Every time I have ordered from this company, it has been such a great experience! Whether it's been the products or their speedy costumer service reps - they are just my favorite. And now my 9 year olds favorite t-shirts only come from TeePublic. However, this is the first time I have ever written a review for them. I missed out on a special discount due to being international (a time change) -- They didn't hesitate to help me out. You definitely feel like you are writing to an actual person and not an automated response when you send them a message. And they are always so eager to help. Thank you!
You'll not only find a great selection of designs at TeePublic, but great service as well! I ordered Ed s shirt for my daughter and it was beautiful, but way too small! When I asked for an exchange in for a larger size, not only wasTeePublic was quick to accommodate, but told ya to keep the small T. Now my daughter and granddaughter will have matching shirts! Very unexpected.
TeePublic made our bowling team shirts and they were awesome. Nice, soft quality tees and the graphics were amazing. One of the shirts began to fade and wash off; however, TeePublic was quick to replace the tee.
I love TeePublic. I've bought from them several times, and while most of the time the shirts are fantastic, the couple times I've had a problem, they answered the email right away and made it right. I've had a couple issues with sizing, and they let me donate the wrong sizes (rather than send them back) and quickly ordered me new sizes. The other issue was a quality issue because the artist had left a black spot on a design (which I couldn't see on my computer screen). Again, they let me order another t-shirt for free and told me to donate the mistake. You can't get better customer service! I will continue to order from them.
I have ordered from TeePublic several times and they never let me down. I received 4 shirts in wrong color and I reached out to the customer service and they were very quick in resolving the issue. They had the right color processed to send out to me the very same day!
I ordered a Kermit tshirt for my goddaughter for a Christmas gift. It did not arrive on its specified date. I sent an email, and immediately received a response. They are going to send the shirt with expedited shipping, so I will receive it by Christmas! I will definitely be recommending TeePublic, and ordering from them in the future!
I absolutely love their shirts! They have so many great designs... an new ones everyday! I'm a huge strawberry lover and I have found so many shirts to express that! They don't just have great designs and products! They also have great customer service! I received a shirt that had a crooked and off centered design. I contacted TeePublic and sent them pics of the issue. In no time they replied back to apologize about the issue and send me a new shirt! I Love TeePublic! It's TeePerfect!
TeePublic went the extra mile when it came to making right a wrong. When the incorrect color tee came, they happily refunded my order within minutes. Usually youd have to go through hoops to get something refunded, but TeePublic ensures you are their priority. Great customer service.
I ordered 4 shirts for my sons birthday. I received one of the 4 shirts. I've emailed for days and the only response I've received is, sorry send a picture. I can not find a phone number to call and speak to anyone.
I ordered a printed tee shirt from Tee Public for my son-in-law. It looked like it had been worn and washed for year with letters wearing off. Certainly nothing that could be gifted to anyone. 'No excuse for sending out merchandise that looks like that! They said to send the order number which I had saved on my pc. It wouldn't open. Some much for that!
First off, I have bought several shirts over the past couple of years from TeePublic. Typically the shirts I buy are Disney styled shirts. I always enjoy getting new and one of a kind shirts from these awesome artists. Yes, the shirts are a little more expensive than some places, however I look at is I'm supporting an artist and small business. So the price shouldn't make that much of a difference( plus always running deals/discounts)
Secondly, this is first experience I have had at returning a shirt. The size just wasn't right (even though on the sight it said to order up in a size or two). I dread making returns, but this was the easiest and most enjoyable process I have had in making an exchange/return. I recommend TeePublic to everyone I know if they want cool shirts and an even better experience.
So long story short…. My package was supposed to be on its way but all the sudden all tracking info stopped at that time I didn't know it was FedEx site acting up so I contacted Public Tees within 12 hours they message me back offering to make things right. The next day my package was delivered it was a FedEx issue. I was surprised how fast they got back to me and their willingness to make things right. My shirt is great, customer service great, whole experience… Great
My TeePublic shirt arrived, and unfortunately, the sizing wasn't right. I wrote them and asked for a new increase in size. And I also noticed that they were now having a sale, that wasn't happening when I ordered.
They not only immediately sent me a new shirt in the right size, they also said just to keep (donate) the one that didn't fit, and then gave me the credit back to my credit card for the difference in the sale price!
This is all-around amazing customer service! Sure, mistakes happen. The great companies are the ones that handle it all well with no issues at all to us, the customers. I will gladly use them again, and I recommend them to anyone, since they have the right attitude to take care of you just right!

I ordered T-shirts for Christmas last year and was very happy with the design and quality of the shirts. I just ordered two T-shirts a few weeks ago but needed to exchange them for a different style. I wrote an email and a few days later received a response stating that the exchange would be in the mail. Great customer service, and in today's world is hard to find. I would recommend TeePublic for gift giving and a gift for yourself!
I ordered hoodies for both kids and tried to get the sizing right with the charts provided, but I must have gotten it wrong, because when I received the hoodies, both were too small. I contacted Customer Services via the website and was able to easily send a request to exchange the hoodies for larger ones. I got a response almost instantaneously, telling me my order (free order, that is) to exchange hoodies had been entered and that I would receive the new hoodies soon, at no additional cost. I am so grateful. I highly recommend using this site.
Ordered a funny shirt for the father in law for Xmas. Was super thrilled to see the shirt actually arrived a day before expected. Was instantly disappointed when I opened the package and found that the shirt I ordered is not what I received. I sent an email for a possible exchange. I received a reply from Andrei, who said they would take care of it and "this one's on us!" Firstly... What the hell does that mean? And secondly, that's great. How do we do this?
So, I request the exchange, and ask what is needed of me to do said exchange. I received no reply. Sent a second message, no reply. I sent a third message today threatening to file a dispute through my bank. We'll see what happens. Won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered 1 shirt 7/6, money was withdrawn, but no confirmation email. Sent 2 email and finally recieved response w/ tracking #. Package has not moved in a week and still haven't recieved item. Emailed Company again for full refund and haven't gotten a response. Placed order 7/6, today is 7/22 and dont have order. Unacceptable!

I absolutely love the t-shirt I ordered & received... but unfortunately I needed to exchange it for a different size. I really wasn't too thrilled about having to do that because we all know what a hassle that can be... but ya know what? All I had to do was send an email requesting a larger size. That's it! They took care of the rest! As for the tee that didn't fit, they encouraged me to donate it or otherwise reuse it instead of shipping it back to them! The quality of the tee & graphic design on it is second to none! Highly recommend this business!
They deleted my whole account with 0 warnings, I only post original content. These people treat their sellers like garbage, after I found out about my account being removed I did some Googling and found out it happens tons of people. Stay away, stick to some other t-shirt / merch company.

Initially I was concerned with the quality of the shirts but after washing they look great. One shirt didn't fit and one has a small black smudge on the decal that didn't wash off but overall I am happy with my purchase. Is there a phone number for customer service?
This was my first order from TeePublic. The t-shirts are so thin!. Sorta mis-shapen as well. Of the 7 that I ordered, I think the children"s sizes are probably the only ones that I will even give as gifts. This is not a good t-shirt quality. I didn't expect heavyweight but this quality is far below any T-shirt I have ever had. I am very disappointed. I love the designs and I had no issues with ordering or receiving the order. Just a quality issue which is very important especially as I had intended to give them as gifts. I can't imagine what will happen to these in the wash. I would strongly suggest that the company insist on a decent fabric because this was pretty much a total waste for me.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
