At first, I was not sure about ordering something with TeePublic... Who knows what happens if you order something in the U. K. after Brexit, will the sweater arrive in time for my daughter's birthday (we live in Belgium), how about customs etc etc. But finally I did order. Because this sweater was really made for her. Then I soon realized that I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service, only to learn that my order had already been shipped! Today, only one week after my initial order, I have received confirmation that the second sweater - in the right size - is already on its way. So it will arrive in time for my daughter's birthday, without any extra charges. I even don't have to send the original order back! And in the meantime I have received several kind mails from Teepublic customer service, telling me all that I need to know. For me this is a unique customer service experience, for which I am truly grateful. So to all potential TeePublic customers outside the UK, hesitating to order: Never mind Brexit, you will get your order sooner than you think and in the nicest possible way!
Ordered a tee of specific color and lettering. When I received it the lettering and tee were close in color and the lettering was hard to read. I called service and they sent another tee at no cost to me and actually credited my account as that particular tee had gone on sale since I received my first one. No hassles. Thx!
My large item was too small... I offered to send back to swap... company said I could keep original and they sent a larger size... How many companies, especially these days, would/could offer this kind of service... Tee has gone to a more slender pair of shoulders... Designs are unique, rare and original...
Tshirt quality is good and not see through. The prints are vibrant and looks sturdy. I made a mistake with the sizing and when i requested an exchange, they immediately sent the correct ones and urged us to keep the prior shirts. The correct sizes arrived today, and as for the others, we will share it with his friends They'll look cute in pairs hehe.

I ordered a tee shirt for my granddaughter with the instrument she plays. The shirt arrived timely, but was way too small. I emailed about making arrangements to exchange the item. I was answered promptly and was told how to do it. Even sent along the size charts and advised me of other options that I could use in determining the size (i. E. male size chart, baggy etc). They went above and beyond in getting me what I needed.
I was so pleasantly surprised when I placed an order on TeePublic.com and then 18 hours later a sale was on and TeePublic refunded me the difference! Wow, that is excellent customer service with no hoops to jump through. This is how all these companies should operate.
These shirts are awesome! Not a plastic/vinyl feeling image. Material is high quality and comfortable. Sizing charts are a great to find the right fit. Best customer service - helpful and quick.

My husband ordered me a shirt and he order and when it came it was to small. He ordered a size to big but it was still not going to fit. I emailed them and told them and they took care of it. They were quick, friendly and helpful. The quality of the shirt was great and we loved them. Will definitely order again form them.

I ordered the Classic weight for the shirts that I purchased as gifts. Expecting a heavier material, I reached out to Customer Service to express my disappointment. I was treated so kindly and with such conviction to make me happy that I will be a customer for life!
Wide selection of images to choose from, on the subjects I wanted on my gift t-shirts. I had a query of the delivery of an item and Customer service got back to me via e-mail within the hour.
I personally would have liked to have a contact number rather than e-mail contact, but my request was dealt with promptly.
The only issue I have had is that I got caught with the exchange rate of US to Canadian Dollars, I thought it was all paid until... I saw the added exchange rate on the credit card statement. This meant the t-shirts went up by $8 each which was a little steep, because the rate was on the tax and the postage not just the price of the t-shirt, be warned, sorry that the company falls foul of border prices!
All said and done TeePublic have good products and the sizes are like they say, so go bigger when you order, the colors were as the pictures and the printing was good.

I ordered a custom shirt and it arrived quickly but i ordered the wrong size unknowingly. Customer service promptly returned my email and went out of their way to help me. I received a replacement shirt within a few days! I am very happy with the product and the service.
Ran into a website glitch when I interrupted the checkout process, and then tried to complete the order. Associate was not a tech, so it was out of her area, but she handled it extremely professionally, got it to the tech team and meanwhile, sorted out the order issue in with no hint of impatience. She also sent a follow-up email, not asking me to give her a review but just to make sure I had the proper documentation in case anything went wrong with order. Haven't received the order yet, but I wanted to leave this note about the customer service while it was still on my mind.
I've used this website before and never had an issue with stickers and some shirts I've ordered. This one time I was trying to find a design for an anime that no other retailer had. So I bought my son a sweater and long story short it was a size to small... I was having some trouble trying to go thru the exchange process so I reached out an emailed Tee Public. Within 30mins they contacted me back and processed the new size that I needed for me without me needing to do anything else. My son is gonna be so happy and for me with work and being a single dad this is amazing. Again thanks for the folks that helped me with this thank you so so much would recommend to everyone.
I bought a AFTV t-shirt and it turned out to be too small. TeePublic is exchanging, no questions asked.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
