Every T shirt I've gotten from Teepublic has been great quality, after a year or more of wash and wear I've had no issues with fading or shrinking.
The only time I've had any issue (I accidentally chose the wrong ahirt color) they made it right ASAP. Excellent site to shop from!
I had started a new shop on here, within 3 days they completely removed it due to a "Violation" that they never explained and won't return emails or tweets to bring it back. Worse customer service and since all my designs were my own, I wasn't taking someone else's work.
I tried to order a kids long sleeved shirt and looked at the size chart. I ordered a small kids and received a mans small. The models that show the kids tee shirts are young adults BUT the shirt says kids long sleeved shirt. The package came with no directions to return the order and no order form with the price and purchase number. I won't be ordering from this company again
This company is complete garbage. Poor quality of merchandise, poor customer service, poor communication... you name it. Terrible. I would not order from Teepublic again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Terrible experience.
I have purchased face masks from t public that I was very pleased with. They were high quality and a great value for the price and shipped very quickly. Subsequently I purchased a hoodie from them but when I received it I realized that the size was too large. The exchange process was quick and easy and they gave me no guff whatsoever about trading it in for a smaller size. In fact I have never worked with an online company that had such smooth customer service. I highly recommend this company for unique, high quality products and wonderful customer service.
Just received the tee-shirt I ordered as a Gift for my son-in-law.
It brought a big smile to his face... I couldn't of asked for anything more than that.

I ordered 4 masks from this website on 7/28/2020. It shipped on 8/5/2020.
The tracking still shows as UPS waiting to get the items to ship. I contacted TeePublic and they assure that even though the tracking isn't working that it is on the way. They said if I didnt receive it by today they could reship. Well turns out i still haven't gotten it. I will not be accepting the reship. I will be getting a refund. Do not order from this site!

Had a wonderful experience with a completely unique, Phinneas & Ferb design for my brother. He has special needs and is an awkward size; and he needs to be warm.
When it came and didn't fit, I inquired for a larger size. TeePublic actually rushed an exchange within 10 minutes, and said I could keep the smaller sweatshirt for myself! Will shop again soon for sure! Thank you!
I ordered 4 t-shirts. One was a gift and a different size than my size. The other 3 were for me. When the shirts arrived (within a week) I realized that one of them was way too small. I thought I had ordered men's medium for all 3 but mistakenly hit women's medium for one of them. I followed the process to request an exchange, fully expecting to at least pay shipping on the new correctly sized shirt. TeePublic got back to me quickly and said that they were putting the correct size in the mail and that I should give the too small shirt to someone or repurpose it in some way. On top of that wonderful news, I saw the invoice and not only was I not charged for the correct size shirt, but shipping was free! Yes! I have never had a company handle an exchange request in such a fast and fabulous manner. It was technically my own mistake that caused the wrong shirt to come to me, but TeePublic fixed my mistake at no charge. The new shirt arrived today and I am very happy with it and IT FITS!
We wanted to exchange one t-shirt with one of a different size. TeePublic customer service processed the exchange immediately (on a Saturday), letting us keep the previously ordered t-shirt -- so no hustle with reshipment!
The t-shirt is of excellent quality for a very reasonable price.
My order got lost over the Christmas period. It was not TeePublic fault, but that of the postal services. Tho TeePublic took full responsibility and dispatched another order without delay, after being notified of the non-delivery. Thanks for the GRAND service. I will use TeePublic again and again! My gift was stuck in the shipping world and Teepublic shipped out a new shirt for no charge. My original shirt was 4 weeks late, the new shirt came 3 days after the original. My daughter loves the shirt so she will be happy to have 2. Thank you for the awesome shirts.
I ordered more than $100 worth of shirts and sweatshirts over a month ago. I still have not received anything. Contacted customer services three times, and did not even hear back from them. I wouldn't ever order anything from them again. I will try to get my money back.

Don't know if I liked quality cause I never received - but shipping is terrible and customer service is horrible. Would I go back to site - Hell no! If I get this straightened out I will count myself fortunate and never purchase from them again, even if it turns out to be great (which I may never know) ugh!

I made an error on my most recent order, making it undeliverable. TeePublic caught the mistake and contacted me to fix the problem, going above and beyond to give stellar customer service.

I had an issue with a delivery when the tracking said a package was delivered and it wasn't. (Well I thought it wasn't!). I reached out to TeePublic customer service to let them know and Stefan got back to me immediately and let me know that often times the mail delivery person delivers to the wrong mailbox and to give it a day or two. I responded and said I would do that, and lo and behold a neighbor dropped off my package the next day as it had ended up in their box. I figured that was that, (and was very happy with my order!) but customer service actually followed up to make sure I did receive the package! It was a very very good customer service experience and I appreciate the prompt attention and follow up to my issue!
I ordered a shirt and a hoodie for my BF and when he tried it on, they were a lil bit tight so I message the support team and they immediately responded to resolve my issue. They sent me a bigger size for the inconvenience and requested I do not ship back the one in my possession. The team was amazing and made this process easy. Will be ordering again :)
First time customer, received a shirt that wasn't up to the quality I expected. When I contacted the company, they immediately offered to replace or refund! I will shop here again. If you're not happy, they will make it right!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
