I ordered couple of thirsts and the size was not ok. I contact4ed customer service and they replied within 1 hour or 2. I was truly impressed. They will send the right size for the t-shirts and said I can keep the ones I already have.
The prints on the t-shirts are really nice! Fabric of the t-shirts is a little light but it's all good. I also think it's really cool that they support indie artists!
I ordered a shirt and the print quality was fine, but the image was crooked and off center. I emailed them the night I received the shirt and by the next morning they had sent me a very polite response and a new shirt had already been ordered for me no charge! Excellent customer service!
Ordered a T-shirt well in advance for christmas and TeePublic did everything in time so that i could receive the delivery in time. Unfortunately the 3rd party delivery company/postal company apparently lost the item or it is still on its way, but when inquiring this from TeePublic, they said that they will send another one and by express mail, so that there is a chance for me to receive it before christmas. They did not lose the item, but they understood my position and were doing everything they could. Fantastic attitude! All the way the customer service has been polite, nice and helpful with my order, so that it feels that they really do everything to make suret i would be happy as a customer, despite the unfortunate turn that my first order did not came in time. Very impressive customer service, will order again for sure!
I ordered 2 tee shirts for Christmas, I even ordered a size larger for shrinkage as they suggested. When they arrived I was suprised to see how thin and see through the fabric was and even though I ordered a size bigger they were running so small they will not fit.
I ordered a medium size t-shirt. It was smaller than expected so I sent a request to exchange it. They sent me a new size and let me keep the medium to give to someone. Customer service like that is rare and appreciated!
So impressed with this company. When I ordered my shirt I didn't understand that it was the censored version. Since it was for an adult costume it wouldn't look right. When I called I was prepared for an argument, but the process was easy. They immediately agreed to replace the shirt. Customer service DOES still exist and this company just proved it! Can't wait to order more!

The best customer service i have encountered, ordered some t-shirts for christmas i followed the size chart but upon arrival they seemed quiet big the quality print and design was fantastic but i just knew they would be to big, i emailed them asking if perhaps i could exchange them and within minutes i had reply stating they had processed the new order and as a courtesy i could hold onto the originals, i was absolutely blown away by there customer service and helpfulness and so grateful for the exchange a big thumbs up to Lavinia and Corina who handled the matter for me. I will defiantly be a returning customer..

I ordered a 2X printed hoodie and received a side large t shirt instead. They offered to send me the correct item and just keep the t-shirt on them. Great customer service at least and responsive. I noticed the print quality of the graphic on the shirt was faded and dull and not aligned or centered so I mentioned it to customer service to please make sure the hoodie was better quality.
When I finally got the hoodie it was pretty good quality itself but again the graphic was poor quality. It's faded, dull and looks old. Also again, it's not centered right. I won't order again. For what they charge it's a terrible product overall.
Disappointed.

You MUST order a light colored t shirt with these decals
They are NOT thick decals that retain a light color.
The lightest point of the decal becomes the color of the shirt.
I LOVED the quality of the shirt. I'll keep the shirt but disappointed
And won't order another one from this company.
There should be a disclaimer on the page that the decal designs fade into darker shirts.
( or don't offer darker colored shirts)
My husband ordered me a shirt and he order and when it came it was to small. He ordered a size to big but it was still not going to fit. I emailed them and told them and they took care of it. They were quick, friendly and helpful. The quality of the shirt was great and we loved them. Will definitely order again form them.
I am beyond impressed with the customer service of this company. I made an error in ordering sweatshirts for my Grandsons. They opened them Christmas morning to find 2 adult size sweatshirts with rocket league logo. They loved the logo and the look of the sweatshirts but so disappointed they couldn't wear them. The black was the only color one grandson wanted and they were out of stock. I imagined months of waiting but no, I found out today they are shipped. I'm thrilled and appreciate the timely response and such personable and delightful service.

Ordered a tee for my son. Came in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the size of the tee was a bit small. Emailed TeePublic to exchange the shirt for a larger size. They responded immediately and are sending a larger tee to me-without me having to return the original tee!
I ordered a women's size LARGE. I am 5'6,120 lbs. and I wear a size 4 (misses). The size large would only fit a small child. There is no stretch whatsoever. Good luck trying to return it, the site is not user-friendly and there is no phone number, no way to talk to them directly.

As I removed the t-shirts from their packaging the graphic print quality went from bad to awful to you're kidding me! I read about the printing process used on their t-shirts before I ordered them because I did not want rubbery, plastic, heat set designs. Two of the designs are light colored, fuzzy, and blurry, like the print registration couldn't be held. The third shirt was a nightmare... a heat set, sticky graphic. Really? Come on! Please manufacture and sell what you advertise. Not a Merry Christmas for me. 2020 what a terrible year and what terrible t-shirts I received.
I ordered a few shirts for my wife as a gift. The quality of the shirts are fantastic and are screen printed not iron on. Unfortunately the style of these particular shirts ran a little small. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. Without hesitation customer service had new shirts coming my way! To top things off, customer service CONTACTED ME and explained that the new shirts where cheaper and I was receiving a refund credit for the difference. Now THIS is how you treat a current and future customer. Thank you TeePublic!
I ordered two tank tops with words printed on them, when I received them the words weren't on the shirts. So I got ahold of customer service they said it's because my shirts were white and not colored, and I have to pick a colored shirt and the will swap out with me... If they knew this why not tell me when I ordered, but most important why did they ship a product that wasnt complete. Another thing is the shirt material that my order was made on is flimsy and totally see thru, it's that thin.
I emailed the company to arrange an exchange for a different size... I was expecting an argument or a tough process to exchange.
It was a simple email to the Company... and the tshirt was exchanged at no further cost to myself in time or money. A lovely email explaining what was happening too, in 24 hours from my original email.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I ordered a medium T shirt and found it to be to small for me. I contacted the company and they another T shirt in a larger size to me at no cost. I really appreciated the friendly correspondence and I feel the company went out of the way to accommodate me, the customer.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
