I purchased a tee for my friend's Birthday. When I received it, in good time, it was like Oh no what was I thinking I ordered too small. I was freaking and thought I'll probably be stuck with it. I contacted seller and they contacted me back in less than an hour. They took care of my situation right then. Honestly I have never had this quick, happy, taken care of experience. Quality is there. I ordered this supercool tee for my husband for his birthday from TeePublic. When it arrived, he absolutely loved it! He was saddened when he noticed that there was a small hole on the back and another imperfection, both marked by small arrow stickers pointing to the imperfections. I reached out to customer service and heard back from George within an hour of my email! He apologized profusely, letting me know that this was absolutely their mistake. They offered to send me another tee, or refund me completely, with no need to return the original shirt. Of course I wanted another shirt as we loved it so much - softest material ever and perfect for my husband! He had the fulfillment center take care of it and a new shirt was ordered within the hour with a confirmation email sent to me! I am unbelievably impressed with their customer service! Way to go, TeePublic! :)
I ordered a ladies small t-shirt that was way too small. Contacted customer service via email, received a very polite reply within 5 minutes. They are replacing the t shirt. I am grateful for wonderful customer service and highly recommend this company.
The tee shirts I ordered came sooner than expected and were exactly what I wanted. Communication was excellent. They let me know when to expect my order and why. It was all done in a unique pleasant way. Hence the pleasant surprise!

Finally got the T-shirts after several weeks. The fabric smelled like petroleum. The designs were dull in colour, blurry and sticky. The fabric of one was paper thin and there was a hole in it. Would cost me more to return, so I'm just taking this as a lesson learned from now on.
I've purchased many shirts from Teepublic and the quality is usually great. Recently, I received two shirts that had some print issues and didn't look quite right. I contacted their support and within an hour a replacement order was created. I received my replacements in 3 days, which considering this is on demand printing is amazing. The replacements look perfect! Their support team deserves thanks, they handled this situation perfectly.
I was so happy to find TeePublic because I wanted to buy RBG t-shirts where the profits would go to either a non-profit or the designers of the shirts. All three of us love the true and vibrant colors along with the soft tri-blend fabric. TeePublic's customer service is as good as it gets, too. The reps are both friendly and helpful.
I purchased a shirt, custom made, on the website. It arrive much sooner than I thought it was supposed to.It did not fit properly so they are sending me another shirt out I have not received it yet, I am waiting, it should be coming any time now and they were very easy to work with.
These are the best ever! I first bought these because of how cute they are... Then i was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and realized that these were the only shirts that my skin could tolerate as i go through radiation treatments. I highly recommend to anyone in this situation! Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
