I had waited a long time to order these two funny shirts that I wanted. I ordered them, they were delivered promptly, and when I got them the size did not fit to what I normally buy. I responded to customer service, and not only were they polite and fast, they replaced my shirts at no cost to me at all. T-shirts are awesome and I'm going to wear them on stage when I perform my music. I will show our fans and my friends tell them where they need to go! (teepublic/ :D)
I recently ordered a t-shirt that was too small. I shot off an e-mail regarding an exchange and I got a response within an hour. I was told to keep/donate the one I received and that a larger size would be shipped to me immediately. Now, THAT is amazing service! Loved the t-shirt and can't wait to get the one that fits! I also sent a link to my kids and encouraged them to purchase from this company. Very satisfied.
When I received my t-shirt from TeePublic, I tried it on and realized I needed a larger size. So I sent an email to the company explaining my situation and asked what steps I needed to take to make an exchange. I expected to have to return my shirt. I was told I could keep my shirt, and I later received a discount coupon for my next purchase. The larger shirt was ordered and came very quickly after I received a reply from the company.
I was very impressed with the wonderful customer service and the quality of the product I received. I will be purchasing from TeePublic again!
I have brothers that race, and I found a design that matched both cars perfect. The reviews I was told, after I ordered weren't good. But our shirts came and everyone loved them. Other family members ordered them, they were happy with their orders too. Then I ordered more for gifts. Some were great, but some were discolored. The orange car looked pink and we needed it to be the bright orange, (to match 1 of the brother's race cars) in background. 1 tee shirt was all stretched. I was not happy. But I contacted them and customer service was GREAT! They fixed problem, and were sorry for it. I had new awesome shirts within a few days. Because of that they get 5 stars! You can't beat awesome customer service these days Sending in another order.
I ordered a Christmas present from TeePublic and I received a notification from the USPS that my package was delivered. Low and behold it was not. I walked up and down my street looking on neighbors porches to no avail. I contacted TeePublic and explained the situation. They responded quickly and said they would resend my order and expedite it so I would receive it for Christmas. They did this without any prompting from me. What a wonderful company. Clearly they put their customers first. I must say, I received far better customer service from this small company then I received from Samsung (had an issue with brand new TV not working) Bravo TeePublic. I would recommend you to anyone. Ordered a total of 3 shirts the quality was top notched the artwork was amazing. Did have a mix up on one tee recieved wrong size but was takin care of in timely manner, customer service was excellent. Would strongly recommend to everyone who appreciates good quality products and great customer service.

I recently ordered 3 shirts. They arrived well before the anticipated shipping date (even though I live in Canada and it was an international shipment). I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the quality of the shirts and the printing. One of the shirts I ordered as a gift for someone else didn't fit them, so I requested an exchange. I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received. Within an hour of my request to exchange for a different size, I had a notification that the new size was already being shipped, and a separate email letting me know I can keep the incorrect sized shirt to give away to someone else.
I am so pleased with my experience with Teepublic that I will never hesitate to order from them in the future!
I Love this company! The artwork is great. The sizes were a little small. The company was a big help. They offered to give me 2 new teeshirts at no charge and no problems. I have told all my friends. I will be buying much more merchandise from this company.

I ordered a tee from this website, and it was not quite sized properly for me. Followed the links in the website, reached customer service very easily, they processed an exchange for me within 24 hours. I am greatly pleased with the service I received from this company and highly recommend.
I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend in a women's medium. When it arrived we decided we may need to go a size up. Upon requesting if I could exchange the shirt for another, Teodora at Teepublic was very quick with a response and made my request so simple!
These guys rock! I was able to find a rather obscure design I had wanted on their site. I then ordered a kids medium instead of an adult medium on accident and didn't realize until I received it. I contacted them and let them know and they quickly responded letting me know they had already sent out a replacement in the right size and thag i should just keep the kids tee they had previously sent and donate it to someone! Absolutely fantastic customer service! It's so rare to find a company that cares on this level and I can't recommend them highly enough! The tee they had sent was of high quality too and prices are reasonable! Give them a try!
Ordered three dope T's from them and one of them had a defect. I submitted the contact form and added photos like they asked. Jumped in the shower. By the time I was out of the shower, a new order had been placed for a replacement at no charge! 5 stars!
I ordered a t-shirt as a Christmas gift for my husband. I chased the delivery as it was strange it hadn't turned up. TeePublic responded to my e-mail immediately and not only were they very apologetic they offered the option of a full refund or an expedited replacement before Christmas. I asked for a replacement and didn't really expect to see it before Christmas. The t-shirt arrived well before Christmas which was brilliant but the response I got from several different customer service agents was really impressive. They were friendly, personable and very professional.
I think excellent service should be highlighted and even though I didn't receive my original order TeePublic turned my shopping experience into a very positive one. I would highly recommend buying off them. Thank you and Merry Christmas
Boy oh boy...where to start.
I had two needs with customer service.
1 - size exchange. Easy. Fast. No hassle.
2 - here we go...my original order was shipped in 2 packages for separate arrivals. It had been a week and the tracking hadn't updated since arriving at my local UPS. I contacted customer service with TR. Almost instant response saying they would send a new shipment. Then I told them the shirt they were re-shipping was not the correct one. So they canceled the order to ship the correct one. THEN...i realized I was wrong! They were correct about the shirt I hadn't received. So I contacted again and, again, almost instantly...they canceled the second re-shipment and made a third order. No hassle. So polite. So kind. Wow.
Good information, amazing customer service, t-shirts look exactly like in the pictures (which is not always the case with other firms), no annoying advertismentmails after the purchase - In short, brilliant!
Just received what will be my last order from Teepublic. The quality of the prints were just awful. Both were blurry and faint, one had part of the image cut off and missing. I have had other shirts from them of similar poor print quality. I work for a business that does DTG printing and I don't know how it is possible to produce such poor quality.
They look great out of the box. Hope you like them the first time. The ink they use to print is straight up TRASH. Every shirt I bought from them (why did I buy 5) is pretty much a blank tshirt after two gentle washes. DO NOT BUY
Ordered 2 long sleeve tees from this company. Same design two sizes one for me one for my son. Lambeau Field design and we have worn and washed the tees about 5 times since. The designed prints are fading already to the point it is hard to recognize the stadium. Poor quality printing and service. It took me 2 weeks to get my order. Do not recommend.
We got the cutest shirt for our daughter, but unfortunately it was a little too small. I reached out for an exchange and they immediately shipped a bigger size. I could not have asked for better service and the quality of the shirt is great too!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
