Tawkify sounded really great! I had an initial interview and decided on which option I was most interested in. I paid and never heard anything from them about potential dates or anything. All I got was spam emails to try to get me to upgrade to paying more. Not completely sure why I would pay more when there were zero results where I was at.

This company has a bunch of rules that protect the matchmakers, but they really don't care about the clients. They just push you on dates with men that they choose for you just to meet a quota. The matchmakers don't really take into consideration what you want because they dont really take the time to get to know you. I dont think their pool is as vast as they claim either. There are other options out there. This was the worst $3000 I ever spent.

I paid $99 to be in their database four months ago and have not had a single match yet. After I signed up they sent me all kinds of reviews, success stories, and "happy ending" testimonials. Now I suspect they are all fake. I'm athletic, attractive, smart, fun, financially independent, and sociable, yet they don't have a single person in southern California who might be a match for me. All they have done is tried to get me to upgrade to the VERY expensive plan (based on my income) that they tell me guarantees they'll put in a little more effort to finding a match. What a scam! If they don't have a match for me now, I seriously doubt they will have a compatible match for me if I did upgrade. I'm sorry I fell for it, but am glad I only lost $99.

Members such as yourself pay a small fee to be included in our database, however members do not have dedicated matchmakers working on their behalf to find them dates. Members are available to be matched with clients whose preferences align, and it is up to the discretion of the client's matchmaker to reach out for a screening if they think you might be a fit. We'll contact you to talk more about these concerns!
My consultant failed to show for our zoom call, then sent a "thank you for our lovely chat" email. I reached out to customer service and was told she got sick and that they had two sets of contact info and that is why I was not informed. Only problem, I didn't get contacted at either of my contacts and I even checked my spam folder.

They promise the moon and deliver the gutter! They are no better than match.com and worse because you have to pay a tremendous amount of money to get worse service. They also don't charge some men who may be "in demand". They scout other sites to select these people.

They say they are non-refundable when you try to end the service but they don't have you sign a contract.

Rachael Ogilvie is my matchmaker and I couldn't be happier I was matched with her. She is kind, empathetic, listens and adjusts well, and feels like a friend who is there with you every step of the way. Our first meeting, I just felt like she got me - and even if she didn't - she asked so many great questions and made sure she was understanding what I was looking for. Throughout the process, she has been communicative, enthusiastic, and supportive when things haven't worked out. She has even given a gentle push to meet people I wasn't quite sure about that ended up turning out great. Dating can be tough and I really feel like she has my best interest at heart and truly wants me to find love. Anyone who gets her as their matchmaker is in great hands!
Tip for consumers:
The refund policy is not very clear and hidden in their "fine print" so to speak. No one told me it was non-refundable and I felt like that was actually quite deceitful and misleading. I signed up thinking I could cancel and there were no exceptions. There is also a really strict 3 month pause feature in a few places. It wasn't very flexible.
Just be sure to find out ALL the information before signing up or giving a credit card at all.

Although I really clicked with my initial contact she is definitely an excellent closer and some things about the process were definitely clouded. I liked her and enjoyed our time talking but wish there had been less sell and more info. Maybe I should have asked better questions.
E. Jean Carroll. I would walk through fire for her. She is the only person in this country who has made any dent at all in Donald Trump and my gratitude and respect is endless. Women need more women like Ms. Carroll. The fact she was a founder of Tawkify sealed the deal for me.

I'm a member and have been on two dates. The first date was a nice time and we had a great dinner overlooking the ocean. We went out a few more times but ultimately he wasn't the guy for me. My second match, we had drinks and apps in my city. Both guys were very successful, kind, and I could tell they were really looking for a relationship. That's what sets this service apart from others for me. It's so refreshing to meet men who are not just dating around.

Seems like they are more interested in matching you with anyone vs. your actual criteria. I recently joined, I was matched with someone who's been just sitting dormant in the database since 2015, not ready to date but I felt was pulled out and "dusted off" and who was not close to my type at all- nice guy but personality was awkward, lifestyle did not align, and physically would not date him at all in a lineup- not even close, so disappointed - will not use him again. I honestly don't think he was video screened by my "matchmaker" or he would've been ruled out - seems like no effort went into matching us. Seemed rushed to get me matched with someone. Ughhh
I realize immediately after this experience I can do much better on my own. I travel a lot, moved TK a new city and gong have much time to find dates- don’t like online dating

(Female/Straight) I thought when I signed up for a matchmaker at $1,000 per date that I would be meeting a client that made the same sort of financial commitment. I thought this was an exclusive dating website. I also believe if you're paying that kind of price you're much more committed to the process.
But NO... Tawkify will match you with people that only pay $99 per year to be in their database. It's not exclusive. Your dates will not be making the same level of financial commitment upfront. I wish they had been upfront and truthful about that before I gave them my credit card.

