I have purchased over 40 tee shirts on this site. Always happy with the results.
Even when I had a problem with a tee I ordered they emailed me right away and fixed the
Problem. I will continue ordering from them.

I ordered a skeletor t-shirt on 10/27 and received it on 11/01. The company kept me updated as far as the product handling, shipment, and delivery was concerned and delivered ahead of the scheduled time initially stated. When initially giving a review, I accidentally input it to their complaints department not knowing better and they were very kind in their response directing me to the right place to do so. The product itself is without flaw in the print and construction and the design is well drawn and executed. I'm extremely pleased with the service and the t-shirt itself.

I ordered some clothing items from Tee Public. I waited and waited for them to arrive. When they did not arrive in a reasonable time and I could no longer access the tracking information, I contacted customer service by email. I received a very prompt response. Within days, I received my items. A few days later, I received a second package of the same items. I blame the shipping service for the delay of the first order and credit Tee Public with fabulous service for the follow-up and quick replacement. Would definitely order from them again! ~ Denise B

I already ordered a lot of Products from Teepublic and I never got disappointed. The quality of the Products is very good and if I had a problem with something then I asked for help at the Customers Service. The people are very friendly and also helped me a lot! It was efficient and uncomplicated. :)

I had some problems with the post office and they didn't delivered my package. I contacted TeePublic and they sent me another product at the same time!
The product arrive and I'm really happy with it.

Tried to order t shirts several time, they declined my credit card. I immediately call my credit card co. And they said they approved the sale at least 3 x. I queried the company but did not get a response. I tried again when there was another sale. Again card declined and my credit card co. Said they approved. I checked that I put in the correct numbers several times, and each time they were correct. Obviously they do not want to make a sale. I will go elsewhere.

The company has so many designs that you are bound to find something's you like. I got some Dino shirts for my boys but wasn't sure about the sizes. I'd say they fit smaller than expected. My 6-7 yo boy would fit Small youth nicely is not a little snug, so best would probably be M. My 4-5 yo boy would usually be x small youth but that's snug too so small youth works better. And my 2-3 yo girl works well with 3T. My kids are average at and slightly taller than average child they're age.
So, what's really great is there customer service and policy. I contacted them to exchange a shirt and they said they'd send another shirt, appropriately sized without fee! It's great and will be back for more!

My whole encounter with the customer service team started when they reached out to me asking for an alternative address as the one I provided was "undeliverable" only to find out that it was indeed delivered that day! They were prepared to send out my order again to me to a new address which I thought was fantastic, instead of trying to track down the original order. Turned out that one of the shirts I ordered was incorrect, and when I alerted them of this mistake- they immediately jumped into action to send me the corrected one. Their response time was within minutes, and I could really tell that they just wanted to help. I will order from TeePublic again and again- and urge others to as well! You can trust the quality and the people who work there to back up the brand. Excellent work.

On my first order of 3 heavyweight t-shirts, I had to estimate my size since I obviously couldn't try them on. When I received my order, I underestimated my size. I contacted Customer Service via e-mail and it was answered within 24 hours. They replaced my order, no questions asked! I received the replacement order in 4 days. Because of their excellent customer service, I immediately placed another order with complete confidence with this company.
Note: If you ordering (heavyweight material) for the first time and you are "between sizes", order the next size up.

I purchased an amazing sweatshirt for my 12-year-old son. My order arrived quickly and exactly as purchased! When my son tried on the sweatshirt, however, it was too small for him, so I contacted customer service asking if I could exchange it for a larger size. I received an immediate response asking me what size I needed. After I responded, I got another immediate response telling me that it was taken care of and that the new size would be shipped out to me ASAP. When I inquired as to how I should send the original item back, I was told not to worry about it - that the replacement item would be sent to me free of charge (and free shipping!) as a courtesy - and that I should just go ahead and donate/recycle the original item. WOW! That goes above and beyond good customer service! I will order from this company again and again! THANK YOU!
