I purchased 5 shirts and a decal from TeePublic for Christmas. The were shipped in a timely manner and I was please with what I bought. However, I made a mistake on the sizing. There is a chart, use it. I will say the shirts run a tad small. I contacted them about my mistake and lets just say, their response in taking care of a problem I caused was more than I could have ever expected. I will but from them again in the future.
Ordered Nov 3rd, emailed them twice Dec 3rd Dec 20th... opening a paypal dispute today.
Id understand if they where out of something, or just behind with to many sales but this refusing to talk to me thing is unacceptable.
So, I bought two shirts and they just showed up. The first one was awesome and looked just like I ordered. Then there's the second one; wrong color, horrible decal, looks nothing like the shirt I ordered. There is a discolored rectangular pattern in the middle of the shirt from where they pressed on the design.

Then when you search how to return, which takes a while to find, it says that it is a special made order just for me, and a return is not possible. It's an XL Caddyshack shirt, not something unique or individual. I have sent a request so we will see. I will update and change my rating if warranted.
I really cannot understand the negative reviews about TeePublic. First, your purchase supports an artist. The pandemic has really ruined a lot of businesses and this is a chance to support others as they rebuild. The quality of the shirts are unrivaled. The designs are so custom that they make great gifts. Finally, the sizing is on you. Do the work with the sizing chart, and if you guess wrong let them know, and they will make it right. So, just go for it.
I really like the idea of supporting indie artists in a more direct fashion. However, shopping for apparel online is always weird because you don't get to see the product or try it on first. I ordered a hoodie in my usual size and the fit was much too small for me when it arrived so I had to submit the dreaded return request. The reps at TeePublic responded and resolved my return request in a couple of hours with no grief, easy peasy. I will definitely continue to shop at TeePublic! This place is dope.
I bought my boyfriend 3 shirts for his birthday. They came in the mail and the print was perfect and exactly like the pictures. The material was incredibly soft just like the description said. However, the XL was much shorter and smaller than I expected. He's normally an XL, he's 6' and the shirt was really short on him and didn't fit his broad shoulders. I contacted customer service for an exchange and they said they would send me XXL and even let me keep the other shirts! I am very pleased with both the products and customer service I received. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.
Highly recommended order from Teepublic, I ordered youth small t shirt for my daughter and unfortunately too small her, I emailed customer service and they response immediately, we be able to get exchange and they ask me to keep or donate the t shirt! I made an order and after ~2 weeks I wrote to support, that my tshirts did not arrive. Few days later they responded to me and sent another ones. 2 days passed and I received tshirts from first order. I am feeling a bit bad, since they initiated another sending of other tshirts to me.
Customer service is above any expectations. I placed two orders 10 min apart. I asked to put two items in the same package which they usually don't do. It saved me almost $7, but the most important that customer service indeed above and beyond. I received reply email in 10? Min. Multiple emails as well updating on the progress of my order.

I ordered a T-Shirt from TeePublic. Unfortunately, a small portion of the image fell off the shirt after wearing it for a day. I took a picture of the problem, sent it to TeePublic and their response was to immediately send another T-Shirt to me free of charge! Now, that's excellent follow-up service.
I ordered a laptop Case for my E Sports mad daughter. In my mind American goods are synonymous with quality. This was a disappointment. The picture was wrinkly and the padding was inconsistent with thumb size bits missing. Far too expensive for the quality.
Update: Finally got my shirt. Not only was my "ice gray" shirt the wrong color (cream!) it was also a different brand (and therefore different in the sizing... 4 inches smaller at the widest spot than indicated on their website). Emailed them, got a response a few days later. Was told the color was right (seriously, how the hell does gray=cream?) but also told I did not order from blue box tees but teehappy instead (same company, different names!). Was told they would replace it, but considering the color would still be wrong, and the size is already a 2X (and largest I can order), I won't be getting my shirt! Don't waste your money.
I bought a T shirt that was too small and wished to return it. Instead I was told that I could keep the original and they would send another shirt as well. My emails were also answered immediately and they even provided a name.
I had a small inquiry, that i submitted through the contact us page. I recieved confirmation of my e-mail in 2 mins, and a resolution to my question in 20 I'm absolutely astonished by the phenomenonal customer service! I will be placing many more orders with teepublic in the future!
I ordered on May 8,2020 & have not received my order $130 down the drain. I have tracked my order & it says it's made it to post office. So I go to post office & show them my tracking # & they said they have no such package with that tracking #. It shows that it was supposed to arrive on June 6,2020 but I feel this company just took my cash & ran. Such a scam... Company should be sure down. Very disappointed with these scammers. Never again. I hope they are satisfied & they know way they can stick my money. Up their $#*!...
I had accidentally ordered the incorrect size and so emailed asking to process an exchange. Not only did they reply in less than 12 hours, they sent me the correct size and allowed us to keep the incorrect one! So very kind and generous!
I made on order to get 6 shirts but chose the wrong size - my fault -, so I asked a size exhange: they've sent me 6 new items without claiming back the wrong sized ones, encouraging me to donate or reuse them. Great customer service, great supply. And great t-shirts too.
I ordered a hoodie for my cousin and I needed it by the 20th. However I forgot to read the fact that it was shipping in business days and that it would not be here by the 20th. I needed the gift urgently so I contacted them to see if I could do anything about it. They communicated with me and at the end helped me cancel my order and refund my money. They were extremely nice and understanding. They also replied surprisingly fast. Faster than many other companies. Overall I had a great experience!
Placed my order on December 12th because the site said delivery would still be possible to my region before Christmas. We had our Christmas celebration December 27th and it still had not arrived. It is now January 4th and still nothing. I contacted them for an update and received an automated reply only. The tracking number provided has had the same status for weeks "on its way". I understand shipping can be slow at this time of year but you should not guarantee something if you cannot provide it. And when tracking info doesn't change for weeks it is somewhat concerning and i'm worried that I will never see this order at all. To frustrate me even more I kept getting spam from them to get me to buy more things when I still haven't received my first order. Not likely to order from here in the future.
Placed my order 12/19/14... 3 T's and a poster. Should have known better. Ordered before in November '13 with a guaranteed Christmas delivery. Order arrived after. Latest wasn't to be a Christmas gift so the 30 day delivery turn around didn't bother me so much. Well, here it is 5/29/15 and all I've received to date is the poster, and very little else as far as communication. Tickets opened and closed without explanation. Latest from them telling me my order was in the "cancelled" pile and I should have gotten a refund. My reply came back as undeliverable, and now their help link is disabled.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
