I recently bought a t-shirt to celebrate the new Dune film, a 'Surf Arraksis' one, it arrived promptly and I was so pleased with it thought it would make a great birthday present for my brother-in -aw who also loved the film. However I realised only after placing the order, when talking with my sister I'd order a medium when he's a large!
I e-mailed TeePublic to explain and ask how to return it and cover postage on a replacement large version. They replied the followed day saying a new large size version was already in the post to me and they didn't want any additional money AND to keep or donate the original medium T-shirt. It made my morning to have such a generous and considerate corporate response in what is often a cynical and exploitative world! Thanks Teepublic:-)

TeePublic has nice quality items. Their shipping process SUCKS. I paid for shipping, not cheap, and my order still hasn't arrived. The shipping gets routed from UPS then to your local post office.

I purchased a shirt in the wrong size. Everything was good with the shirt. Good quality and graphics were good. However, I am a full figured women and the size I ordered was to tight. So. I contacted the company and ask for an exchange and was ready to send the shirt back. Had it wrapped and everything.
I received an email stating that a new shirt was on it's way and It was suggested to donate the shirt that I ordered in the wrong size.no charge. I was shocked. Really. Not many companies do this, I think it's called paying it forward. Which I will give it to another "old Lady" lol.

I have 3 shirts, (with a 4th on the way), and I love them. For the reviews saying their shirts are ruined in the wash, are you washing them properly? Wash on cold inside out and air dry. Your shirts will stay nice that way. 5 stars!
Overall I am very pleased with the level of service I received and will be happy to use teepublic again and also recommend to others. I had an issue with a design fault from the artist but teepublic response was quick and resolved an issue I had with my order professionally and appropriately.
The customer service was great. I order a T- Shirt for my brother and there was a system error. So it looked as if I ordered two instead of one. The company was not sure if I meant to order two. So they sent me both and charged me only for one. So that if I did need both and it was not an error, I wasn't short a T-Shirt. Very proactive. I Than realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company to see if I could exchange for the correct size, with no hesitation they immediately mailed a new T-shirt with the correct size. This order was a gift for my brother. So I greatly appreciate all the efforts made. Thank you so much!
I ordered a tee shirt for my grandsons birthday and it was too small so I contacted them for an exchange and they were amazing ensuring they dispatched a replacement immediately to ensure my grandson had his tee shirt on his birthday!

Loved the shirt! I will say that the women's sizes run very small so definitely adjust to that. But otherwise the quality was great. The customer service was wonderful. Received the order on time. I would definitely purchase from again!
I've gotten tee shirts before from TeePublic and have been very satisfied with the shirts and how quickly I have gotten them. But this time the size was wrong. I contacted them and they got back to me right away and is sending correct size out to me. Thanks
I recently ordered a T-Shirt from TeePublic which arrived quickly and was of good quality. Unfortunately I ordered a medium thinking this would be big enough. After receiving my T-shirt I realised that the sizing was not as I had thought and that I actually needed a size 2XL. I enquired about an exchange and TeePublic dealt with this promptly and without any problems. They also let me keep the T-Shirt that was too small to donate saving me the bother of returning it. I cannot fault this company at all in any of my dealings with them in which they have been helpful and prompt throughout. I would recommend this company.
I have ordered from this company multiple times and have never been disappointed. Customer Service is fast and expedite any concerns within hours. I recently ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift and the shirt back had discoloration. Miruna from the Customer Service team responded almost immediately. I sent a photo of the issue and a replacement was confirmed within the same day. Things happen and knowing the company works so hard to correct the issue will see me as a regular customer
Ordered mask from them. Received tracking that stated it was to arrive 07/02/2020. Never received product. Sent 2 e-mails to them. Only response was they received e-mail but I never heard back. Sent another e-mail on 7/9/2020. And have ye to hear back.
UPDATE: Still have not heard back other than e-mail stating to give them to 7/21/2020 to make it right (because I files a Paypal dispute) I ordered a similar style mask (not offered on Tee site) from Etsy a week after ordering from Tee and received it on 7//7/2020. I did what was recommended from gentleman who posted on this site from Tee and e-mailed them again. Still nothing.

With the 2020 holiday season approaching, TeePublic delivered with a generous black Friday sale; including shirts, stickers, and more that would gift my friends and family. I made my order and within a week my gifts had arrived. There had been one minor problem with my order that I had unfortunately missed when ordering a shirt size that had been listed as running smaller. I had contacted the website's customer contact email and received a response expediently. Within an hour a representative name Szilvia wrote me with a new invoice including a replacement and correctly sized tee. Szilvia was very kind and concise in her correspondence and provided excellent customer service and solution to my issue. I will remain a customer of TeePublic for the foreseeable future.
I ordered an item and it was not what I quite had in mine. As I thought it was a colour changing T-shirt, 80's retro replica, Although it was a lovely T-shirt and well made, it wasn't for me. The customer service were fantastic, they told me to reorder and to keep my T-shirts that I had brought, and had encouraged me to reuse, recycle. Thank you ever so much.

I was sent the wrong sized shirt and didn't realize/notice why it was so big on me for several weeks. I wasn't wearing it because it just didn't fit. I finally noticed the XXL and was able to get a new shirt that is being mailed out. TeePublic is great! Great customer service. They truly value the customer. I highly recommend them! :)
This was my first purchase from TeePublic. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the shirts that I ordered. They were true to size and the graphics are POPPIN'. I over sized my order and the customer service team quickly responded to my request for an exchange. I'll definitely be ordering more.
Ordered a custom tee shirt, size medium. It was too small for me, so I emailed about an exchange and they are sending me a large and letting me keep the medium. Saves me the hassle of shipping it back, couldn't be happier with my experience.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
