UPDATE: STILL NO REPLY, September 28th. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. STILL BELIEVE THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY?
I sent an email in regards to why my account was deactivated and received no response to dispute it and was not paid out my earnings from designs that I have created and they made a profit on. It says that you give them a royalty free non exclusive sub-license (so they don't have to pay you if your account is closed). For a company to just deactivate an artist account without warning and keep the earnings is something I have never experienced or heard of. If you want to ever make money from your artwork I'd suggest staying away from this company. The last artwork that was added by myself was under review and never made it inside their marketplace while under review. Then a follow up email saying it would not be added and just don't add it again, which I did not, then usually it's done from there. I was thinking awesome this is a good system. But then 20 minutes later my account was deactivated. Usually a company pays you out regardless, but not this company. I wish this issue was resolved but it is not. I don't care about my account at this point, I just want what is owed to me which is what I have earned that they have made a profit from. Coming from the company who claims to empower independent artists.
Please avoid them or you will simply loose your money.
Bought a t-shirt December 2019, to date, it has not arrived.

Ordered mask from them. Received tracking that stated it was to arrive 07/02/2020. Never received product. Sent 2 e-mails to them. Only response was they received e-mail but I never heard back. Sent another e-mail on 7/9/2020. And have ye to hear back.
UPDATE: Still have not heard back other than e-mail stating to give them to 7/21/2020 to make it right (because I files a Paypal dispute) I ordered a similar style mask (not offered on Tee site) from Etsy a week after ordering from Tee and received it on 7//7/2020. I did what was recommended from gentleman who posted on this site from Tee and e-mailed them again. Still nothing.

I received a tracking notice that my masks were delivered on June 29th. Today is July 13th and nothing has been received. My CC was charged immediately - not when the order was filled. Now I get emails each week telling me that they are going to reply to my email concern. Would I recommend or buy from this organization again? Would you?

I recently purchased a hoodie from TeePublic but didn't stop looking after my purchase and ended wanting 2 more T-shirts that same day. I was then contacted to say it was to late to send them in 1 shipment as the first order was already on it's way so they refunded the shipment for the 2nd order will definitely buy again.
How can just take and delete a person's account? Without warning and alert. Even if something is violated, you can warn and indicate a violation! Why are you treating someone else's work just so easily? I am extremely indignant and dissatisfied with your service!
The teepublic support team was very efficient and helpful as well as understanding in my request and managed to assist me properly.
After contacting Tee Public they refunded my shipping price and I had my order within the next week. Two of the shirts I ordered were a bit small. Wrote them and they are sending me the right size and letting me keep the old shirts to do so what I choose. For that I am giving them 4 stars for good customer service
Ordered 4 shirts May 15th, I have still yet to receive them. Considering the high shipping price I would think orders would get to the consumer a lot quicker. At this rate I probably won't see my shirts till August or September. I will not recommend anyone go to this site for A T-shirt unless you want to wait a month or more to get what you ordered
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic)
It's been 18 days since order. Still has not even left facilities. Not to mention will use DHL delivery which will be an additional 2 weeks.
No phone number for customer service.

I recently Purchased a really cool tee from teepublic. When i received The tee i was Very pleased with the quality. However, when i tried it on it was a little snug (summer time bbq weight gain i guess)... i emailed Customer service and they promptly solved the issue. I was shocked how easy it was to work with teepublic on an exchange. I will Be purchasing more tees from them in the future because they seem like great people and care about your experience.
Teechip is not a legit company! I have ordered from a company called Good vibes that is associated with teechip. I have yet to receive my order and they refuse to reimburse me my full amount. I have contacted the better business bureau regarding this company. Do not order anything that is related to this company. Apparently they changed their name but the address is the same. I gave it a 1-star only because they have reimbursed me 50% of my order. However, I am requesting a 100% reimbursement which they refused to give. And again, I have yet to receive my order and they will not cancel it.
Ordered the wrong item and they just sent me the correct size for that item at no charge. They didn't even ask for the item I ordered wrong they just asked me to gift it.
Told me a month ago that I will get my money refunded and still haven't gotten it. Emailed them countless times and have not received any sort of feedback regarding my order.
The products, specifically masks, they show online look nothing like the product you receive. I waited weeks for them to respond to my initial email pointing out their misrepresentations, and now it has been weeks since I've received a response. At least acknowledge that you made a mistake... Total garbage, do not support these scammers.

We have recently ordered 5 shirts from Teepublic and I just can't compliment their customer service enough! There were two issues, neither of which were TeePublic's fault. In the first, I needed to exchange a shirt for size (Womens do run small!)... they handled it quickly, efficiently and with minimum hassle to me. Second, I recently had a problem with a lost shipment from another vendor. When tracking my Teepublic shirt, it seemed that the shipment was abnormally delayed. I wrote to Teepublic and they got right back to me... although, of
Course, the tracking issues resolved as soon as I wrote to customer service (it is a tracking handoff error between UPS and USPS, who they use for the last few miles). We have our shirts... we love them... and we will definitely shop with Teepublic again!
Recieved 1 t-shirt damaged no reply from customer service even though I sent photos of the damage. Cheap screen prints you could do at home and then to add insult to injury £12.63p customs tax on an order worth £47.90 for 2 t-shirts
I ordered some T-shirts that were delivered to the UK for my brother's birthday. His T-shirts were great in fit and quality, but mine came up a bit on the big side (even though I checked sizes on the model in the picture). I emailed TeePublic about this and they replied super fast and processed an exchange immediately.
Best customer service I've had in a long time!
They must be making them in Mars because that's how long it takes to get what you paid for 3 weeks ago. For 1 mask and 3 T-shirts' does NOT take 1 month or more. Horrible. -1 star would be my rating if available.
I received the wrong size T-Shirt and contacted Customer Service about it. I just needed to send some pictures, and they offered to ship me the correct size for free! No return necessary. During the time of COVID. Shipping and service understandably took a while, but it was helpful and I eventually received the correct product.
Ordered a gift early June, it's now July 8th and this package still hasn't been delivered. Correspondence with this company was a nightmare and extremely slow response. They really didn't seem to care about my disappointment at all. They offered a 15% coupon off my next order...

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
