I ordered a shirt on May 29th. On June 15th, I finally decided to file a complaint to get a refund. There was 0 information provided on when I would receive the shirt that I ordered. Additionally, customer service was non-existent. They told me that the shirt that I had ordered 3 weeks ago would ship soon but it never shipped. When I asked TeePublic for a refund on my order they went radio silent. After I filed a complaint with PayPal and got my refund that way, I finally received a response from an actual person from TeePublic apologizing for my experience. This company is either a scam or very poorly operated.
Bought shirt for present. Wore 2 times and ink is coming off. Contacted company no help. Very disappointed. Save your money for better shirt company
It said 3-5 business days for shipping it has now been nearly 3 weeks and no sign of my package and the website will not let me track it, I tried for customer service and there is no number and I have had no responses to my email. Will not shop here again.
Tee public shipped my order of 13 magnets within 2 days. At some point the USPS destroyed my package and 3 of the items inside and said sorry not our problem. Although no fault of Teepublic... they immediately sent replacements to me, no questions asked. Great quality great service. I will be buying from them again.
Very overpriced t-shirts (not 100% cotton!)
I've paid over $30 for a regular t-shirt and teepublic.com also charging for shipping on top of thee price (~$8). And t-shirt is not even 100% cotton! 50% polyester, 25% rayon, 25% cotton.
Total out of pocket price around $40.
Next time will order on Ali.
Don't recommend teepublic.com to friends and family members.
A couple weeks ago I was looking for a new case to protect my new iPhone. I saw that TeePublic was having their memorial day / weekend sale. I quickly found a protective case I liked. I waited about a week for it to arrive. The package came with a case and rubber gasket-type insert. All good right? No! The case arrived warped and the gasket is the wrong size. The case fits way too loose without it and doesn't fit at all with it. I contacted customer service right away and was giving the usual tips to try and make it fit. I was also asked if I could take a picture of the case on the phone to show the fitment of it. Think about that for a second. Am I the only who thinks that sounds stupid? I won't be buying from TeePublic again. It's a shame because I liked the artist's design a lot, but I'm not going to support crap products.
I ordered a few shirts from TeePublic last year, although the pictures lasted for a while they're starting to crack and peel, I got one shirt that had a hole in the underarm which sewed up, I also think the quality of the shirts could be a little thicker. I just ordered my last shirt from TeePublic a little over a month ago and after one wash the picture started cracking and peeling. I will never order another shirt from TeePublic again.
Order # ******* (just so you know who I am)
Firstly, I would like to say that I am appalled at how you are displaying your sweaters online. The "art" seem much more large online and when I receive the product at my home the lettering and the art work was tiny! The worst part is the white used for the wording was so faint, I could see the black from the sweater underneath. It was so faded the sweater looked as if it went into the washer and dryer more than once. Sweater quality is so so, very thin for the price. These sweaters should cost the same price as the t shirts. I am so disappointed for spending and receiving less than. This is a real review I wouldn't steer you wrong. T shirts aren't
Bad so far from what I'm seeing but the sweaters are a waste of your money for sure!
I'm absolutely livid. First of all, I ordered a large, men's black Tee but received brown. I washed all three in cold water. They shrunk so much that they are now not wearable by any adult. Unbelievable!
The quality of the shirts is horrendous. Within 3 washes the design cracks and fades. Pilling is also an issue extremely quickly
They look great out of the box. Hope you like them the first time. The ink they use to print is straight up TRASH. Every shirt I bought from them (why did I buy 5) is pretty much a blank tshirt after two gentle washes. DO NOT BUY
Sent wrong colors of shirts and the size large adult is more like child's small. It's a joke are the reviews real.
How did they mess up and send all the wrong items?
My email was answered immediately with an explanation about the printing process and why I received something slightly different than I expected. With that said I still loved the shirts and my only issue was that they were a little snug. A replacement order was placed by Stephen for a size up for me. He kindly suggested that I can hold onto my first order or donate and a replacement order is on it's way to me free of charge. I will definitely use TeePublic again for all of my t-shirt needs. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough negative things about this company. Let's start at the beginning, when I thought I was picking a black T-shirt but their order form defaults to "asphalt" which is another name for grey. The shirt I was trying to buy has a large QR code on it, and it is supposed to lead you to a "Rick roll" if you scan it. Now, to be a proper rick roll, the intended victim is not supposed to see anything relating to Rick Astley whatsoever. At best they are to believe they are clicking on some other video. It should also open up on the song "never gonna give you up" immediately. This shirt doesn't. Laying flat on a table the QR code does indeed work but it leads to a YouTube hosted video of the song "Together Forever" instead. And it says right there "Rick Astley Together Forever" which they see for 5 seconds while an ad plays before getting the "skip this ad" prompt. By then the joke is beyond spoiled. Even worse, the QR code is printed on the front where body contours make the code nearly impossible to scan in the first place.
So at first I asked them to exchange for a black one. They opted to just send the black one and not require me to return the grey one. Okay, but then I discovered the problem with the whole purpose of the shirt and just wanted my money back. After far too many emails back n forth with their unsupportive staff, (who explained that they were emailing me in the middle of the night since they're scattered across the globe) they refused to refund my $20+ bucks and argued for days that the shirt was not "defective".
For my purposes it was absolutely defective, as I haven't been able to "Rick roll" even one of my friends.
Instead, they offered me any other design. I kept insisting that I wasn't interested in another design, especially from these people. But as I became aware that they would rather make enemies than repeat customers I accepted the new design. So now I have 2 worthless shirts and 1 I didn't go looking for to begin with.
Adding insult to injury, they are emailing me every day with spam ads and requests for a review.
Okay, you got the review, now I mark "TeePublic" as spam and take my future business elsewhere.
I had a shirt delivered to an incorrect address which was inaccessible. Tee public sympathized with me and immediately offered options to correct it. Each rep I corresponded with was courteous, kind and attentive. I can definitely speak on behalf of hassle free refunds and exceptional customer service!
I absolutely love their shirts! They have so many great designs... an new ones everyday! I'm a huge strawberry lover and I have found so many shirts to express that! They don't just have great designs and products! They also have great customer service! I received a shirt that had a crooked and off centered design. I contacted TeePublic and sent them pics of the issue. In no time they replied back to apologize about the issue and send me a new shirt! I Love TeePublic! It's TeePerfect!
To whom it Concern TeePublic is a Class Act I had a little Hiccup with my sweatshirt and they took care of it with up most Professionalism with No Questions Asked Thank You Very Much Will Keep Reordering!
I love this company. They are always there for you.
I ordered all my tee shirts from there. A few months ago something messed up with my order. [ It was my fault not theirs but they fixted it] They were answering my questions right away and fixing my problem. A few weeks ago I ordered a couple of tee shirts and I got restless and asked after only 2 weeks if they could check in on my order. Of course they were right there ready to help. Of course after I send my email asking where the shirts were they showed up in my mailbox. The shirts are wonderful they are soft and comfy. This is my go to place. Thanks for being a great company.
Tee Public is a bunch of liars I've been on their website for a long time anyway they just decided to terminate my account for absolutely no reason they said that I violated their terms of service and I didn't they are a bunch of liars
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
