Great customer service, fast in response and eager to make it right. I purchased a t-shirt which arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately the sizing ran small, so I requested an exchange. This was not a problem, next day I received email confirmation that a new shirt would be arriving and encouraged to keep the smaller shirt to share. Very happy since the shirt was a gift for the MIL, who loves Pyrex and was crazy the shirt since she is a vintage collector.

I ordered an XL shirt that ran very small. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly. They offered to send me the shirt in a larger size, per my request, and also told me I did not need to return the small one. Shipping is taking some extra time, but that is understandable during these times. I am pleased that my problem was easily resolved.
I ordered a T-shirt from TeePublic. When my T arrived, to my horror, the shirt was the wrong colour.
I got in touch with customer service not expecting a lot. To my surprise they offered to send me a new T in the correct colour free of charge.

I went to place an order earlier in the week while a sale was on but was having trouble getting the order to place. I reached out to customer service and heard back within about 12 hours. They recommended I try using a laptop/desktop and Chrome, which I did. I was able to place the order, but the sale prices were no longer valid. Customer service was made aware and they provided me with a prompt refund to match the sale price from the day before. Thanks TeePublic!
I ordered a wonderfully designed and unique T-shirt a month or so ago, and when it arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I wrote asking about the possibility of an exchange. They immediately sent a replacement shirt in the correct size and told me there was no need to send the other one back. In this age of Pandemic when everything is going wonky, I was thrilled with the extremely fast customer service! And I love the shirt!
I ordered 5 items of DJ MISS JOY and I am very pleased with the quality of the products. The graphics on the t-$#*!, coffee mug, sticker, art print and face mask are of high quality. All items are beautifully made and am happy with my purchase. I will be making another purchase of items related to DJ MISS JOY for sure. I can compare the quality of t-shirts, mugs and stickers, because I have purchased tons on Ebay and directly from the Kennedy Space Center. Although the t-shirt order took a little bit longer, I was happy upon receipt. I did make contact with Jean Marie concerning the t-shirt and I did get a very quick response. I ordered some T-shirts and when they arrived I was disappointed that they were smaller than I expected. I emailed them and got a friendly professional reply that I could easily exchange them for a different size and they gave me detailed sizing info for both men and women's sizes. I emailed back my size decision for the exchange and asked where to ship the two shirts I had and they said to keep them! They had already sent a refund and gotten ready to ship the new size shirts to me. Wow, beyond expectations! Not only does this site have shirts, notebooks, pins, and lots of other items with designs made by independent artists, designs not found anywhere else, they also have excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
All aspects of ordering have been made easy with great customer service. Although shipping delays are super long probably due to the pandemic, my contact with customer service has been a good experience. I received my tee with a slight defect on it and the exchange was handled quickly and in a friendly manner. The quality of the tee isn't the most current fit (slim and more fitted than I prefer) but the print quality is great.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirts and when I tried to return them they told me to donate the first set and immediately sent out the correct size. There are so many websites to order T-shirts from but none beat this customer service and the quality of the shirts. I have ordered shirts in kids sizes all the way up to 4X and they are all great material and the designs stay on after many many washes. I will only buy from this website for my funny t-shirts.
I ordered a variety of shirts and designs (I appreciated the various types of T-shirt options and really like the feeling of the softer ones) and the overall quality seems good, though time will really tell... I used the size analysis offered on the site and thus the shirts arrived in sizes according to what I expected. One of the wider neck longer sleeve T's I ordered had a blurry print, maybe partially because of the fabric? Customer service was very quick to respond and ship out a new shirt to me. I look forwarding to receiving it and time-testing all the shirts I ordered. Great designs!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