Since matchmakers search for matches specifically chosen for you, match candidates can come from a variety of sources. ALL candidates are thoroughly vetted and screened regardless of if they are a client or not, and our matchmakers are sure to look into their romantic intentions and level of commitment. We wouldn't want a client to miss out on someone who could be a great fit just because they didn't purchase the exact same client package!

At the moment, I am happy and impressed with the service. My matchmaker was easy to talk to and asked thorough questions. My dating coach provided great tips. I'm only two weeks into the process so I haven't had a date yet but I am hopeful.
I chose Tawkify because I am not comfortable with online dating and thought this was a more reliable and safer enviorment.

This service costs an arm and a leg and they don't guarantee anything! They show you lots of ladies who are very appealing on the eye but when it comes to your matches selection they offer you ridiculously inappropriate matches. Basically there is no choice. The selection of women is very limited, to say the least.

We don't provide photos to our users, so we're not sure what you're referring to. Our process is blind, and only the matchmakers can see a user's photos. We followed up with you and never got a response, but please let us know if you'd like to chat about these comments.
In reality they have very few genuine profiles. All these photos of good-looking women are bait-and-switch. They use all kinds of tricks at the selling ceremony. Once you've been lured into this con, they show their real face. If you have basic skills in communication with women, search in real world. And no, you don't have to pay $5000 for this! Tawkify service is ridiculously overpriced. Even if they had had more real profiles, it would have still be an insane price to pay for what? For a date with a stranger? With no regard to your search criteria? No way!

I spent over 7K with tawkify and never used a single service with them. I went on zero dates and met with zero people. I also live in a very highly populated area that they informed me would be easy to match. They refused to issue any refund even though I never went on a single date or ever had any perspective dates/matches given to me. Do not trust this company they are completely fraudulent!

Very satisfying. Reinforced things I already have in my toolbox. Was enlightened about areas that I can nurture and learn to build confidence and add to my toolbox for use dating. I was nervous prior to my session with Deborah. We talked about ways to calm myself, mentally relax and prepare for a date. She was very helpful

This experience was AMAZING! I initially was very hesitant because I could not see or speak with prospective dates until the actual date. However, doing things my way had not gotten me what I wanted, so I decided to trust the process. Do not qualify their people at all! Terrible refund policy, broken refund page and once you click and sign up they will tell you that you agreed to no refund. They shouldn't force people to pay and not back out when life changes. And they do not do any qualifications, just some typical questions and comes after your money!

We sincerely hope that anyone purchasing service has reviewed the refund policy, and so try to make it as easily accessible as possible. It's available on our website, and we require users to confirm that they have reviewed and agree to it before creating an account. We also note it at the bottom of the sales receipt, which is emailed as soon as service is purchased. We would never force anyone to sign up, and so would love to hear more about your experience.
I just joined. I haven't been matched yet. I met with a coach, that was great. I met with my matchmaker. She was nice. I feel like I gave the dating coach more information about myself and what I'm looking for than I did the matchmaker. So this should be interesting.
Why not try it out. Maybe it’ll work. I hate the apps. So here we are.

Only just begun…enjoyed meeting my matchmaker via zoom call. I'm sure with only an hour to talk in my welcome meeting, I feel more time was needed to get to know me in order to match me with the right person. I look forward to getting to know her better and helping her find my person.
What I like about Tawkify is they will weed thru the riffraff, background check, and interview my candidate, in essence, saving me time, keeping me safer, and finding candidates on the same page as me. I’m looking for someone that wants to be in a relationship and not just playing around and looking for a hookup. Tawkify also primarily has candidates in my age range. I feel that anyone going to the extent of using a matchmaker will be more serious and ready for a committed relationship and not wasting his or my time.

I really enjoyed my time with Sharon and felt that we covered a lot of ground, ideas, and things to do to better prepare myself for this new chapter of my dating life. Sharon is a great listener and really gets to the heart of what her client's past experience as well as what they are hoping to get out of the Tawkify experience going forward. I wasn't sure what to expect from the coaching aspect but I did find value in it and would recommend it to new clients.
I've tried the route that is so common these days, online dating, and found that I was attracting the wrong energy and/or type of man into my life. I was not a serial dater in my teens and twenties (before I got married) so trying to fit into that model now was more uncomfortable for me than I had imagined. I chose Tawkify to help cut through the noise and chaos of online dating and to simplify my choices hopefully in a more productive way.

So I was very clear about my political affiliation and said it was a 8/10 importance for anyone I date to not be a Trump supporter. They set me up with a Trump supporter. There was a very awkward experience when watching the news that actually made me feel somewhat unsafe. I don't think these folks listen to women atleast they didn't listen to me. Not only did they set me up with a Trump supporter, the guy didn't pay to participate. I wanted to be in an equal deal. These matchmakers just want your money, they didn't listen to me or they didn't take my political affiliations seriously even though I was the one paying not the guy.
