TeePublic has a grand selection of merchandise to peruse. I found things I've never seen anywhere else, AND they support the artists as well. Which is what enticed me to take a look in the first place. The best customer service I've ever received online. Usually trying to contact a company is a hassle, but TeePublic went above and beyond my expectations. They reached out to me with professionalism and understanding. I greatly appreciate it and reccomend shopping through them.

I received my shirt in the mail yesterday. The quality was great, but it was too small. I emailed TeePublic this afternoon to ask for a larger size and received a response almost immediately... and on a Sunday! They were more than happy to make the exchange AND they even told me I could donate or give away the shirt that is too small, rather than having to go through the hassle of returning it!
Very happy customer- the t'ahirt was a little bit smaller than I expected but they responded quickly to my request for an exchange and are sending a replacement out without me having to return the original. Great design and good quality.
My order was delayed. TeePublic helped me track it down, refunded a portion of the shipping and the customer service was amazing! They communicated clearly and quickly. I have trouble believing this company has received any poor reviews. My tee shirt arrived in less than the time stated, and it was exactly what was shown on the website, including being supersoft material. I contacted them about giving a review about how pleased I was withmy purchase, and they responded within 24 hours. I will buy from them again.
Best customer service I have ever seen, period. I ordered some really cool shirts and face masks from TeePublic, but when they arrived there was a bit of an issue. I guess my order got mixed up with someone else's: I got twice as many masks but none that I ordered, and all the shirts were mine but some didn't fit because apparently I ordered the wrong size. I actually got more than I paid for, but I wrote customer service to let them know about the mixup. I also asked if it would be possible to exchange the shirts even though it was my mistake for ordering a size too small. TeePublic wrote me back immediately—I mean literally within minutes. Before I could even read their reply, I got another email from them, this time a shipping notification. To my astonishment, they told me to keep everything, no return or exchange necessary, and that they were sending me the masks I ordered AND larger shirts. These people are seriously amazing, I will do business with them every chance I get!
I purchased a shirt that ended up being too small. I reached out to Teepublic customer service and was told they'd ship me a new one and to keep the original one I'd purchased! Their response time was great and the representatives were very friendly. What a great company!
We ordered 5 t-shirts for our son. Loved the fact we could find unique designs in children's sizes! One of the shirts we received was the wrong design (mistakes happen!). We emailed about the error and got an email response right away. We were told to keep the wrong shirt and they will reprint the one we originally ordered. Appreciated the quick response and not being hassled to ship anything back!
I would highly recommend using TeePublic. Even before ordering, they answered three of my emails with questions right away and when I unfortunately ordered the wrong size T-shirt, they rectified the situation and sent out the corrected size within an hour!
Every experience I've had with company has been good! I set up my item to ship in a few days and added 20 to the shipping price. Unfortunately, with the way the world is right now, my items couldn't be shipped that fast. So I contacted customer service. They refunded the 20 dollars and sent me some kind words and explained the situation. Every email I get from them is very warm and nice! This is a really great company, that allows artists to showcase their work. If you have any questions or problems with your order, it will be answered and fixed. Very very satisfied! I contacted customer service about a delivery and they responded in a very timely manner. The problem was handled immediately in a friendly, professional manner. It was the easiest customer service interaction I think I've ever had. Plus, the tee shirt is made of quality material and fits well!
This company TeePublic is Legit and 100% honest. They sell quality clothing and their return and exchange policy can't be beat. The communication and shipping was 100%. I have already bought a lot of shirts for my family and I. We love them and everyone else does too. I recently ordered some masks and the masks for my kids were too small. I emailed Teepublic about it and almost immediately, they responded and have resolved the issue. Thank you! I plan on shopping with them again and again.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong sizes on several tee shirts but the customer service reps at TeePublic quickly resolved this issue by sending out replacements at no charge. I highly recommend supporting this company and the artists who make the tees.
I ordered at gen x T-shirt and when it came it was a great shirt but it was to small. When I contacted them about an exchange, they had a new T-shirt in the mail as soon as possible. The quality and artwork was amazing and the customer service was the BEST! Love my shirt! I will buy from them again!
I purchased a t-shirt. Super simple stuff. The website advised an email would be sent to confirm my order. Naively, I believed this might automatically happen. It didn't. I assumed I hadn't placed the order so went back online and ordered the same shirt again. This time I waited for the confirmation email. It didn't arrive again. I checked my bank. There are now two withdrawals for two t-shirts (neither receipted by email or able to be searched for and located under my account details) and I've waited over 48 hours (not on a weekend) for a response and have not received one. Now I will have to go to my bank and get the payment reversed. Definitely not worth the drama; I just wanted a new shirt, not another problem to follow up. The fact they have not even bothered responding is reflected in my rating.

Dusty and his one-man scam have made me so angry, I can't see. I ordered two shirts for my kids on December12, thinking they'd be here in time for me to wrap up for Valentine's Day. Nope. I got a few lame excuse emails, but nothing for over 2 weeks. They had until today to respond to my PayPal claim. So sad. They were cute designs, too.
Ordered a T-shirt and when it arrived (insanely fast shipping BTW) it was more like a child's size then an adult medium. Contacted customer told them about the dilemma and in less the 24hrs I had a tracking number in hand for a replacement shirt that had shipped out already.
Can't say enough good things about TeePublic.

This company allows a way for artists to push there art to us by artists we wouldn't come across otherwise which speaks volumes. I googled exposing Illuminati shirt and a lot of crappy shirts popped up but then a few shirts popped up from tee public and they were dope and what I was looking for more or less. Ordered a shirt and there shirts are the nice athletic fit and clean look on top of a good quality and fresh screenprint. Cop you one, you'll love it and support an artist out there somewhere

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
