I had recently ordered a sweatshirt from TeePublic, which was a little small! I had contacted TeePublic's FAQ support team and explained that my sweatshirt was a little small. I not only got a quick response, but I am very satisfied with the service! I received a generous and kind email that solved my problem. This process was so quick and easy!
I ordered a shirt for my grandson which evidently runs a little small. It was a specialty shirt which he really wanted. When I asked about trading out shirts for a larger size, I was given a quick response telling me that TeePublic had shipped me that larger shirt. Then, they indicated that I could keep and use or give away the too small shirt. There was no hastle, no convincing someone, no delay. They got to it quickly and simply. I hope their kind multiplies!
This is the coolest T-shirt company online. I received my shirt and the shirt was nice and soft and was not cheap looking. I am now ordering Ali and Banksy.
I had an issue with the style and they took care of it the next day after I received the Tee.

What drew my attention to this site was the quality of the design. I ordered The wrong T-shirt, my fault completely. I was more than willing to accept that, but I reached out and asked if I could exchange it. They were more than willing to help me, and I am so grateful for that. I am a nurse and I have many nurse friends. I will use this company and its great customer service to order more T-shirts especially within the hospital. The quality of the T-shirts was awesome as well I hope to give the T-shirts that I ordered mistakenly to someone who deserve such a great T-shirt design as well as quality…… thank you so much for your customer service
I bought about 8 shirts the a few weeks ago on a whim. Expected wish.com quality. I was wrong. All the shirts are great quality. Very soft. Good fit. (I bought 2 for my bro, 1 for my sister and 5 for me)
My 5 didn't fit me and I needed to size up. There was zero hassle at all. They sent me the same ones in xl and said I can keep or donate the larges. I was shocked. I was okay to eat the cost to return and they didn't even ask.
Buying all my shirts here now. You can get whatever fits your style and artists add shirts every day. I love the retro stiff like Polk high and, the summer of George, and a new final fantasy shirt haha.
I ordered a Union of the UnWanted hoodie. When it was delivered, sadly, the colors on the emblem were not correct. TeePublic sent 2 replacements; the first replacement was in worse shape than the initial hoodie. But TeePublic stood behind their guarantee and sent a 2nd replacement which came out PERFECT! I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. Their support staff really came through for me!

I bought a shirt that arrived printed slightly sub-standard as compared to previous shirts I had purchased. I alerted their customer service to the misstep and they corrected the oversight very quickly.
Same issue as everyone else. I ordered an item on dec 6th and now it's dec 23rd and my package has been in "transmit" for 2 weeks with no updates. It was shipped on dec 10th from NJ and it needed to be delivered by tomorrow to NY. I could have driven 3 hours to pick it up yet somehow it has taken 2 weeks to get here and I still have no updates on its current status. Customer service is nonexistent. I will be following up with PayPal for a reimbursement.
I am so impressed with the quick response I received this morning for a returned item. The process was so simple with a few questions about the reason for return and BOOM my new shirt is on the way, It gets better they told me what to do with the shirt that didn't fit me and I loved their suggestion ( i wont tell you what it is until you have to return something :). Kudos to Andreea and Samuel that took care of me! I am a very happy customer!
I ordered a gift for my husband for christmas from Teepublic. It was a great quality product and I received excellent customer service! I will be ordering from Teepublic again after such a pleasant buying experience.
The customer service at TeePublic is fantastic and so is there product selection. I placed an order with TeePublic and needed to make an edit to the order. Their customer service team did an excellent job in helping facilitate the change, and their responsiveness and communication was excellent. They have done a great job in earning a new customer... I will be back.
When I made an order and there was an issue with sizing, I contacted them and they helped me out almost instantly. Very understanding and dedicated to customer and artists satisfaction. Will order with them again (and will remember to size up on sweaters! Hah)
I ordered the wrong size for an order and a couple weeks later asked for an exchange. I got a response so quickly and my return came within a couple of weeks! I am super impressed with their rapid response and how easy they made the experience.
My order got lost - post office said it was delivered, but I never got it. I emailed TeePublic and got immediate responses - day or night! No site responds as quickly as they did. They resent the order and I got it a few days later. Thanks, TeePublic!
I have ordered from TeePublic prior to my most recent order, and I haven't had any issues. However, I did have a small issue my most recent purchase. I was sent the wrong size of shirt, but TeePublic resolved the problem so quickly and easily! I received the incorrect item on Friday, and the correct item was sent and I got it on Tuesday! Everyone who I spoke with regarding this, was so nice and helpful. I will continue to shop with them, and am happy to give them my business!
Amazing and fast response to an issue I had with a missing item from my order. I emailed Eliza about an item I was missing in my shipment from a few months back. She researched it and had that item sent out tom e with hours of my email. In todays Customer Service issues this was an incredible experience I had. Very stress free and easy to resolve all within 10 hours of my original email. GREAT COMPANY!

I ordered a t-shirt for my grandson. I found their sizing a bit confusing and thought I ordered a boys small. I had ordered a men's small. I really wanted to give it the next weekend - so I tried to shrink it. Even with that the company was willing to take the shirt back and give me a new one in the appropriate size. In the end, they said for me to keep the old one and they are shipping out a new one for me in the correct size as soon as possible. I have not yet received the new one but am quite hopeful. I also know that if there should be a problem with the one - they will be more than willing to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I will definitely purchase from them again.
I ordered and paid for a tee shirt weeks ago. They haven't shipped it, and they refuse to respond to e-mail. There is no phone number at their site, and although their site mentions "live chat," there is no such feature enabled on their site. They are fraudsters.
When I originally tried to order a shirt using my daughters address to ship to, my credit card rejected it. When I put my home address in it, it went through with no problem. However, I forgot to change the color and received the t-shirt in another color then what I wanted. After contacting them how to exchange the t-shirt they told me they would correct my error and send me the corrected color t-shirt. Then to my surprise, they told me to keep the original shirt. Even though the error was mine and not theirs, I was surprised at this. This is a most friendly customer service company. Best customer service ever.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
