They wrongfully deleted my account saying I violated terms and conditions. I did not. I responded and they asked me to send original artwork, which I did. After that I didn't hear back for a week. I reached out again, nothing. I chatted customer service and they did not help me at all, just told me to wait and the only way to reach out was email. I emailed again. No response. After 10 days I chatted again, same story, no help at all. I'm extremely uncomfortable that they have my original file and will not even confirm with me that they have it let alone reopen my account. Communication is terrible and I do not trust them at all. Don't bother as an artist, they only care about the customers.
Apparently I ordered an adult size medium sweatshirt rather than a Kid's for my grandson's birthday. The design on front was perfect, nice quality sweatshirt but would be huge on my soon to be 9 year old grandson. I immediately sent TeePublic an email and heard back the next morning (Saturday). They were sending me a Kid's sweatshirt, no charge, and said no need to send the other back. Just said to donate it if I couldn't use it. I will definitely donate it and hopefully keep someone a little warmer.
Ordered a Christmas gift on November 6, it's December 17 and still no shirt. Customer service sends the same autoreply to every email, I don't think it's even staffed and no way to check the status of your order through the website. Opening a dispute today so I can buy a different gift. It's a shame, too - if they'd tried even a little bit (a human reply to an email or a status update) I'd wait but at this point I give up.
Ordered 2 tshirts 2 weeks ago. My account was debited immediately. I was never issued an email with tracking info. After reaching out to customer service, recieved a reply with a tracking link. The link looks like something my child typed up but essentially hasn't been updated in 2 weeks and says my order is in "staging". Cant comment on the quality as I have no product.
I recently ordered a Tee shirt for my husband this past Christmas and the shirt was a little small. I contacted TeePublic a few days after Christmas and they got back to me the very next day. They said my order had already been processed for the exchange and not to worry about sending back the original back! They had encouraged me to keep, donate or reuse the shirt! Just wanted to say thanks for such great customer service. Looking forward to receiving the new one!
My order was not received on the day it was promised to no fault of Tee Public. I stayed in contact with the company and every interaction I had was helpful and pleasant. They made right on this error that was not even theirs! I have ordered many things online and this is the most pleasant interactions I have had ever! They are getting all of my gift orders from now to infinity!
I appreciate the way Tee Public rectifies any issues with delivered order or issues in general. Extremely pleased with a customer support issue that was corrected in warp speed!
I will continue to support this company for many reasons - the plethora of designs are very fascinating, so many shirts speak to me! Also importantly, the quality and comfort level of the t shirts are seriously some of the best I've ever received.
I ordered a tee shirt from TeePublic and it arrived earlier than expected. When I opened to inspect it, there was a small flaw in the screen print, where it was missing some of the print. Normaly, this would have not been an issue if purchased for myself but as a gift I wanted it right. I notified the company of the issue and worried about another being able to get to me by Christmas. They where prompt in reply and offered to send a replacement along with priority shipping to rush it to me. In addition, not only did they offer to replace the item, they told me to keep the first one received to either use, give away or recycle. I have to note i was really impressed by the "recycle" response in being global friendly as well. I am very please with the way they handled my request and will be ordering again in the future. Thank you for being an upstanding company.
I ordered some masks from Teepublic and they weren't exactly what I expected, so their customer service was great and told me they would send out new masks at no additional charge and actually refunded me the difference in price since the masks I ordered were a different style. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants some really cool shirts, stickers, masks etc. Also you're supporting independent artists, great company!
I've been a customer for a few years, and enjoy the designs and quality. My last order unfortunately had an issue. It was a great design, looked exactly like what I expected, great quality hoodie, but when I washed it, half the design came off. I've gotten short before so I thought I knew how to wash it. Anyway, I emailed customer service (who has time to call - it's not that urgent anyway) with a photo, and overnights was answered, telling me they were sending a replacement. I don't know if this will turn out different when I wash it, but it's a free, quality hoodie. That's great customer service.
