Teepublic offers a huge variety of designs to print on your choice of shirt. I had to reach out to customer service and they were fast to reply, polite and they were very kind. The most difficult part of ordering was picking the design because their selection is overwhelming. But since they are a great company and reasonably priced, may as well order more than one.
I ordered a large tree shirt for a friend it arrived, far earlier than expected, the quality is fantastic and the art work is very good, unfortunately I realised that it would be too small, I contacted customer service and it was dealt with immediately. Within minutes of sending my email I received a reply saying that the replacement was already on its way and no need to return the smaller tee shirt. I am so impressed by the customer service it's saved me any hassle of dealing with the return. I will definitely be using TeePublic again. Thank you
Price was a little much for 3 simple printed t-shirts but it was my choice to pay it. Shipping was fine. Quality of the actual shirt seems fine too but after one wear and one wash, the white print (on both black t-shirts) is already noticeably peeling. I followed wash and dry directions on the label so obviously it's a problem with their printing process. I do not recommend this company.
I bought a t-shirt several months ago and put it away for my son's birthday. Well - it didn't fit. Certainly not TeePublic's fault, but I emailed asking if I could maybe exchange it and they responded immediately - within a few minutes! They processed a new order and sent at no charge. I will not hesitate to order from this company again! Quality is great, and shipping is fast. Excellent all around!

Ordered a t-shirt (great selection!) too small, emailed requesting a change of size, immediate reply not only stating my request will be issued right away, in addition stating to keep the original and give as a girt to another or pass it on in another wholesome way

Made my first purchase, 4 t-shirts 2 weeks ago. Took about a week and a half for shipping - no big deal. 1 shirt was sized incorrectly, emailed customer service and they handled the issue promptly. The shirts are great, quality is great and the designs are great. Best of all the prices are perfect and once you sign up they have fantastic sales nearly every week which make the prices even better. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
I ordered a beautiful shirt, which unfortunately didn't fit quite as well as I'd hoped. I inquired about exchanging it for a different style and not only did they fulfill my request for a new shirt pretty quickly, but they let me keep the original tee to re-gift or donate! This was a nice surprise; I was expecting a shipping label to return it. I will definitely order from this TeePublic again! (And I love that they support indie artists/designers!)
Just received the shirt I ordered as a gift. I went two sizes larger and ordered an XL (for a Medium sized woman), as was recommended. What came was a shirt that was too small for even my slim 11 year old and completely inappropriate sizing for an adult. There's no stretch in the material and it feels very cheaply made. I'm hoping I can salvage something from it, but it's most likely a lost cause. What a disappointing waste of money.
I purchased a tee for my friend's Birthday. When I received it, in good time, it was like Oh no what was I thinking I ordered too small. I was freaking and thought I'll probably be stuck with it. I contacted seller and they contacted me back in less than an hour. They took care of my situation right then. Honestly I have never had this quick, happy, taken care of experience. Quality is there. I ordered this supercool tee for my husband for his birthday from TeePublic. When it arrived, he absolutely loved it! He was saddened when he noticed that there was a small hole on the back and another imperfection, both marked by small arrow stickers pointing to the imperfections. I reached out to customer service and heard back from George within an hour of my email! He apologized profusely, letting me know that this was absolutely their mistake. They offered to send me another tee, or refund me completely, with no need to return the original shirt. Of course I wanted another shirt as we loved it so much - softest material ever and perfect for my husband! He had the fulfillment center take care of it and a new shirt was ordered within the hour with a confirmation email sent to me! I am unbelievably impressed with their customer service! Way to go, TeePublic! :)
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
