These Ts are the best! I ordered 2 for my husband for Christmas, they are so soft and the screen print on them is great! Their customer service is awesome too! I ordered the wrong size and they sent 2 new shirts out the same day I emailed them with my problem!

I had ordered a t shirt for my grand-daughter, and it arrived quickly and was completely adorable! But I knew it would be too small despite the fact that I had checked out their size chart. They offered to replace the shirt with a larger size at no charge to me, and when I asked for instructions to return the first one to them, they told me to keep it, donate it, etc.! I did not need to return it to them. That was really impressive! Another thing that impressed me happened when I went back to look at their size chart, I happened to scroll further down and saw that they showed "real world" pictures of kids wearing each size shirt to show how the shirt would fit that body size/shape. I wish I had noticed that to begin with. I wish more clothing sites would do that. I strongly recommend this company to do business with.

Less than 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 t-shirts with different designs for my 2 grandsons who live in Singapore. I was told that the goods would be received by Christmas, so imagine my surprise and delight when they arrived today. I chose designs to match their interests and I am sure they will be happy with them as I doubt that they will come across other children with similar designs. I admit I was a bit apprehensive dealing with a US company when I live in Australia, but customer service was exemplary with responses to my queries answered promptly and in a friendly manner. Accidentally, the wrong size/color was sent to me. I am giving teepublic 5 stars due to the customer support/corrected product that I received.
I contacted customer service and they wrote back immediately and fixed the problem. I got my corrected sweatshirt within a few days, and it was hassle free. I would definitely be purchasing from them again!
After my wife's t-shirt arrived, the size was quite snug.
One email later and a replacement for the bigger size was ordered.
I received an order confirmation for the replacement item, I was also not required to return the original item.
This is the type of customer service that is missing in other businesses.

We ordered a custom made phone case for my son. Great quality, and he absolutely loved it, we realized at 14 he needs a protective case. I sent an email requesting an exchange, I got an immediate response. They would be sending me a protective case and to keep the slim case (a $25 case)

I ordered my wife 2 shirts for Christmas and the biggest mistake a man can make is to buy his wife clothes that are too small. So of course Christmas morning I had that happen... I didn't know what to do so I went to Teepublic.com and wrote them a email and I never expected to hear back... maybe a robo response if anything but low and behold they wrote me back and the customer service department is absolutely amazing...
They took away all my fears and made my mistake right... they went ABOVE and BEYOND what I was expecting. I will forever be Teepublic customer! If you want a one of a kind shirt and support a independent artist at the same time then this is the company to use!
I ordered a tee shirt on 5/20/20 and I never got a confirmation number, although they charged me $28.68 on my Master card that day. I have tried to reach them four times (emails) and all I get is a generated response. There is no phone number and no live chats (although they show on the web site that there is.) I will never order from them again and will pursue legal action for the principal of this. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Why are they still in business? I've never seen anything like this!
I recently purchased an art print from TeePublic, the postal service has lost the package, no fault of TeePublic. When I contacted TeePublic about the problem, they responded immediately. Everyone has been courteous, helpful and the response time to inquires is better than I have had with any other company. They are replacing the lost art print and they generated the new order in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company.

I've ordered a hooded sweatshirt and a V- neck cotton T-shirt for my daughter. Both were ordered in size large. But when they arrived the hooded sweatshirt fit perfect and the T-shirt fit small and tight. Their website warned me that that most people needed needed 2 sizes bigger but I didn't believe it. They offered about 7 different styles and designs for that T-shirt so the fit of t-shirts varied based on material chosen and cut desired.
They both are great quality and they were easy and fast to exchange for the right size.
I was nervous after I realized The T-shirt was too small and I would need a different one. But they made the exchange easy and I definitely recommend this company. I will use again.

I placed an order with them on the 6th of June, and they still have not sent it. They refuse to tell me when they will send it, even though they have debited my account for the purchase. Their website FAQ states orders will be shipped 3 business days after the order is placed, but they are well beyond that timeframe, and they are refusing to answer me. Horrible customer service, do not order from them.
Ordered a shirt 12/27and states that order to arrive 5- 7 business days. We are 1/5 and my order can not be tracked due to Innovations their shipping company. Last I knew my order was in texas then went to Arizona and been there since has not departed. I will never order from this site and please for anyone thinking of ordering from this site really reconsider your order and look elsewhere for you will be just as frustrated and angry as lots of people are. I should of looked at reviews prior to order! Do not order from here
Received my shirts quickly and they were better than expected. I opted for the Tri-blend and the quality is great! Ordering up a size from your usual is definitely the way to go. I ordered 4 different shirts and accidentally got one of them too small. Sent an email and got a very quick response that they would send the next size up, free of charge, and told me to keep the original and donate it!
This is my second purchase. It was hard to decide what to buy because the amount of shirts to pick from was vast. It was my fault for not using their six of instructions and my shirts arrived too small. Once I looked again at the charts and photos with height and average weight (so helpful) I saw my mistakes. But when I reached out to customer service there was zero blame on me and all about making me happy. They shipped me out two new shirts at no charge and said to enjoy or pass on the others I could not use rather than force me to pay to send them back. I was BLOWN AWAY. NO ONE does that anymore. I will be back again because of this and I am not easy to please.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