I got a phone case for my new iPhone 12. Quality is exactly what I wanted, tho there was a small issue with it and I emailed them to see if it was fixable. Quick replies and felt like there was an actual interest from them to make it right. They did and I'll be getting my new item soon. Will be buying more from them for myself and my lady. Highly recommended!
I ordered three shirts and one was clearly the wrong size. With a quick email I was responded to promptly and a new shirt was shipped to me immediately. They didn't even require me to ship back the wrong size. I already loved the shirts and designs, but Orlando and the rest of his crew earned my business for life. Thanks for being awesome TeePublic.
I had to wait 8 weeks for my order to arrive, when it did they'd sent me the wrong tshirts, then wouldn't send the correct ones or give me a refund. However, customer service is good and they did reply fast but said that the management wouldn't allow it.
Ordered four tee shirts almost TWO months ago. Company gave my shipping and 10 percent of my order back after filing a complaint with Better business bureau was when I received a response. Still now shirts supposed to be here today and they have been sent by ups to a post office in another state. Horrible customer service horrible shipping. The worst company to have ever ordered from. Their designs are top notch and they look really cool, but they do not fulfill their part of the deal. They took my money and still waiting almost two months later. DO NOT RECOMEND
When I ordered 4 t-shirts I guessed the sizes instead of actually measuring and two of the tees were too small. When I asked if it was possible to send the two tees back and get bigger sizes TeePublic automatically sent me new Tees with the bigger size and wrote a lovely email suggesting I keep the small tees and donate them somewhere. This was incredibly generous especially since it was my initial mistake. They were quick to deliver and very reasonable with their prices including postage to a different country. I will be donating the Tees and I thoroughly recommend this company. They made me feel grateful and put a big smile on my face. I wish there were more out there like them. Thank you.
I was sent the incorrect size and contacted the customer service. It was handled amazingly and was resolved so quick! I am actually quite amazed with the service as it's super refreshing that it was such a hassle free interaction. Top notch!
I made a purchase on the 22nd with receipt by email through pay pal.
I sent over the order number and photos of the receipt and still no response.
I haven't heard anything regarding my order since the 22nd and yet orders placed from other companies have sent information or have been mailed.
When sending the first of two emails the response we don't have your email and I also sent the second email. I am just trying to get the order so that I can finish make something for someone.
Very displeased and wish I would've looked through this site even though I questioned it to begin with.
Now I will get to deal with PayPal and this order not being completed or at lease information when being shipped.
I ordered the SpaceAce shirt from TeePublic a couple weeks ago. It arrived quick. Great quality and fantastic looking. Unfortunately, through no fault of TeePublics, it was a little small. I reached out via e-mail and received a response almost immediately. They were quick to put a new one in the mail to me. The whole process was so easy and stress free, I went ahead and bought another shirt. Many more to follow.
I ordered 5 tshirts for my family for Christmas, i have just received my oder ( late because of covid restrictions, not a problem though). 4 of the 5 tshirts were too small because of my rubbish measuring skills. I emailed and filled out an exchange form. Got an email back next morning saying the new sizes are being sent out, out of courtesy and to keep, donate or re- use the original ones. WOW what a fantastic service. I then emailed back asking if they were sure or if they needed more from me, they said no, just give an honest review of my experience. So this is it, TEEPUBLIC are a breathe of fresh air in a stale covid environment, thank you, you have restored my faith in humanity. So much to offer in the first place, but then this, such great customer service. People out there shop at Teepublic, you won't be dissapointed.
I ordered some t-shirts for Christmas and found out after getting them that the women shirts were a couple sizes smaller than I anticipated. Granted it was noted on the website but was not as clear as it should have been since the sizes for guys was only 1 size smaller than usual. Either way I reached out to TeePublic support and they had an easy to fill out form to make the exchange as seamless as possible. Combining this with the fact that they reached out AND fixed my order in less than 24 hours along with allowing me to keep the clothes that were the wrong size just proves to me that they actually care and are willing to offer the best experience that they possibly can.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
