I bought the wrong size t-shirts for my wife (facepalm). I sent a message, they fixed my mistake (and were very nice about it) and mailed me new ones. They asked me to donate the ones that I bought my mistake. They are amazing! I will be back (and I'll try to get it right the first time next time)!
The print completely or almost completely disappeared on all of the t-shirts I have bought. I admit I did not wash them on cold, maybe I should have, but still, they should have held up better than this. For the cost, I expected better. I have 3 new that I have not washed yet, will try cold, hand wash. Will not be buying from TeePublic again. 2 star for all the cool designs.
My order of a long sleeve t-shirt was to be in a certain color of blue. When it arrived it was a different shade of blue. When I emailed the company they were very apologetic and asked for a photograph which I easily sent. And they did not require me to send back the wrong colored shirt and yet sent me another in the correct color! That is great customer service! Product quality was good... the weight of the fabric was a little thinner than I had expected but it's still a great shirt. The silkscreen of the national park scene on the front is very well done. It washes up well, too!
I ordered 2 shirts for my daughter for Christmas. There were more options for her fandoms then I have seen anywhere else (and I have looked). The shirts arrived faster then expected with one issue. One of the shirts was too small. I emailed on a Friday night and the situation was resolved above and beyond my expectations by Saturday afternoon. I will have one happy teen on Christmas morning!
I made a error on the product I ordered, the company is refunding my money, and I do not have to send the product back. I didn't expect that and they encourage me to donate the item. This makes me want to do business with them again, if I need to order a product that they offer.
I thought I had ordered my shirt in a slate color and when it arrived it was a white shirt. I emailed the company and asked to confirm my order and they confirmed I did order a white shirt. Ian asked if I would like to make an exchange and reorder in another color. I did not feel like I wanted to hassle with the return and I would just keep the white shirt; Guess what? Ian reordered the color I wanted and told me to keep or donate the white shirt. It was my mistake and they corrected it and no extra charge. Thank you TeePublic you now have a new loyal customer, not to mention the shirt quality and the larger sizes are a bonus.

Quality fine, but the order fulfillment processes are truly awful. This is my third order with this mob, and each one is worse than the one preceding it.
This time, my order same in two shipments. First shipment had a consignment number, and a note to say we sent some stuff we're not sure what. Second order had no consignment number, and a note saying we sent some stuff. When the first order arrived Tee Public said that completes your order - the second shipment didn't arrive for about six weeks (!) and Tee Public kept saying no no no you've got all your stuff.
Plus everytime you reply to an email you apparently go to the back of the queue, meaning you have to wait for someone to eventually get back to you... which is tough after a week... but if you email em they say 'oh well now you; ve done it, you're at the back of the queue'. Generally, the email from customer service staff wasn't worth waiting for.
This mob have plumbed new depths and have started to dig.
I've been noticing similar complains. I ordered a shirt from them once before and got it within two weeks but most recently I order a shirt back in December it is now March, got ahold of someone named Dusty they told me there was originally a miscommunication with the company they get the shirts from then said there was a problem with the printer. Then my support ticket status got changed to resolved and another two weeks after that still haven't gotten my shirt. I was able to find the company that they used for the ticket and they said their subscription had been expired for quite a while. Which kinda sucks because I can't find another way to get ahold of the company
I ordered a sweatshirt that was slightly defective, I e-mailed their customer service team and a new one was sent to me free of charg,e and I got to keep the old one. No fuss no hassle just excellent customer service.
I placed an order on their site and in the process of confirming my order something happened with the processing. While they charged my card, my order was never sent through. They have no record of me making and order. No confirmation. No email. No tracking number. Yet, they charged me for my purchase. So essentially, I was charged for absolutely nothing.
I signed up the Teepublic yesterday, made one design that in no way could have violated any terms and conditions, just to have my account deleted and an email sent saying their terms and conditions were violated. I see the products on the website and some of them are copyright infringed products. My product was simple and in no way could have violated any terms and conditions. In my opinion they are being discrimatory. They don't give people a chance to start selling products. I was on the site ONE day and they kicked me off. I sent them an email and they refused to write back. So, I don't recommend using Teepublic for selling or purchasing products.
I received my order, beautiful soft, blue Tee Shirt. The only problem was their sizing was running smaller than I am used to. I emailed the company and they got back to me within one day! Also, they stated they'd immediately send me the size I needed and not inconvenience me by having me send the unuseable one back, very impressed! An order that was a disappointment turned into a pleasure in dealing with this company. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!
I had the most haste free return that I have ever experienced. The customer service of this company made everything super easy. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be a returning customer
I have order a few shirts from them, only to have them lose, misplace the order or just plain unable to deliver to an address that USPS, Fedex and UPS have absolutely no problem delivering to. I will never, ever use them again. One shirt can go into an envelope and be mailed but that is too complicated for them and kept telling me I gave the wrong address. I would add a photo had they delivered the articles I had paid for.

It's sooo frig'n scary to order from companies you see on Instagram not knowing how the quality of the shirts are or if they will even fit! This company is legit! My shirts and coffee cup came fast too! I'm just regretting not ordering more at the sale price! I only ordered 2 shirts because I didn't want to order a lot if the company wasn't legit. I will definitely be ordering more and I strongly recommend this company!
I ended up not being able to read the text on one of my shirts because of the color of the text and color of the shirt combination. I wrote and asked for an exchange and they happily gave me one and even let me keep the original. Was really happy with the customer service.
I ordered a t-shirt and it was a little too small. I emailed TeePublic for an exchange and couldn't believe how fast they responded. The exchanged was easy and the replacement arrived ahead of schedule. The t-shirts are great quality and I will be returning customer - Thanks.
I ordered two hoodies from TeePublic and when they arrived I realized they were smaller than I though they'd be. I went through the very easy email process to alert them of the issue and inquire about a return. They promptly resolved the issue (that wasn't really their fault in the first place) and told me I could keep the two they sent, no need to return. I was amazed. Truly an example of what customer service is supposed to be.
Teepublic has sales from time to time, but my wife happened to order me 2 tees in between sales. We reached out to customer service and within hours the honored the new sale price and refunded me the difference. They went above an led beyond! Great service!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
