Was not satisfied with the product I received. Contacted customer service with a picture of what I ordered and a written explanation of my specific complaint. Within 24 hours I had a response and the issue was resolved. They were friendly and attentive. I will order from this company again!
I ordered the wrong size, They were more than Happy to exchange them for the correct size and customer service was extremely quick, they then told me to "Just keep the old shirts, and give them to a friend or donate them!"... I will definitely order shirts from them again!
Ordered a tshirt that did not fit so I contacted customer service. TeePublic rep responded quickly and offered to send another size. I couldn't ask for anything more! They were prompt, courteous, and solved the issue in a timely manner.

I ordered a funny Tee shirt for my wife. It took about three weeks to arrive, but I received three emails about status during that time. When the Tee arrived my wife laughed at the slogan. The shirt is printed well and of decent quality. It does run small so the me3dium didn't work. Tee Public immediately agreed to exchange it for a large. The new order was processed the same day..
Love the artwork on this hoodie. Received it for Christmas and it's perfect. The print has a slight worn-in look, which I love. Had to exchange the size and they were super easy to work with. Great folks behind this company. Thank you... for a real good time!
I bought a shirt from teepublic a couple of months ago and after washing it I noticed that the print was coming off. I contacted customer service and immediately they replied and explained to me that they would send out a new shirt. They were friendly and quick to address the issue. The customer service team is first rate and with a response time like a few minutes I will absolutely shop with them because I know if my shirt is damaged they will replace it without question. I love the amount of designs they offer and with service like they have you have a real winner here. If you want great funny shirts then teepublic is the only place to shop.
Ordered a shirt with a design I couldn't find anywhere else online. The shirt was delivered much sooner than expected, especially with the pandemic and current USPS delays.
I tried the shirt on and it was snug. I reached out to exchange for a size up and customer service responded in less than a day. They're sending a larger replacement shirt, free of charge!

I ordered a shirt for my wife for Christmas, but when it showed up (very quickly, I might add) I could see it was going to be too small. Contacted the company and with 10 minutes had a reply offering a free replacement of the larger size. Never had such fast and courteous service before. I ordered a shirt in the past from TeePublic and I was very satisfied with the quality of the shirt and the overall design. When I needed more shirts that were specific to my request I went straight back to TeePublic. For some reason I ordered the wrong size. When I contacted customer service to see about their return policy they actually made the right size shirts for me and told me to keep the other shirts and if I was unable to use them to donate them or reuse them as I see fit.
I was not wanting free shirts, the size issue was my mistake not theirs. But they reordered me the correct size shirts without me even asking. That is amazing customer service and because of the way this situation (my mistake) was handled, I will be a lifelong customer.

I recently bought a t-shirt and it arrived very fast. I was very happy with how good the quality was but i always wash brand new clothes before wearing them so i proceeded to search for washing instructions so i wouldn't mess up the shirt. I followed them step by step, but when it got out of the washer a good amount of the design had washed off. It doesn't affect the design that much because it already looked grungy but i would like to know what could i do if it ever happens again and it affects the design.
We love our elf t-shirts! They're so cute and so soft and comfy! We ordered them for our whole family to wear for our virtual Christmas since we can't all be together this year. So this is a fun family bonding t-shirt experience! I've already washed them, and they look great and run they're to size. Love the way they feel! So cute!
A friend purchased a t-shirt about feral cats and posted a picture of her wearing it on Facebook. I had to search for one because I also care for a colony of community cats. That was how I first came across TeePublic. I decided to give the company a try. I was impressed with the selection -- TeePublic seemed to have something for everyone -- and bought two shirts in addition to the one I went to the site to buy. I gave one to a delighted friend, loved my long-sleeve version of the feral cats shirt, and found the third was too big. I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange. The representatives were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My correct size is on the way and I'm excited for it to arrive. In the meantime, I washed my long-sleeve shirt and was glad to see the quality held up after going through the washer. I bought two additional shirts for a friend's birthday. I have been very pleased with TeePublic.
The shirts I ordered didn't fit, so I inquired about an exchange. They quickly responded and helped me figure out a better size, and ordered replacement shirts. They didn't even make me return the first two shirts, they said to gift or donate them to someone who could use them. Much appreciated!
I ordered 4 shirts for my nephew. For some reason, my order was doubled. Upon realizing this, I reached out to Customer Service. They replied immediately. I was offered a refund but was told to keep the extra shirts. I was so impressed with how quickly my issue was addressed. My nephew loves this site and now I'm a fan.

I got my shipment yesterday, August 27 and I was so impressed. The material is soft, comfortable and to think that the price is really affordable compare to the other websites where I got some orders as well. I dont have to wait forever for the shipment. Highly recommended. Good job, Teepublic.
TeePublic Rips off designers. Closes designers accounts for no reason. When you respond to find out why they ignore you.
Company has closed many designers accounts for no reason whatsoever. Then keeps their earnings instead of paying the designers for their designs and hard work

They charged my credit card, yet are not helping me figure out where the order is, i am now disputing this through my credit card! This is no way to treat a customer or expect a customer to return let alone put a good review!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
