I ordered a T-shirt the other day, which arrived quicker than expected. Opened it up and it looked great. The print cane out well and the material was good (usually custom print t-shirts can be a bit rough, bit this was nice and soft).
Tried it on and unfortunately it was a bit too small.
I contacted customer services requesting to exchange for the next size up. No more than an hour later I had a reply back telling me they'd processed my request for a new size, and that I could keep, donate or reuse the original one, rather than worry about sending it back!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Couldn't be happier. The last who helped me (Adeline) made my whole day!
I was more than happy with my TeePublic shirt, but unfortunately it didn't fit quite right. I requested an exchange, but the color I wanted was out of stock. TeePublic sent me the requested size in a different color and told me to keep the original shirt as a courtesy! Super generous. I'll order from the again now doubt.
TeePublic has a ton of designs & types of shirts to choose from at reasonable prices. Upon arrival, I culd tell the shirts were of a good quality, too. Unfortunately, I had chosen the incorrect size and had to exchange. The TeePublic Customer Support responded to my inquiry within a couple business hours and had fixed me up very quickly. I very happy so far with TeePublic and plan to purchase more shirts from them.
The shirt I ordered had an imperfection on it. I sent an email and attached a photo of the issue. To my GREAT surprise within a couple of hours TeePublic responded with their apologies and another shirt is on the way. As an added bonus I was not even asked to send the original shirt back. Although I had an problem, I could not have asked for a better resolution and not to mention exceptional customer service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
I purchased 4 WWII Veteran tee shirts for gifts. I ordered Large and XL which are the sizes I always buy in t-shirts. These were were small and tight, so order a larger size up if ordering. Also, the material was thin and not the type of cotton material I usually get when buying t-shirts for my husband. I was disappointed with the quality of the shirts, so I contacted customer service through email. They were very prompt in responding. All the emails we exchanged were positive. I didn't want to exchange for fear of having the same thing happen. I was given a refund for the entire amount I was charged. I could not have ask for better customer service during the entire process. Thank You Tee Public for excellent customer service!
Quality is solid and reliable. I ordered a shirt a size too big, without a second thought they sent me the right size for free. The best customer service I've seen! Great quality, only thing to improve is shipping time.
I was scammed. They took my money and I received an email a few days later saying it shipped but never actually did. Never received my stickers. Should've trusted my instincts. This review probably won't even be posted or it will be hidden because this is a joke website.
My package got lost during shipping and it was not the fault of TeePublic. They quickly responded to me a resolved my issue. I have had to inquire about a similar issue in the past and they fixed that right away, too. Excellent service! Big fan of the company.
I order many items and everything came ahead of time. The shirt was a little big so I emailed the company and they got back to me in less than 10 minutes and reshipped the other size. I will definitely do business with them going forward.
I recently received two t-shirts that I ordered for my children, and XS and a S. My kids are on the small side, and they're thin, but these shirts were just too small, particularly in the length. I was prepared to send them back for an exchange, but was then kindly told that I could keep the shirts and either donate or reuse them. I was so pleasantly surprised! And now my kids will have the correct sizing within a week or so too. Win/win!
Created two orders which cannot be tracked on their site... has not been shipped and have not received... then they email me like I have the problem even after I give them a PDF of the sales receipts!
Probably the worst service and ripoff scam ever!
It took three weeks for me to get my shirts, but they look great. The cotton is soft and the screen printing looks and feels great. The women's classic relaxed fit t-shirt and the male classic t-shirts fit as I expected. However, the women's tri-blend t-shirt is very tight and fitted, which isn't for me. I requested an exchange for this one and it was fast and easy. If you like a fitted t-shirt, go with it but I suggest that you size up 2 sizes.
Ordered a pink tee with a Derek and the Dominoes graphic because the song Layla has just reentered my life in a whole new way. Shirt is a good color and soft cotton with a snug fit (size medium 34D). Already have a green Hotel California tee on order
I ordered a few shirts from TeePublic last year, although the pictures lasted for a while they're starting to crack and peel, I got one shirt that had a hole in the underarm which sewed up, I also think the quality of the shirts could be a little thicker. I just ordered my last shirt from TeePublic a little over a month ago and after one wash the picture started cracking and peeling. I will never order another shirt from TeePublic again.
I ordered a tapestry from TeePublic and it showed up slightly damaged. After contacting customer service they mailed out a new one within a day at no charge. I love their service and products. They have definitely earned my trust.
I ordered a T-shirt from them about a month ago after some time had passed I received an email stating that my shirt had shipped and would be there by the end of the day on a certain date. It never came and for weeks the delivery status never updated I was forced to email them saying I never got my shirt. Days after I emailed them I finally received my shirt. Once I opened my package to look at my shirt I saw nothing but poor quality! The shirt is paper thin and worst of all the lettering is extremely blurry! I'll never buy from them again!

I have honestly never been more impressed with how fast it was for me to get a response from TeePublic's customer service. I had a bit of an issue with one of my shirts not showing up when it was delivered and I am not going to lie I was a bit upset for a moment thinking that I would never be able to reach someone in regards of my order. It didn't even take 24hrs before I heard back from someone and they informed me that the replacement had already been shipped out with a new order number attached to it. I was so impressed as well as excited since I didn't have to worry about not receiving something I had paid for. To anyone who is hesitant about ordering through them don't be because they will take care of their customers in no time no matter the problem! Let's continue to support small businesses!
I fell in love with the "Scottish Highland Cows ‘La Familia'" shirt. Ordered it on a Saturday and it arrived the following Saturday. Great communication from Teepublic about the process, and I had detailed tracking on the shipping. The turquoise shirt color is gorgeous and the graphic really pops. The shirt was a bit small so I contacted the company the same day it arrived; I got an immediate response and an exchange shirt went right out. I am VERY pleased with my Teepublic experience and will be a repeat customer!
I ordered a v-neck t-shirt to wear on our next cruise, whenever cruising finally resumes. There was a tip to order two sizes up when ordering the v-neck shirt. I did that, but the shirt was still too small, so I requested an exchange. The order for the exchange was processed immediately and I received an email telling me I did not need to return the shirt, but could keep, donate or reuse it! That was way beyond my expectations, and is really appreciated. The original shirt is so cute, I will take it with me on the cruise and give it to the first person who compliments the new shirt - and I am sure there will be compliments!
I recently ordered a few T-shirts as gifts for friends. The T-shirts arrived on time and were amazing... top quality (I like the softer material for a few dollars more). The T-shirts turned were a size too small. I contacted TeePublic to request an exchange. I received a personal reply within 24 hours telling me that a larger size was being shipped immediately and there was no need to return the smaller size shirts. Wow. How could you not order T-shirts from TeePublic?!? Great company!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
