I ordered something in wrong size and the customer service department fixed it without question and sent out a replacement immediately. Even within the busy Christmas season the replacement arrived—in Canada!—before Christmas. I've had to talk to customer service a couple of times and both times they were very fast, friendly, and accommodating. This company is absolutely amazing—they stand behind their products, and treat their customers with respect. This was my first time using them, and I'm a customer for life.
I ordered 2 white t-shirts on TeePublic. They both totally satisfied me! Very good printing quality. (I cannot say anything about prints on dark colour t-shirts just because I haven't purchased any yet)
Also, I had an issue on the check-out page, which was making me paying more, probably for some error. The customer care team totally took care of it, helping me step by step with my issue and making me paying the right amount of money. Thank you guys!
A couple weeks ago I was looking for a new case to protect my new iPhone. I saw that TeePublic was having their memorial day / weekend sale. I quickly found a protective case I liked. I waited about a week for it to arrive. The package came with a case and rubber gasket-type insert. All good right? No! The case arrived warped and the gasket is the wrong size. The case fits way too loose without it and doesn't fit at all with it. I contacted customer service right away and was giving the usual tips to try and make it fit. I was also asked if I could take a picture of the case on the phone to show the fitment of it. Think about that for a second. Am I the only who thinks that sounds stupid? I won't be buying from TeePublic again. It's a shame because I liked the artist's design a lot, but I'm not going to support crap products.
I had an issue with my order and contacted customer support a few days before Christmas (a Friday this year) and they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and quickly addressed my issue, so much so that they had a new order already in the mail on Monday. This level of customer support plus the ridiculously wide range of t-shirt designs they have (I like really esoteric stuff) has made an extremely positive impression on me and I am looking forward to ordering from them again.

I've dealt with many online vendors but I have never experienced the level of promptness & willingness to resolve an issue, than I have when dealing with TeePublic. I've had the occasion to e-mail them twice and both times have received a response within 10 minutes from an actual human, not an automated system. Both of my issues involved a third party shipper, not TeePublic itself yet they still refunded my shipping costs. They are simply an outstanding e-tailer & I can recommend them wholeheartedly.
I recently placed an order from here and just received it recently. Unfortunately, the shirt was a little tighter than expected. Since there is pandemic going on right now. I figured an exchange for a larger size would be problematic. However, TeePublic was nice enough to ship out the correct size and told me to keep the first shirt all within the same day. I will certainly will be shopping here again. :) Great customer service indeed
The pillow is more like a small pillow. Even tho it says "medium" it's very small for a 40$ pillow. It's definitely not 18x18… (Do not buy the pillows). On top of that, the tracking number never updated until last night. This pillow was coming from Texas. They didn't help with anything! No customer service at all!
Although I very infrequently write reviews, I felt that it was necessary to do so to speak to the excellent customer service of TeePublic. I ordered a sweatshirt and tee-shirt for my son for Christmas ($50). It arrived today and I realized that they would both be too small. After requesting an exchange, I was immediately emailed back by their customer service team who told me that I could "keep, donate or reuse" the items. The generosity and stellar customer service blew me away. Additionally, the sweatshirt and tee-shirt (Lamelo Ball) are awesome-great quality and unique print. I am very satisfied!
I ordered and received two mens' tees, them discovered I had ordered the wrong size. I didn't have my account number or order number, so i emailed TeePublic on the off chance they could somehow find my order and help me make an exchange. I received a reply the next day letting me know they had already processed a new order with the correct sizes. They told me not to send the original tees back, but to keep them or donate them to someone else. I was amazed at their response! I should also add that their products are of high quality and they have a huge selection. They've earned all my tee shirt business from here on!
Ordered a product on December 3 and it has all but fallen off the face of the earth. Was guaranteed to be here before Christmas, but no one can tell me it's whereabouts. The tracking doesn't work in Canada (?) once it passes the border. Had I known this, I would have upgraded shipping. Never ordered from this company before, and never will again. I am contacting VISA to dispute the charges.

I ordered all T-shirts in Medium size but once delivered I realized they run small for the V neck ladies shirts
So I contacted customer service and by the next morning I not only received a response but they had already placed two new orders for me in bigger sizes at no cost to me... Best experience ever ordering online... I bought 12 shirts and I intend to buy many more... The quality is great, everything is unique,

I ordered three t-shirts from Teepublic and when I received them they were of wonderful quality, clean graphics and good material. However, they were too small. The website explains they do not give refunds (because the t-shirts are hand made when you order them), but they will exchange for a different size. I expected I'd have to pay to ship them back but the customer service rep said I could keep them and they'd send the correct size! I was really impressed. Now my daughter can have the smaller ones and I get the right size! Love these guys!
I ordered a t-shirt from TeePublic for the first time and when it arrived it was a bit small. I emailed them back and requested an exchange for a larger size. Not only did they respond promptly, they agreed to send me my larger size and said I could keep or donate the other size that didn't fit. Wow! I didn't have to go through the process of returning the shirt.
I don't see this type of customer service often and I plan on ordering more from TeePublic. The fact that independent artist design the shirts is even better!
I ordered the shirt and it had a minor tear in the back. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours of my initial email. They sent me a new shirt for no additional cost. They could not have been quicker or more friendly. Shout-out Caroline - you rock!
I received 5 shirts with prints that came out blurry and I emailed Teepublic to inform them. They simply asked for pictures to verify the quality, and without any hesitation they immediately shipped me a new set of t-shirts! I was amazed at how fast and responsive the representatives were and because of that, I am more than happy to continue purchasing from this website! Thank you Teepublic!
I received my order today (12 SHIRTS, days ahead of schedule!) and am thrilled as always. Your prices are the BEST, and you always provide a custom, high quality product - I love wearing TeePublic more than any other shirts. I ordered few shirts and one of them happened to have a hole near the seam. I contacted the customer service and they sent me new shirt for free. I really appreciate the fast replies and the staff is super friendly! I will continue ordering shirts from TeePublic <3
I've ordered from Teepublic three times now, and it's always awesome. My most recent order, two of the shirts didn't fit as well as I hoped, even though they were the correct size. I let them know, and they immediately shipped me a larger size, no questions asked. This is how companies should operate. And the tri-blend shirts are the most comfortable I've ever worn.
A big shout out to the team who helped me with an incorrect order. I have ordered many T-shirt's from tee republic. Good quality, fast service and always checked in with me. However, last order went awry with an error made in sizing. They replied to my email immediately and resolved the issue at once. I was able to keep the wrong sizes ( they said I could gift them or donate them!) and my new order was already on the way. Good to know that great customer service still exists. Thanks team!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
