Customer Service the Way It Used to Be

SHOP AT TEEPUBLIC! I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas that ended up being too small. They sent a bigger size for free and told me to keep the first shirt. The second shirt was also too small (I'm not an idiot; this particular shirt just ran REALLY small). I emailed customer service, hoping I could mail the first 2 back and get a bigger size. They sent me a THIRD shirt-no cost! Also, the shirt quality was great. I will never buy tee shirts anywhere else.

No hassle exchange!

I ordered an XL tee shirt but unfortunately it was too small. I was so disappointed because I knew it was probably going to be a hassle returning it and basically starting over getting a new one. I used the website and explained my problem and within 24 hours my email was answered telling me a replacement in a larger size was on the way AND I could just keep the original one that wasn't going to work out. What a relief! The quality of the shirt as well as the color is definitely a "10" on a scale of 1-10. I also had ordered a tote bag and it was exactly what I hoped for. I would recommend this company any time you may need a tee shirt for a special occasion or a special someone!

Great customer service

When I realized I was missing an item from my order, they quickly advised me they would send a replacement. Then, I realized it would ship to me, instead of my sister and asked about shipping it to her and they immediately changed the shipping address!
I love this company!

Horrible Shipping

The Shipping is Absolutely Horrible. They give you tracking number that is fake. Meaning it can not be used on USPS, FedEx or UPS. You can not track your item at all. And the updates they provide you are not helpful at all. The item I ordered was Guaranteed to arrive in 3 to 5 Buisness days including packaging time. But did not arrive for 10 Buisness days. (And it was not a big item it was only 2 small stickers in an envelope) The Customer service is Horrible as well and were no help. I would suggest buying your item from a site that has better shipping and customer service.

Excellent Customer Care!

I purchased a really cool sweatshirt with the name of the band from Diary Of A Wimpy kid, Loded Diper. I couldn't find it anywhere else so I was excited they made it. It came very quickly, but was a little smaller than I expected. I E-mailed them to let them know I would like to exchange it for a larger size and they got back to me right away. They were very apologetic that that one didn't work out and sent me out a bigger size that same day, no charge to me at all. They also said keep the other one and please donate or give it to someone else. Wow, customer service like this is SO rare these days. I really appreciate their help and kindness. The sweatshirt is also thick, unique and has high quality graphics. I will shop with them again and support a company going above and beyond to be top notch with customer satisfaction.

Fantastic!

I ordered three shirts for my boys. When I received them, I noticed one was too small. I contacted customer service to do a return and they promptly got back to me. They let me keep the shirt I was going to send back, and sent me the bigger size for free! Outstanding service and I will be purchasing from them again.

I am new to TeePublic and placed my first order this holiday season. I made some significant sizing errors and was nervous about the process of returning/exchanging. When I contacted TeePublic, I recieved a reply very quickly from two, very friendly and accomodating representatives. They were both quick to help me out and ship the correct sizes the same day. I will be using TeePublic again!

The quality of the printing on the Tshirts are appaling. The letters aren't vibrant and look all washed out. Looks like someone just colored it in on the tshirt with markers. I will never order anything else from them. Took forever for me to get the product as well and had to get a replacement.

Place my order, I got my tracking. I've been waiting. Got nothing, go back and check my tracking. I live in Nevada. They keep giving me tracking for Texas and Arizona. Who's order is that, where the hell is my order, took my money and ran. The Worst Company Ever!

I ordered a sweatshirt for a Christmas Present for my brother in law. Unfortunately, I got his size wrong, but the shirt itself was exceptionally well made. When I emailed about an exchange I was replied to by an actual employee almost immediately. They just asked for the size I was looking for and the exchange was completely free and immediately sent out.

I have waited too long for the shipments to arrive. I asked to Cancel the shipments for the shirts and I don't get any responses. I in good faith ordered T-Shirts. Lesson learned. I will not order shirts again from these guys. I have added my phone number to every request for assistance. And not assistance is given. Don't waste your time. Find someone local.

I bought a tshirt for my dad and it arrived in a timely manner. The shirt did have a hole in the sleeve so I reached out to their customer service department to see if I could exchange the product and they were so fast and helpful. They shipped me a new shirt and were excellent. Honestly some of the best and quickest online customer service I've ever received. Thanks you guys!

Grateful customer

I'm here to sing the praises of TeePublic's customer service. When I misjudged the size I needed for a couple of shirts, I expected a complicated process of exchanging them for the next size up. I expected to pay postage and have the hassle of sending back the original shirts. Instead, I got a quick response to my request. TeePublic sent me the new sizes for free and asked me to share the love by giving the too-small ones to others. It was such a kind gesture when I really needed it. I love their products, and I love how they treated me. Thanks, TeePublic.

Horrid Experience
April 29, 2023

So, for the past 30 or so minutes, I've been trying to upload my design but this error kept coming up "The Change You Wanted Was Rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to." I looked up any solutions and nothing worked, I even downloaded every browser I could find and it still wouldn't let me, so. If you're looking for a place to sell your designs, go somewhere else.

Awesome customer service

I received my order today and to my surprise the shirts ended up being to small. I figured I was out of luck but sent a message anyway explaining how I ordered the shirts to small.
They are redoing my order, no charge and told me to donate the smaller shirts.
Couldn't believe they did this. So impressed with this company. Shirts will be donated and they have a customer for life. Guaranteed.

Great Customer Service

I ordered two different sized hoodies for me and my sister. When they arrived both fit snugger than we anticipated so I reached out to see if we could exchange them for different sizes. The response time from their customer service team was super quick. They were very nice and helpful in fulfilling my request. Once I let them know what sizes I was hoping to get they shipped them out immediately to me. When I received the replacement one of the hoodies was not the size I requested. I reached back out again to the team and they were apologetic and assured me they would send me out the correct size as requested once I sent them a picture of the one I received. This was my first time purchasing from TeePublic and I was very satisfied with the service and would order from them again. Just be ware that the sizes do seem to run small at leas in regards to the hoodies.

This company's customer service is the WORST. Their shipping is the slowest. They ignore cancellation requests and if you unsubscibe to their email, they just keep coming. ( Even after they say they "Manually" removed your email) It's sad that companies like this exist.
*** UPDATE*** It appears that since TeePublic had so many bad reviews recently. They are earnestly trying to make things right. I'll give them credit for that. I probably wouldn't purchase from them again given the horrendously bad service that I previously received, I would have to see how this will balance out after the "Falling all over themselves to make up" period ends.

I have been a designer in TP for 3 years. In December 2017 there was a lot of sales, I am very happy. In mid-January 2018 I have not received payment from TP, it turns out my account has been suspended for reasons that are not clear, I complained but not responded.

TP robbed my money $ 70, $ 40 for January & $ 30 payouts in the following month.

Great customer service

I ordered a Catzilla t-shirt, which came promptly. The shirt was adorable but too small, so I contacted customer service and they responded right away. They said I could exchange and provided me with a sizing chart to make sure the exchange was the proper size. I dealt with two customer service reps who were both very helpful and professional.

Do NOT waste your money here! I had two orders from them and had to contact them to get them to ship anything. One of the orders didn't get shipped until I tried to get my money back thru paypal. What eventually came is not what I ordered. The posters are small. I was disappointed. I originally ordered in the beginning of December with plenty of time to get it for Christmas. It did not come until the end of January. The requests to the website were answered with excuses, and eventually just ignored. I will never order from them again
