I ordered a black sweatshirt with a logo. Unfortunately, the logo had a lot of black in it and didn't show up well in the sweatshirt. I contacted the company and they were responsive and resolved the issue quickly and with no effort on my part. Best customer service in a long time. Will shop here more.
The customer service I received from the team has been outstanding.
I brought 2x Tees for my son and I to wear for Christmas.
I made an initial query as my order had not arrived in time (shipping to UK) the team responded promptly with a solution that would get my order to me in time.
I made further queries after receiving a note from the post office saying I owed customs to a company I did not recognise. I received a very quick response to confirm that the company was one which TeePublic use for deliveries, allowing me to make the payment with confidence.
The team also offered to pay the customs charge even though this was not an issue that they had caused.
I cannot overstate how impressed I have been with the team (Michael, Anthony, Stefan and Alexandra) keep up the excellent work!
I will definitely be buying again from you in the future and would happily recommend you to my friends and family.
I ordered one shirt, fit great, ordered another shirt in the same size, and it just felt different. I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange. Instead, they sent me another in another size, free of charge. Excellent product and customer service!

I have been using TeePublic for a few years now for my Tee`s. They are always there when you need help or a problem arises, which is hardly ever. If there is ever a problem with your product, they will replace it with no extra charge and you keep the problematic one to do with what you wish. I usually donate mine. They use top quality material. TeePublic is Top Notch in my book I highly reccommend them.
Love the team over at TeePublic! I ordered a shirt in January that they printed and shipped quickly. UPS and the USPS screwed up the handoff then both denied culpability, blaming each other, even a month later. I contacted TeePublic and Andrei and Szilvia (both awesome!) were able to get the issue resolved.

I've been a customer for many years and have been impressed with the quality and service. Shirts that I've overworn have lasted extremely well and have a great fit. I've gotten multiple items as gifts and on two occasions had sizing issues, trouble of buying clothes as a gift, but both times the exchanges were authorized immediately without any trouble. TeePublic will continue to be a staple of my own wardrobe and of my gift giving, as everyone has overwhelmingly been satisfied.
Another anti free speech company with a political agenda that fell to the woke mob. They're more than happy to allow people to sell and even advertise the latest political narrative and propaganda calling for death and destruction to people and cities everywhere but dare try to make anything pro free speech, pro american, pro freedom, or anything questioning the gated institutional narrative and get your account deleted despite having a huge following and a huge demand for your merchandise. A really disgusting example of big corporations trying to determine what's okay for you to think and purchase.
The masks I ordered did not show the writing with the pleats on them and this company reached out and suggested to reprint them on the basic mask. This was perfect and done timely. They gave me a small refund for the orders.
I am impressed with such good work ethic from an internet company. I hope to receive the masks for Thanksgiving gathering! Hats off to this service!

TeePublic had a great selection of art for all sorts of stuff include vintage albums. I purchased 2 triblend shirts, which -- as promised -- were super soft. The order shipped fast, and I gave the shirts as gifts to a teen who loved them. I liked those shirts so much I ordered some for myself, but submitted the order wrong. I emailed customer service to correct my mistake, and I immediately got a response fixing the order. The shirts are so great, it is way extra to get great customer service besides. I needed to cancel an order I had made and was pleased to get an immediate response to my email requesting the cancellation. I was fully refunded and not given any hassle. I am definitely shopping with this site again once Christmas is over and I can shop for myself...
We received a laptop case as a gift which unfortunately was the wrong size. Customer service allowed my son to pick a new design (the original one was no longer available) in the correct size and mailed it to us without requesting a return. The case arrive today and it is thick, great design. Thank you TeePublic!
The shirt quality and design was exactly what I expected from the images on the website. The shipment arrived quickly. I ended up ordering the wrong size and customer service got back to me immediately and sent out a larger size. I will definitely order more tops from this site!
The shirt was not true to size and the quality totally not worth it I recommend never ordering this unless it's strictly for a gag gift and no one ever wears it…Ordered a 3X and the arms look like a T. Rex fit…. I know once I wash and dry it it will be trash…
I was ordering really cool harry potter shirts for both a friend and me. Well I double checked the sizes with her and looked at the size chart on the site. It seemed right, but I ordered larger sizes for me bc I like it bigger. When my order came I looked at the shirts for my friend and didn't think they would fit her even though she's tiny. So I wrote for an exchange ready to repay shipping etc, but they compensated everything and I was allowed to donate the shirts that wouldn't fit. I donated it to a local charity for the homeless and they were very appreciative. So folks this is a great company with great products and wonderful customer service. Go ahead and order just make sure of your size and maybe order a size up. Better bigger than too small. Enjoy and Thank you TeePublic for the great stuff. I will totally order again from you guys!
Purchased a shirt as gift for a co-worker who just received her doctorate and is a small frame. The shirt arrived (size small) and it looked like it would fit a child. I contacted customer service to see how to go about exchanging it (I also needed it to present at a luncheon next week) and they completely took charge! They re-ordered the next size without receiving the too small shirt first and then they let me know I could donate the first one! Now that's a class act!

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
