Contacted TeePublic when I realized what I had ordered would never fit the intended recipient. Got an immediate response, was promised a replacement free of charge and was told to keep the original order. Turnaround time was even faster than with the original order (which, to be honest, was longer than anticipated, but hey--we're in the middle of a freakin' global pandemic here! I'm willing to cut a little slack on something as nonessential as a tee shirt when the world is ending).
I ordered several t-shirts from TeePublic for gifts and when I received them I realized two of the sizes wouldn't work. I used the form on their website to request an exchange and I heard back the same day. Not only did they process my order right away, they also told me there was no need to return the shirts I didn't want. They made it very easy and my associate who helped me was super pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend ordering from them!
I ordered a couple of t-shirts just a couple of weeks before Christmas and received both items in plenty of time. However, I noticed one of the shirt designs had a typo on it, which was actually on the picture on the website but I just didn't notice. They graciously asked me if I would like another design that was similar or a full refund. They sent me the new shirt within days and I didn't have to mess with returning the original one. FAR better customer service than I received from much larger merchants/vendors over the holidays.
Purchased a hoodie. It was supposedly thick, but it's actually super thin. The print on the back is blurry and poor. I'm not too hard to please, but yeah, this was not high quality or professional at all.
I heard of TeePublic on Facebook when I started looking for a gift for my mothers Birthday. I placed my order, and it came in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the shirt was a size to small- however I emailed TeePublic and asked for an exchange for a bigger size. I received an email back within minutes and they informed me that they have processed my exchange order and it will be in the mail today. Wow- now that's customer service done right! And to make it even better with less hassle, I don't have yo send the other shirt back. I can keep it or give it to someone else! Again- wow! This company is wonderful and I will be sharing my experience with my friends and family! So thank you TeePublic for making my day!
TeePublic totally impressed me with their response to my email inquiry. I wrote to ask about how I could make a size exchange on a t-shirt I had ordered previously. Within minutes of me sending my question, they informed me that they would send me the correct size for free. They also said I didn't need to return the shirt that was too small. They said I should pass it on to someone else and put it to good use. I can't even think of the last time I had such amazing customer service. Their response was so unexpected and generous, I am still flabbbergasted. Thank you teepublic! I will order again from you in a heartbeat.
I had a problem with sizing on an order. I sent an email before 8am and was surprised to get a response within 15 minutes. Problem was solved even though I heard from multiple customer service reps. Each one know what had already been done and picked up the ball until the end. They have my vote!
I ordered two t shirts - a men's classic t and a women's curvy v neck. My wife usually wears a small, so we ordered a small curvy v neck. The shirts arrived well in advance of the estimated time of delivery. The men's shirt fit as expected, but the v neck was smaller than we expected. Upon notifying the seller they shipped a medium at no additional cost and asked that we donate the small or give it to a friend. I was very happy with this resolution and will order from TeePublic again.
I ordered a gift for a friend and somehow managed to type in the wrong address, when I realized it, it was almost to the wrong address in my home town. When I contacted them about what I would consider my own error, they not only were quick to respond, but they even sent a new order to the correct address without charging me a cent. I had even offered to pay whatever the cost was to reroute the package if that was possible... You don't find this level of customer service anywhere these days... I would highly recommend TeePublic and I absolutely will purchase from them again in the future.
During the pandemic, the one thing I hate while ordering online is, "Package delivery may vary due to Covid-19." Having your delivery take awhile becomes frustrating. But TeePublic products are always worth the wait.
One day, I get a notification that my package was delivered. Arriving at the post office to find nothing, and I get sad. I become worried because the Post Office makes it seem like this package never existed. I was afraid I'd never see my orders, but I take a chance to email TeePublic for assistance. Hoping they could help me and with quick responses they assist me and make sure I'm a priority. I received my package and will gladly purchase any product they produce for the art and quality that's worth it. Always trust TeePublic.

I had ordered a hoodie from TeePublic and unfortunately, my post office delivered it to the wrong person and thus did not receive it. I sent an email to customer service asking if there anyway to resolve this. I managed to get a quick reply in less than twenty four hours saying they will happily send out a new hoodie at no charge and made sure all my info was correct before shipping and that my other order had arrived all right. I was extremely pleased with how quick, thorough and understanding their customer service was.
They could have just left it there but they sent an update email about the status of my order. This was also very much appreciated. So far I had three people contact me about all this and they have been nothing but nice and considerate.
Out of all the customer service I have dealt with for online shops, I definitely have to say TeePublic has been the best. They have a great team that are passionate about helping people out and setting things right!
I ordered about eight t-shirts with two separate orders over 2 months ago they're telling me that both orders have been lost when they get to my post office and they doubt that any more would get there either sounds like they're running a scam to me I wouldn't order from this place I still haven't received my money back
I ordered a Beavis and Butthead shirt as a gift for someone. Turns out I overestimated the size by one. I requested an exchange and was promptly sent a replacement shirt and was allowed to keep both! What a great way to treat customers. I know times are hard considering recent global events, but from now on, I will be using TeePublic as my Go-To for all online T-shirt shopping needs!
The shirt I ordered was too small, even though I followed the size guidelines. (In my defense, there wasn't a guideline for "Classic T-Shirt (Relaxed Fit), Female"). When I asked for an exchange, TeePublic processed it immediately! They responded to all my messages quickly and were very friendly. This was my first experience with TeePublic and won't be my last.
I ordered 8 shirts from Tee Public. Unfortunately only 3 of them fit. I emailed the company to request an exchange for the other 5. In less than 24 hours I had a response that the exchange was processed and that I didn't need to send back the other shirts. They asked that we donate them or regift to someone who could use them. I am very impressed with this company. I hadn't heard of them before but am intrigued by their mission. I love that we are supporting independent artists! Highly recommend!
Was sent a defective shirt (print was not cured properly). They sent a replacement and it was worse; design was adhered to itself in the package, in the same area as the original. Making so many shirts, and being a large outfit, would lead you to believe that they know what they are doing. Shabby work, and the follow-up to fix the original issue was worse.
I ordered a tee shirt that was, unfortunately, too small. I reordered the same shirt but a bit larger only to be told that I didn't have to return the original tee. The original tee will be donated to our local Rehab Institute. Many of our stroke and heart patients are admitted to Rehab without proper clothing and this just might make someone very happy.
Ordered and received a tee shirt in size I normally use, XL. Delivery was somewhat slow, probably three weeks. Tee shirt received was too small to be comfortable or meet their dimensional sizing on the website. I contacted them and the exchange process was exceptional. No glitches and was immediately informed a replacement would be sent out with no need to return the original shirt. Was told these typically run undersize so ordered a 2XL. Delivery of the replacement also took quite a while, about 2 1/2 weeks.

I ordered a shirt from them a few days ago then went offline for a number of days, when I came back I realised my browser had autofilled my old address into the delivery box. I contacted Alin the day my order ended up shipping and he was kind enough to assist me with a new order in no time at all. Really friendly and speedy all told.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
