I ordered a men's size small tee for my daughter and it was way too small. Small for men's sizing, in my opinion. Emailed TeePublic to see if they would make another one, and perhaps waive shipping or give me a discount on the reorder, and they reprinted and sent a medium at no cost. They really stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee!
I purchased a few Dave Chappell t shirts. 1 of them was a size medium in women instead of men. I messaged Tee Public thinking they would give me a hassle and they didnt at all. The accommodated me and sent me a new shirt in the size I desired. Thanks to the whole team that helped assist me!
I bought my wife a Christmas Tee Hummingbird Shirt for her B-Day and ordered a large because that the size she wears. My order got here before expected date and when she tried it on it fit small. So I emailed TeePublic the day after and explained she loves the shirt but it fit small for a large size. Our representative got back within a couple of hours to let me know that they would ship her a x-large at no charge! Also to me to donate the smaller shirt to someone that could use it! I will defiantly order from TeePublic again! Super company

When I first saw TeePublic on Facebook it looked too good to be true. 000s of designs from all kinds of independent designers + good quality + different base colours + accurate sizing? It had to be a scam. But I poked around and it looked legit (and accepts paypal) so what's to lose? I ordered my shirts and they are excatly what I ordered: they look great, fit perfectly and are fun to wear. The only downside was that it proved quite hard (for me anyway) to to let the TeePublic folks know how happy I am!
I recently had to exchange a shirt I bought for a different size. I was so surprised to learn that I did not have to mail back the shirt I needed to exchange but simply donate, give it to someone else or just save it. I don't know of any company that is so generous. Kudos to this company!
I ordered 2 different T-shirts. Both were smaller than the usual "L" and "XL." I contacted the company via email not expecting to hear from them. However, within 24 hours I received a personal email telling me they would replace the shirts at no extra cost to me and not to worry about the return... but instead to donate or recycle the shirt. WHO DOES THIS?!? I was stunned, to say the least! Thanks, TeePublic for standing behind your product.
I can't praise these guys enough! I made an error on my order and contacted the Team for help. My email was very quickly picked up and a resolution put in place within minutes. No messing about, no ping pong emails, but a very courteous reply which fixed my query (and error). The TeePublic Customer Service Team need to congratulated on their approach to how they responded to customers!
I bought a T-shirt for my granddaughter for Xmas. She lives in New Zealand. I live in Australia. I had underestimated her growth. The T-shirt was too small. I contacted TeePublic. The company has so many designs that you are bound to find something's you like. I got some Dino shirts for my boys but wasn't sure about the sizes. I'd say they fit smaller than expected. My 6-7 yo boy would fit Small youth nicely is not a little snug, so best would probably be M. My 4-5 yo boy would usually be x small youth but that's snug too so small youth works better. And my 2-3 yo girl works well with 3T. My kids are average at and slightly taller than average child they're age.
So, what's really great is there customer service and policy. I contacted them to exchange a shirt and they said they'd send another shirt, appropriately sized without fee! It's great and will be back for more!

I had ordered 10 shirts for our graduating seniors. Typically we just do a small gift card for lunch for the students but I wanted something that would be a more permanent reminder of the positive parts of the past year since the pandemic changed so much of what would have been their high school experience. When the shirts arrived they were much smaller than the expected. I reached out and received an almost immediate response, they are sending me the next size up! I was actually moved to tears. There have been so many disappointments in the past year and a half, I am so greatfull.
When my order came in, we found that one of the items didn't fit. TeePublic has sent a new size and told us to gift/donate the one that doesn't fit. Lovely people!

I ordered two shirts at Christmas presents and wasn't really sure of the size to get from my great nephew. When the shirts arrived I realized I had made a mistake and contacted customer service to begin an exchange. I was informed that because orders are custom-made that I could donate the shirts that were the wrong size and then they immediately processed a new order. I have never had such a good experience with customer service from a company! And the shirts that I purchased for presents are amazing. Uniquely silk screened and one of a kind!
Ordered a mask from Teepublic on 11/2/21. By 11/19/21 I gave up on UPS delivery. I contacted teepublic about my problem. They were very helpful when I asked for a refund. Because of their honesty, I will be happy to make other purchases through their company.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
