A lot of designs to choose, but garment quality is horrid. Material is weak, thin and sizing is if off. After it's all said and done--NO RETURNS. So you're stuck with poor quality.
I learned my lesson. I'll donate to the Humane Society for their chihuahuas.
TeePublic is fantastic! I placed my order late November and everything was going fine, until it got stuck/lost during shipping. When it wasn't moving anywhere for about 2 weeks. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and worked to resolve the problem. Every person that I communicated with was extremely helpful, polite, and never left me confused or frustrated as to what the next step was or how to resolve the problem. I cannot thank TeePublic enough for helping me! My purchase arrived in plenty of time for Christmas and was beautiful. I would buy from them again without hesitation! 5 out of 5 stars!
Teepublic customer service is so on point! I ordered the wrong colour by mistake and not only I was able to make the changed online by edit order ( which a it's a great option to have) but also I sent them an email asking for confirmation of my change and minutes later they got in contact with me with the confirmation response. I am very happy to have found this T shirt company online. They have a fabulous selection with many colors to choose from. The customer service team is wonderful as well. I submitted a question via email and it was responded to in less than 24 hours. Kudos to all!
I started my own shop and within 24 hours my account was deleted because "I violated the terms and conditions". Though all of my designs were made by me so there's no issue with copyright infringement. I emailed TeePublic a few times to see if we can get the issue cleared up and resolved and it went without a simple response.
We ordered a shirt with a unique design that I couldn't find anywhere else. When it arrived, the cut of the shirt, quality of the fabric, and printing were all excellent. I was very pleased. However, the sizing seemed way off. It was for a person who usually is a women's small/medium, and the large was still too small. When I emailed to see if I could get an XL (expecting to just eat the cost and pay for a new one), they went ahead and sent a replacement in a larger size for free! Now THAT'S excellent customer service! I would definitely order from this company again.
I ordered a hoodie for a christmas gift. They sent me the wrong size, but the product is paper thin and will probably rip if you drop it on the floor. To top it off the printing is dull and wavy, the chemical smell that came off of this shirt not only caused a major headache but my eyes burned like crazy after opening the package.
Its absolute garbage. Oh and no refund or anything and i spent $50!
I've been purchasing t-shirts from TeePublic for about 6 years now. It's a great site to find really cool/quirky/unique designs that might be otherwise difficult to come across, with a stellar variety of materials and colors to choose from. The customer service is absolutely top notch, I recently received a sweatshirt that was too small and had a tiny hole in it, the response was exceedingly prompt, and the issue was resolved within the hour, in a kind and courteous manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a comfy cool shirt with a unique design.
I ordered 4 French Resistance shirts and they were well made but did seem to run small, especially the 2 women sizes. My niece and I usually wear men's L or ladies xl but exchanged to women's xxl. They were very prompt and helpful and even allowed me to keep the 2 smaller ones to donate to a homeless shelter. That's the type company I like to give my business to.
I had ordered 10 shirts for our graduating seniors. Typically we just do a small gift card for lunch for the students but I wanted something that would be a more permanent reminder of the positive parts of the past year since the pandemic changed so much of what would have been their high school experience. When the shirts arrived they were much smaller than the expected. I reached out and received an almost immediate response, they are sending me the next size up! I was actually moved to tears. There have been so many disappointments in the past year and a half, I am so greatfull.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
