.com again and would urge everyone to shop elsewhere as well

I ordered items for pick up at target. After arriving at store they did not have items and refused to issue a refund on charges. I have had several calls with customer service that went no where. I ended up taking a considerable amount of time to dispute charges and was successful. Do not shop target online. Bad business.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t shop target online

Target was always a go to shop for everything for a reasonable price, however in the last 5-10 years it's become over priced compared to its competitors Kmart and Big W. Some stuff is ok and every now and again you can find a bargain but it would be the last out of the three I would visit now.

My review stems from my experiences with Target before they came to Canada and long after leaving Canada. They always seem to stock what everyone else carries with few exceptions and their prices are generally higher than most with some exceptions. I liked the store, I liked the people working there but I really go there or buy much when I do for the reasons mentioned.

I've been printing quite a lot of pictures recently there and it's gotten worse and worse until today - they for whatever reason didn't have my pictures... they had the sticker that I placed the order, but whoever worked on the print outs probably took them to give me the run around... I've been annoyed with their service the last 2 times already when I had to wait in line forever to pick up the pictures when there are supposed to be 2 separate lines - one for pick up and one for returns... they had me wait with the returns... will never print there again after what happened today!

I have always like the products in target and they're not badly priced either. I use to have their red card which you get 5% cash back and free shipping. I haven't really needed anything from them lately and my card has expired but I would defiantly buy from them again.

I just flat out quit going to Target. The size of the plus size shop is miniscule compared to the other women's dept. If they don't give a squat about all sizes of women we just go elsewhere... won't ever go back. What they do carry is cheaply made AND overpriced!

I went to target the other day to get a new drill, and something that I really like about this store is the infinity of variety in the different items you are looking for, including their promotions applied almost in all sections, I always like to go here for my tools

I placed an order online and received a different item. I haven't gotten any email notifications about the refund that I am still waiting for. I will not order same day delivery again and I definitely would not recommend it. Terrible shopping experience at target.
Tip for consumers:
I won’t be ordering from target online again

Target.com is a disgrace to the online world selling their products. This site makes the fake branded products price very tempting so that the user is tempted towards it and buys but when receives the product the whole story becomes clear. I was also the victim of this.

My family has always loved shopping at Target. I love almost everything that they carry. I will admit though, that it is a little bit more pricey than I would like to spend at times, but for the most part it is worth the extra money. The only problem that I have is that I am a bigger girl and always have been. I wish that their selection of plus size clothing was bigger.

My review is actually about target's red dot debit card and not it's actual regular credit card.
Every since I opened up an target debit card. Honestly, it has made my shopping experience just a little more special due to fact I believe in sales and savings. The target debit card actually gives you and extra savings on top of your savings every time you use it. Personally, every little bit helps.

In recently bought a cookie product that said it had icing in it. I opened it up and it had no icing. I was furious and I would never recommend target to anyone.

For a catch-all kind of store, I think Target is better than most. I recently got a couple REAL cotton shirts there that fit and look good, as well as a simple jumpsuit. Will I win a fashion award? No. The clothes are cute, the prices were low. It was a win. And, I really like Target for not being WalMart.

Shop there all the time. I should own stock in it.
Easy and long term returns.
Finding awesome clearance items that are really nicely priced is fun.
Good store layouts.
Decent pricing.
Cheaper than grocery store processed foods.
5% redcard, nice!

It has one of the best customer services and their prices are very competitive as well. My most recent purchase was a Netgear N600 Modem Router combo. It was on sale and I paid $101.80 with an extra 5% Target Red Card compared to Walmart of $125.57.

Website is kind of hard to navigate - cheap - compared to many other stores like nordstroms, but the prices are great. Was able to get my grown son 3 shirts, 2 pants for $53.00 -- free shipping -- came in about 3 days and quality was fine. (better than Walmart) Check retailmenot for coupon codes -- also they have all kinds of specials like buy 4 items, get 25% off all, clearance sales, etc. I say they are worth the price you pay - its Target after all, not the mall. Fast shipping, exactly as ordered.

So target pretends to have good security except when my sister goes to grab her four year old not even two feet from her cart and gets her wallet snatched in that thirty seconds the camera happens to be turned in the other direction. Why would you not have cameras faceing all corners of items that are easier to steal anyways?! It's bs this kid gets away with robbing a woman and her child of 60 dollars but God forbid it be their merchandise and they'd be all over it. Step up your game target. Stop using fake me out cameras I'm sure your company makes more than enough money to buy real cameras that face every corner.

I love the fact that I can get a re loadable gift card and load it with what I want. I purchase things online with it. The website is set up for it. A great alternative to Amazon. Target's website is user friendly too, delivery is free and there are some things on line provided that are not in my store. This way I don't have to put my credit card info. Online. I am happy with all my orders.

I purchased a pair of overalls through Target's website from another store in my state. It automatically prompted me to pay $5.99 for shipping. Didn't like the item so I decided to return it to my local store. I was able to get a full refund for yourself back on the credit card. However I was told by a know-it-all Young worker, that I should have never paid for shipping because my purchase was over $25. I was in given a toll free number to call which I did from their parking lot. It is 7 days later and I still have not received my refund period And I have made six phone calls and spoke with various CSR's. If there was a way for me not to pay for shipping, I would have found it. I do not feel that any customer should have to wait this long of a period of time and speak to various Representatives to have their money put back into their account in a timely manner.

Ordered two pairs of pajamas. Received one and a really ugly grey shirt from someone else's order. Called customer service and after an hour hold was told the replacement pajamas would be sent soon. They never arrived and this time spent TWO hours on and off hold with different managers trying to help. You see they were now sold out of the pajamas. They finally found one but I have to drive to a store within 24 hours or they put it back. I asked for some compensation. They said they would send a gift certificate. Gourds what I received for my three hours on hold. Fifteen dollars. Gee Target. Think you can afford $6 value in merchandise? I can't tell you how thankful I am. I was just paid less than minimum wage to deal with your incompetence.

I bought plenty of stuff for my new home when I moved. Most everything has exceeded expectations - one chair had a funny mark on the cushion and I was able to return it to the local store with no problem whatsoever, and then go a new one online. This is one of my top go-to sites.
